Good location close to S-Bahn, friendly and available staff, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, good size, washing machine available

Floor was not very clean, no cooking essentials in the kitchen such as salt and pepper, bad ventilation in the bathroom

Location is about 1 block Mittersendling S-bahn station - easy walk to get almost anywhere in Munich. Also, a ReWe grocery store about a block away as well. Rooms were large and clean.

Housekeeper kicked one of our party out of the room 10 min before check-out time. Can be noisy due to large trucks driving in front of the building. Hopefully, the apartments facing the back/courtyard may be quieter. No A/C, but lots of windows to get a cross-breeze.

It's spacious, has a nice balcony. It's in a quiet neighbourhood, close to a supermarket & few restaurants. Close to train station. There was reception on the top floor during working hours & the guy who talked to us was helpful

You should've paid separate for laundry & dryer( we had to pay twice to dry one load). Cleaning staff couldn't speak english & didn't try to help either (she didn't change our towels & when we asked her for fresh towels she reluctantly pointed us to take it from cart ourselves). It was a train ride away from the area with attractions. Room didn't smell fresh when we arrived, walls were covered with stains & floor wasn't clean

The self check in was really easy, as was the car parking. The apartment was really well equipped, clean and comfortable. The S Bahn train is a 5 min walk and an easy 10 min or so trip into the town centre. The location, whilst out of town, is quiet and feels safe.

Spanking clean new apartment with patio. Loved that kitchen was stocked with dishes, glasses, etc.

2 device only Wi-Fi. Gym people looked down into our bathroom. Maybe a curtain in the bathroom window may solve this issue.

The location is very good. 15 minutes by S- bahn to the city center. The apartments are clean, comfortable and well equipped.

For three nights stay 2 coffee capsules. Wi-fi only for 2 devices.

Very clean, spacious, modern place, with everything you need. In a very quiet area and excellent communication with train and bus.Excellent personal working , very nice (quick and effective responses) . Highly recommended place!

Everything was great, nothing negative to object

The space was very spacious and comfortable. Room heating and bathroom hot water are sufficient. We had a great three nights.

The washing machine is located in the basement, not in the room. It's a little inconvenient.

good location, the recommendations in the room brochure were useful, spent a quiet time on our check-out we discovered the rooftop terrasse and we regret that we didn’t get to go there and have a drink or just hang out.

the tv had very little english-speaking channels available, but that’s just a small inconvenience a small breakfast would have been appreciated but didn’t ruin the stay (there were recommendations of places to eat nearby which was nice)

These apartments are a great place to stay for a few nights in munich. Right next to the S-Bahn line 7 which takes about 15-20 mins to get into the centre of the city. There is also a REWE supermarket nearby which is very convenient for buying stuff to cook in the kitchen. The heated floors were very nice after a day in the snow.

Nothing, everything was as advertised

We had a really pleasant stay and the room was super lovely and comfortable. Location is great, takes 10 to 15 minutes to get to the city center. The staff were very helpful and understanding. We had to check out early and left our bags outside reception office which was still closed. They kept our bags and helped us retrieve them even when reception was already closed when we got back. We had a really nice stay and we wish we could have spent more time there!
