Spacious and clean. Very modern condominium. Upper end appliances and everything works. Outstanding management.. Very close to Camana Bay Outdoor shopping mall, not even a 10 minutes walking distance and Fosters supermarket. 10 feet from a patio and you are already in ocean. Management providers with a lot of toys and gadgets to use in the ocean.
This was absolute vacation.

we absolutely LOVED our stay at this condo!! It was beyond clean and beautiful! It was quiet and there weren’t many people there which we enjoyed. It was in a great location and easy walk to food/gas station and very close to Camana Bay! Easy access to get the public transport as well. John is amazing and responded to every Question we had PROMPTLY. He was so welcoming and we will 100% be back here! This condo has everything you need and is just a few steps on to the beach. Couldn’t recommend more!!

My first impression walking into the condo was the amazing and vast, crystal blue waters just welcoming you on vacation. It was heavenly. Once we got past that, we were extremely impressed with how clean the condo was. I would say spotless. Clearly everything was well maintained because we felt comfortable immediately at how spotless every room was.
I am a finicky sleeper when not on my own space and the accommodations were so comfortable, I slept with ease! Even our children in their teens and 20’s commented on how comfortable the beds were….high praise!
The condo is well stocked from the kitchen, to the bathrooms to the laundry room, everything you need is there and then some! As far as beach “toys” go, we had an entire garage bay filed to the brim with paddle boards, beach games, floats, snorkel gear, footballs, noodles, etc. I can go on and on!!!
There was a hurricane the week prior to our stay and John was so transparent, communicative and helpful prior to our stay and during as well! A lovely owner to work with. The staff at the complex was also wonderful. Because of the hurricane the water had been choppy and had washed a bunch of rocks on the beach. They went out daily to rake so we had a clean beach to sit and walk on.
The condo is located in walking distance to lots of restaurants and an ice cream shop so lots to do right in the immediate area. Grocery store and shopping located a very short drive from the condo as well. Don’t hesitate to book this condo!

We stayed June 15th-June 22nd. My husband, myself, daughter, son-in-law and our 2 granddaughters. This condo is absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything you can possibly need. Perfect location and very walkable to shops and restaurants. John was so easy to work with.
We have stayed on many different islands and this was one of our favorites! Cannot wait to return!

Our family lives the property. We loved that they had paddle boards, snorkel gear and coolers for us to borrow. It was nice being tucked away and having privacy. The place was gorgeous and had everything we needed.

We had a great time! Of course we always do wherever we go but this condo is really the very best appointed, well managed, and most beautiful we’ve seen. The pictures are beautiful but don’t really do it justice. Walking into the front door, your eyes can’t help looking straight out on to the water. The water is just feet outside the door! The beach toys and kitchen setup cannot be beat. The standalone ice maker is elite!
Perhaps the best way to judge a host is by the way they handle adversity. There was a very strange and strong Norwester during our stay. Every local we spoke to said it had never been this bad. There were extreme winds and high waves on SMB for 3 days. Not only did John tell us of this before we arrived, he kept us informed of what measures would need to be taken in the condo to protect it. It was evident that the property would be in harm’s way. He even gave us the option to relocate to another condo complex. We received regular updates throughout the week. Everything he did was first class. His attention to detail ensured our trip was one to remember!

This entire property is really terrific and meticulously maintained. John’s unit is top notch in every respect! The only thing to be aware of - not a negative, just a fact - is if you’re looking for the full 7 mile beach experience out your back door, then recognize that this property is situated just a little too far south for that. Getting onto the long stretch of beach requires a short (.25 mile) walk north along the sidewalk to the public beach access. That said, the location is also super convenient to a number of great shops, restaurants and the Camana Bay area. John is a terrific host - flexible, communicative and pleasant! #7 does not disappoint!

We had an amazing trip in Grand Cayman and this was a wonderful, safe, clean place to stay. You can’t get any closer to the ocean than this. To walk down Seven Mile Beach you have to walk around a sea wall and cut thru an outdoor restaurant but other than that everything was perfect. They even had laundry detergent for us to use so that I could wash clothes during our stay. We will be back.

Superb beach location in a luxury unit, that is beautifuly furnished and stocked with everything a family or just adults could want/need for a beach vacation. Our family loved the wildlife near the condo pool and the ability to walk out directly to the beach from our condo. The owner John was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive.

This property was wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. Photos do not do it justice. It's beautifully decorated with all necessary amenities and more. The kitchen is as well stocked as my kitchen at home! My husband and I own similar luxury short term vaca rentals in the US so we understand this business model and WOW~ this condo is on point. The location is perfect on the amazing 7 mile beach. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance or no more than a 5 min drive. John was a fantastic host and very responsive. We can't wait to return to this amazing condo. Thanks again John for being so hospitable.

We have several high marks for the property, but our criticisms are worth noting. The owner/renter and entire staff we encountered were friendly and very accommodating. Check-in and check-out were easy and simple, no long list of tasks to be completed. You literally step from the patio to the beach, it's fantastic. Exactly what we needed with small children. Many essentials were included like cleaning supplies, shower products, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils/storage containers/pots/pans and even some spices. There is a garage stocked with snorkel gear, kids water toys, paddle boards, coolers, etc. The area is very safe, and it is in the heart of many excellent restaurants and shops. We enjoyed Casanova, Waffle Monkey, Rigazzi's and a trip over to Rum Point for Kaibo is worth it.
While most photos are accurate, the beach photos are outdated. The beach is roughly half what is shown. And there's a fairly steep incline to the water, it is not a gradual entry like we saw further up on 7 mile beach. It is rocky under the water, which makes it hard to walk. Further up the beach near the Ritz and Westin, the beach was much nicer - no steep entry and no rocks. Laguna Del Mar also sits between two seawalls that do not allow the beach to connect to any other beaches and impede the view in both directions. Having said this, we still loved our beach area.

Loved the condo and the location of the property! The beach may be small, not as expansive compared to the area by Westin, but it was perfect for what we were looking for - private & quiet...we had the beach to ourselves and didn't have to worry about not having beach chairs coz each condo has several chairs for their guests...
There were lots of restaurants nearby, so we didn't really have to cook at home. John was very responsive and answered all our questions. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne and dinosaur toys for my son, which was really such a nice surprise!
I highly recommend this condo, well appointed, had everything we needed plus more.

Great property. Clean and in a great location. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. John is great with communicating and quick to respond. Beach is great for watching sunsets every evening. We could fall asleep listening to the waves every night. Outdoor area is great for relaxing and having a glass of wine. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home. We did love Peppers and Chicken Chicken. They have everything you need to play at the pool and the beach. I even loved the bath products they supply. Recommend Cayman Luxury Charters and we had a great time snorkeling and going to the stingray sandbar. We will definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning and renting this and the sister property for a family reunion. Thank you both so much for making our vacation special.

My husband and I traveled to Grand Cayman with our 2 daughters their husbands and our 1 year old granddaughter.
John’s condo was perfect for the 7 of us. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable for the 7 of us. The beds were very comfortable. He had extra beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked John provided a pack and play plus high chair for my granddaughter. The paddle boards, tennis racquets, beach toys were great to have access too. We utilized the community pool and BBQ
The condo is in a good location to many great restaurants and we appreciated John’s list of recommendations of things to do and places to eat on island.
We would definitely stay in one of John’s condos again.

Believe it. All the previous reviews hold true to this property and its owner. We were originally scheduled to visit in Sept ‘22 which also turned out to be when Hurricane Ian decided to visit. The owner, John, was communicative, honest, and flexible when it came to dealing with it. He was honest about his feelings regarding the hurricane and allowed us to find another window to take our trip. Instead, we just recently went over the week of Mother's day '23.
The location was awesome with many great stores and restaurants nearby. You could easily make do without the car and get many places on foot or taxi.
The pool area was great although we weren't there all too often because of the amazing beachfront property. As you navigate the various stretches of beach, you'll find that this one is one of the larger, yet very private feeling, stretches.
Inside is modern beach feel. Super comfortable beds and towels. Well-appointed kitchen with great appliances. The back porch was where much time was spent. Other than John checking in to see how we were doing; I really had no reason to reach out to him because everything was already clear and provided. Had a chance to meet the owner and he was a super nice guy. Gave me a little of the history. As others have said, if and when we come back to GC, we would not hesitate to stay here again for a second.

The property was spectacular, the unit was very well furnished and the view is unmatched. Having the beach a step outside your door is special. The owners also had a garage unit which had stand up paddle boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, infant floats, pool noodles, coolers and more to use. The location is great to be able to walk to camana bay as well as other restaurants in the area. What we didn’t like was that this section of 7 mile beach is not contiguous with the entire strip of beach. If the tide was high, we could not walk from our unit north towards the Westin. This was tough for my elderly father who has difficulty wading through waist deep water. I wish I had known this prior to booking. Our view is that if you want to walk on the beach unobstructed by high water, you need to stay north of The Sovereign. Also the beach at Laguna Del Mar is smaller and somewhat rockier than other sections of seven mile beach, though the groundskeepers do a good job keeping up with it. The plus is that there is a small reef right outside your front door with a decent amount of fish to see! Overall it was a great time and the hosts were very easy to communicate with.

We have stayed on Seven Mile Beach in the past, but this property has a genuinely unique and beautiful location. It presides on a wide swath of sand at its front door, and offers a vista that brings you incredible sunsets over the ocean every evening. A proud, comfortable place to bring family and friends. We had a fantastic time. My wife, our kids, and a friend of the family stayed for a week. John was super helpful and it was great to have him so close by. As an example, I had an issue using the outdoor grill. He popped by 15 minutes later and fixed it. The condo was super comfortable. Great kitchen! Right on the beach - awesome location. We would definitely come back!

The condo is beautifully decorated and has a modern decor. We did not cook dinner, but the kitchen is very well equipped. The beds were so comfortable. The layout worked great for us. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom, our 2 adult sons stayed in the room with 2 double beds, girlfriend stayed in the other room and she had a private bath. The location was great for restaurants and shopping. John, the owner, is a very good communicator and answered all of our questions quickly. We highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful family vacation. Being steps away from the beach with chairs and umbrellas already set up is the best! The condo and garage have everything you need for a beach vacation! The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the sunsets on the back patio.

Beautiful condo
My husband and I stayed here with our three kids and his parents. It was exactly like the pics however they don’t do the beach and water justice. Both are fabulous! Short walk to the Marriott where there is beach bar, restaurant and Covid testing. The patio was wonderful, we ate breakfast there every morning and sat out there on and off all day. Kids loved all the toys left in the garage for beach. I would recommend water shoes, you can snorkel right off beach but wish I would have had shoes. Many restaurants within walking distance. We took cabs to Turtle Centre and to marina to catch boat for our excursion. It was the best vacation and we never wanted to leave. We will be back!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about our booking. The property was impeccably managed, well furnished and equipped, and felt very comfortable. The location could not have been more prime and my only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer. Property manager is very responsive, leaves detailed instructions, and saw that we were well cared for.

Perfect vacation spot!
Nothing but great things to say about our time here. It was the perfect space for four adults and two kids and the easy access to the ocean truly made the trip. The home was spotless and the location to Camana Bay and nearby hotels gave us plenty of easy walkable activities. Our hosts were incredibly communicative and gave many recommendations that we valued throughout our stay. We are already planning when we can return!
