The location is perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped. Two bathrooms. Great host. Definitely recommended.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from South Kensington station, natural history museum, V&A, and the restaurants and shops. Stroll up to Hyde Park, round to Albert hall or grab some al-fresco dinner. The property management were super responsive and professional. Highly recommended!

Chelsea Pelham Apartments was a splendid accomodation that surpassed all of our expectations. We highly recommend it. If/When we get back to London in the future, we will definitely consider booking it again. 10 out of 10 points!

There simply were no complaints.

The location is fantastic, very central and easy to access many of the sights of London by walking or public transport. It was also quiet. The booking agents were incredibly helpful, and when we told them of a few (minor) problems we had, they responded rapidly to fix the issues. The flat itself was spacious, clean and well equiped.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Great location, very friendly and efficient service. Apartment was very comfortable with excellent Wi-Fi connections and tv service.

Plumbing was not great. Clogged sinks and hot water does not work very consistently in the bathroom showers.

Location and accessibility from public transport. Safe. Clean.

The location was great.

There was no cleaning provided even though we were staying for a longer duration. There were no cleaning agents provided either. There was a 100 pound cleaning charge, which is apparently charged for getting the apartment cleaned before you come.

Big apartment, with one big and one small bedroom, one kitchen, one living room, two bathrooms but only one toilet. It is a bit strange that a bathtub is preferred over an extra toilet - but OK, we are in the UK after all :-) The table was nicely dressed when we arrived, and we felt immediately at home. Excellent location in Chelsea, 300m from the South Kensington subway station (very convenient). Many nice shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. We had a very nice time.

If you arrive outside of working hours (i.e. evening or week-ends), you have to pick up the keys at the central office, 4 km from the property, in Mayfair. Taxis from the airport won't drive you there because it is in central London and they will have to pay extra for this. You can count on a significant extra cost for the taxi + 45 minutes lost picking up your keys. It is a pity that the property does not do more to sort waste. Everything ends up in the same garbage. The property is a bit old and we had several problems: windows could not open, the radiator thermostat was broken and was heating non-stop, and the lock of the door broke one day when we closed the door, and we were locked outside without being able to enter the room. Rather annoying. Fortunately, the property reacted swiftly and the problems were solved relatively fast.

I arrived at the property Sunday afternoon after a long overseas trip on a rainy day behind a locked door with no reception. When i contacted the property a message was taken with no promise to call me back until Monday. I just needed a place to sleep and couldn't wait for hours to hear back from them. I had no internet and spend a lot of money on calling booking.com and the property directly on phone roaming. By the time they called back i have already arranged for the night's accommodation but they told me that it won't be a refund (over 1000 pounds) and didn't take the responsibility for their poor communication. The email about key pickup was sent 2 hrs after I arrived in London. I had to pick up the key from a place that was 20 min taxi from the property (additional cost for me). The check-in communication was really poor and I was not satisfied with their customer service and the way this was handled. Booking.com offered 20 euro credit to be used next time which was ore like In the booking, they also offered a free pick up from the airport which i couldn't claim. i not only had to arrange a transfer from the airport also a return taxi (20 min ride on each side) to pick up a key! VERY stressful check in with no empathy or apology for the lack of timely communication..

location was near the bus stop and tube, restaurants staff were all very accommodating and helpful. easy to talk to as well

nothing much really.. i love the place. I would only suggest the pillows be changed and I noticed there were 3 current trips the last 2 days. otherwise everything was perfect
