Great rooftop.

6 moms and 6 teens stayed for Taylor Swift. The house was great. Rooftop view is amazing!! Nashville was beyond my expectations. Best trip ever!

Rob's place is a perfect location if you're looking to be close to all the action without being right in the middle of downtown. The views from the roof are incredible. Communication with Rob was always easy with timely responses and check in/out was a breeze. We were a group of 8 friends celebrating a 40th Birthday so we each had our own bedroom and separate bathrooms for convenience and comfort. The kitchen and living space was also spacious for the mornings and late night gatherings.

First, the house was beautiful and the rooftop was our favorite part. It was great for a group of women since all 4 rooms had their own bathrooms. Every single bed was SO comfortable and we loved that the bunks were queen size, so they could be shared. It was a great touch that the top bunks even have a plug in too! We felt it was too far / hilly to walk anywhere but Uber was cheap and quick. Cleanliness was lacking. You can tell it’s just had a quick surface clean between rentals but the house is due for a deep clean! Many linens (towels/sheets) were stained and due to be replaced also. Overall, I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Quick trip from airport Easy Uber rides to and from Broadway House had everything needed for an Adult weekend away Lots steps but highly recommend this location

We go to Nashville a few times a year. Have family in the area and just love it there. This is the first time I did a VRBO and loved it. The house was exactly as portrayed, with amazing views of downtown Nashville especially at night. The management for this property were wonderful and always accessible when we needed. We weren’t sure we were going to make our reservation due to a personal matter and the compassion and kindness shown to us was very much appreciated. I went with my adult children and we enjoyed hanging at the house in the evenings and the views from the rooftop. I would not hesitate to rebook the next time I’m in Nashville!!!

Great location with nice amenities

We thought this would be a bit far from Broadway but it was a good distance to get a great place to stay and not overspend. Great view from the roof, too.

This property is in a wonderful location, and the house is very nicely equipped. We had a wonderful time. We would definitely rent again.

Clean, comfortable and quiet street. Would’ve liked to be a little closer to Broadway but still close enough for a walk, a quick Uber or a fun scooter rental.

Had a wonderful stay at the property. Great location and we were definitely made to feel welcome by our hosts. Appreciate all they did and the input they provided for ideas of what to do and places to go in Nashville.

Girls weekend trip. Very nice property. The rooftop is the best. Don’t miss the sunset. Short Uber ride to downtown - about $12. Easy walk to the Gulch area with restaurants like Biscuit Love for brunch. Be prepared - lots of steps but we’ll worth it. Thanks!!

Very nice property, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen equipment. There are a lot of stairs, our group of 8 ranged in age from 60-75, but the view from the rooftop was great and worth the climb. Only complaint I have was getting into the property, wasn’t too bad once the property manager and his assistant realized we were at there Nashville property not their Florida property. Would definitely stay there again on another trip to Nashville

Fantastic property for 8 people, plenty of sleeping options and each room has a full bathroom. Great location.

Everything we could’ve asked for

We were three couples and loved that we each had a king size bed that was extremely comfy. We also each had our own bathroom. Easy to get to downtown and any other popular hotspots. House was stocked with everything we needed. If you can’t handle stairs then this wouldn’t be the location for you but it worked great for us.

The house was spacious and comfortable for our 6 family members celebrating a major birthday. The kitchen had what we needed, communication with the manager was fast and easy, and the location was close to downtown and convenient for getting around.

Wow did we have fun on the rooftop deck! Great views and weather! Very comfortable. Did not know to bring our own bathroom soap, shampoo and conditioner however. If you can’t climb stairs well do not rent this property.

This was a perfect rental for 3 couples - we each thought the place was perfect for us all and would absolutely stay here again. Awesome rooftop patio, stocked pantry, comfortable beds, Keurig, and some miscellaneous toiletry items. Great location, 20 min walk to downtown/short Uber/scooter ride. Very timely communication and quick responses from host.

Thank you so much for sharing this lovely property with us. Rob was fantastic from start to finish; working with us flexibly when we had to delay our stay due to COVID. We were delighted with the property...the rooftop is stunning and the rooms were all extremely comfortable and well appointed. We didn't eat much at home but the kitchen looked well stocked. There were plenty of towels, etc., nothing that we wished was there wasn't. The location is good. A great street, great views BUT it's a bit of a far walk to anything and on a busy street (the house is not, the walk is). The ubers are very reasonable so it was fine, but I just wanted to mention that. we didn't rent a car and wished we had just to get here and there although we wouldn't have taken it downtown. THat's nothing against the property just a tip for others :) Thanks again for a fabulous stay. I would recommend to anyone (and I'm pretty picky.)

We chose this property for the rooftop deck which did not disappoint. Know ahead of time there are stairs everywhere including the walkway in front of the unit. All interior stairs are steep and narrow so pack lightly for lugging bags. Very modern unit. Easy walk to Gultch area and a good mile plus to Broadway. Beds were good. Furniture comfortable.

I would highly recommend this property if staying in or around Nashville. The townhouse is very well appointed with anything you may need. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Each bedroom has the most comfortable king beds with en-suite bathrooms. It was perfect for 3 couples. The rooftop area is great with amazing views! The host was very accommodating and responsive. This property is centrally located and about a 20-25 minute walk to Broadway and Ubers were always available. We would most definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville. I’d give it 10 stars if that was an option.

Great view of Downtown! Location was key. Just a short Uber ride to music row, South 12th and the up and coming attractions and restaurants in the Gulch. I would recommend this property to friends and family looking for a comfortable and clean place.

This was a great spot and home. We all had plenty of gathering spots and our own rooms to retreat to. The space wasPerfect for us.

This house comfortably sleeps 6 people. There is a small living room area that 5-6 people can hang out in but a nice size dining table if you wanted to have meals in the house. The roof top was fun. The house was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived which was a little disappointing considered how much the place was for the weekend.
