Located in a very noisy and hectic part of the city. Seems to have a night club or something next door that was very loud well into 3:00am. Parking was not on location and found it hard to find with a not a short walk back to the hotel.

My mother and I came to Munich for 3 days. We decided to stay near the railway station and the historical center, in turn, so as not to waste extra time and money on moving around the city. The hotel is a 10 minute leisurely walk from the train station in a very lively area. There are many establishments and shops in this area. At the entrance to the hotel there is a sign with its name - not to be confused. The hotel staff are very friendly and pleasant. The floor can be accessed by stairs or using an elevator. Since we lived on the second floor, we only used the stairs. The room was clean, cool and comfortable. The windows are located high, they overlook somewhere in the courtyard. After 22.00 the noise in the area subsides, nothing interfered with sleep. The room was non-smoking. The bathroom had all the necessary accessories. There were also white terry towels that were changed every day. The room also had a TV, work desk and chair, as well as a fridge with drinks. A mini-kettle, two mugs, tea, coffee, sugar and a sweetener were waiting for us on the table. The bed had two separate mattresses and white clean linen. Near the bed were bedside tables on both sides and nightlights. Also in the room was a telephone, a wardrobe with hangers. Breakfast was on the first floor. There was a buffet table with different snacks for every taste. You could also make yourself any coffee drink thanks to a good coffee machine. Various juices were also available: orange, berry, apple, etc., and even water. Employees cleaned the tables, wiped the tables behind each client - nice. Internet worked equally well from anywhere in the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and can recommend it.

Location was great! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and smiling.

The staff was talking loudly outside of the room and the hovering every morning was so noisy it was hard to sleep in. The free coffee and tea stuff looked like it was just thrown in there.

The stuffs there are very helpful. I checked in earlier than expected. The location is really good, only 300 meters far away from the main station. The breakfast is also nice.

The location is great, the room and bathroom were clean and nice, the heat was perfect functional, the breakfast was good (not so various, but it’s ok for a breakfast), the staff from the restaurant is kind. I recommend this hotel. I am not sure how is in the summer because there is no AC in the room.

These are not so important things I didn’t like but I will resume them anyway: I didn’t like the fact that elevator is not functional ( I guess this is for a long time, reading other comments too), the staff from reception is not one of the best(not so kindly). Also, I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t want to do the check-in 1 hour earlier than normal time and we had to wait 2pm.

The hotel is located in a very good place, near of all most famous touristic points and good places to eat. You can walk to see almost everything without bus or cars, near of the central station of München, not more than 8 min walking. You can enjoy the city with no worries. The breakfast is also a good way for morning if you want to spend only on lunch time. Near of Englisher Garten, good option if you like to run with a nice view.

The elevator was not working, what makes you always from your bed listen to the luggages from other guests kicking on the stairs steps every morning.

the problem is the nightclub or shisha bar music beside it …. stay works till 4 am more which very noisy and can’t sleep

Dirty stairs small rooms

The hotel is well located really near to different metro stations so easy to move around. The breakfast is good and the room was spacious for three people.

People on the reception are friendly

Very small room, without light, awful bed. It was written that it's queen size, but it was really tiny
