A very minimalist lifestyle with great basic comforts!

This was just the perfect place for us to stay. Speak, comfy, lots of light and charm. Easy to get to and from all parts of the city and so quiet. I highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was conveniently located, clean, comfortable, and nicely updated.

Very clean, great seating and lighting, and the patio and house views were lovely. Tons of birds (including hummingbirds!) out on the patio. Very quiet neighborhood but with a great grocery store, drug store, etc about three blocks away (we drove, very steep hill). The kitchen is perfect for reheating takeout, but not equipped for cooking. Also, just a heads up, the rental is a single top floor, but the staircase down to the rest of the house is exposed, and right next to the two bedroom doors and the bathroom. We kept a light on at night, because I was worried someone would accidentally turn at the wrong spot and fall. A baby gate there would help? That detail aside, a great stay.

The property is in a quite neighborhood of Twin Peaks with nice views. The common space is stylish and private from the neighbors and street. The host is easy to communicate and attendant to our request.

The home was beautiful. The owner lives On the first floor and was available right away with minor issues.

This property was a quiet retreat from the traffic of San Francisco, but centrally located with easy access to other parts of the city. Well landscaped, hilltop property with extensive views. Clean, kitchen well equiped, newly remodeled apartment with great service from from owner. We look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful place with lots of light and everything you need in a nice and safe neighborhood. Very comfortable beds. We used Uber to get into the city and back and the ride each time - depending on where we asked to be dropped off or picked up - was 20 minutes or less. Voytek allowed us to drop off the bags early on check-in day and leave them there past check-out time on check-out day. Thank you, Voytek, for your hospitality. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful house, view and city!!!

Smart, quiet, great ambience and views; perfect for 3-4 adults or a family of 4. Close to good restaurants but large and useful kitchen means you can self cater. Voytek is an excellent and unobtrusive but helpful host.

A clean, updated small home with great view from the deck. You can hike to the iconic twin peaks for the full panoramic Sf view. Vortek is a thoughtful host and we would love to rent from him again.

This apartment is as attractive in real life as it is in the pictures. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet only a 15 minute walk to a Muni station that takes you directly downtown. Lots of natural light, and a lovely deck from which to enjoy the view. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the beds were comfortable! Voytek was an extremely hospitable host, and easily contacted as he lives downstairs.

Amazing! The host was so kind and helpful. The view is beautiful and a short walk up to Twin Peaks for the best view of the city. The accommodations were very comfortable. Great spot!

Stayed here for a conference in downtown SF, and had an amazing time. The location of the place is awesome! So close to so much. Voytek was an awesome host and made us feel very comfortable. Book this. You can't go wrong!

Beautiful View

The place was perfect. For first timers visiting SF, we chose right. Had a rental car and street parking was easy (don’t forget to turn your wheels: facing uphill, curve left. Downhill, curve right). Voytek was a great host. The house has a nice view and the area felt very safe. Would definitely return!

We all loved the apartment, our grown-up kids especially the window-seat for reading, the cereals and the comforters! It was very comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. Voytek was so friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed talking to him. We would love to come back and we will surely recommend it to friends.

This house is idea for a family and two kids. It offers a wonderful view into the city. The house is clean and in the suburbs. I would stay here again.

This is the perfect vacation house for parties of four or fewer. Very elegantly appointed, the house is high up on Twin Peaks. It’s deck commands views of the city and the bay, when the fog permits, and I could be entertained for hours, watching the hummingbirds that frolic in the adjacent trees. Voytek, the host of this charming property, is kind and very accommodating. He is easy to access by text, and bends over backwards to ensure your comfort. If you’re planning a long stay, you should be warned that the house does not have laundry facilities. And if you like to spend your vacation time cooking, know that I was unable to find cooking utensils in the otherwise well appointed kitchen. I did not find that disappointing, but others might. My friends and I loved the six nights we spent in this elegant nest. We plan on renting it again, in the future.

The apartment was great for our family of four! We had plenty of room to spread out. We used the deck quite a bit because of the view and weather! Voytek was very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived, he was there to show us around the apartment. He also showed us where to park our car. We deliberated about keeping a rental car or just taking public transportation/Uber. We were glad we kept the car, and we could park it right out front! (We were there for the 4th of July, and we did take an Uber that night because of traffic and parking concerns.) The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! It was so quiet, too. Oftentimes staying in a big city, I can’t sleep because of so much street noise, party sounds, loud music, etc. This apartment was quiet while still being pretty close in. (We heard garbage trucks one morning, but that was it for noise.) Sitting on the deck was a treat! Outdoor space in the city is a bonus, and we used it every day. The garden was beautiful, and scents from all the flowers was captivating. If you’re considering this rental, I highly recommend it!

Voytek's the perfect host, and his place in twin peaks is wonderful: clean & spacious, handsome euro-styling with personal touches... and then there's the terrace! we visited in may, it was warm & sunny & gorgeous. we stayed out of the urban centers because we had our car, and there was parking right in front of the house every day. we will be returning soon, and are recommending Voytek's place to friends.

This might be the first vacation rental that is actually better than the pictures make it look. Very very clean, well designed and comfortable. Voytek couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

I come to San Fran frequently on business trips. This was the best place I've ever stayed in. My flight came in early than expected and Voytek was nice enough to let me check in early. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
