I don’t know who cleaned the condo before we got there, but it had a horrible smell. We had to buy cleaner and a candle to get the smell out. Also, there wasn’t many different sizes of pots to cook in. Other than those things, we enjoyed our trip.

This condo was beautiful! So spacious with lots of privacy when needed. Gorgeous corner view! Windows around half the condo! The hot tubs were huge and clean. Indoor pool, outdoor lazy river and slide were fun! Beach access right there. Great place!

The only minor issue experienced was the very “limited”supply of paper products, which was fully disclosed: however, given several prior luxury VRBO vacations, we’ve never ran into this, actually quite the opposite.

The location was great. The condos cleanliness was to be questioned. Floors were filthy, sand everywhere. Bathrooms were dirty. One of the blankets had dried throw up on it. Sheets on one of the beds was dirty with stains. The kitchen was not stocked and dishes in the cabinets were dirty. We bought a frying pan and griddle and left it for the next family to enjoy. The pool was closed the first night due to maintenance. The couches were very stained. Carpets were dirty as well. I found a vacuum to at least clean a little bit.
Overall, as I stated great location. Condo was just very dirty. After spending 3K for 3 nights, we will go somewhere else next year.

The dryer vent is extremely loud and needs cleaning, the jack and jill bath doesnt drain properly, the faucet in kitchen is loose and doesnt turn off easily. There was a blanket in closet that was folded with dried vomit and smelled rancid. We left it by entry door.

The condo was a great fit for our family. The view off the 19th floor balcony is amazing.
The lazy river, pool and slide were great for relaxing and you could easily go back and forth between the pool and the beach.
There were a few things about the condo that could be changed:
The TV in the family was extremely crooked hanging on the wall.
The bedroom with the window that faces the indoor hallway needs curtains. There are shutters on the window, but that is not enough to filter out the light that comes from the hallway when trying to sleep.
The sheets used on the beds are very cheap and slid off the corners every night which was very annoying.
While we were informed that necessities such as toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, etc would only be included as a “starter”, it is quite frustrating that it is expected to have to bring or buy these items to get you through your stay.

The property was just as it was represented. The views where fabulous. Very easy process of checking in and out.

When we arrived, the floors had not been swept, sand and food particles everywhere. There were handprints all over the windows and doors. No problem..we cleaned the door handles (looked like pizza sauce on them. And vacuumed. Then the beds…no pillow cases on pillows. Beds were made, but the sheets seemed very dirty. Sand on the sheets. The sheets on all beds were turned inside out. I called Charlie and he was very responsive and apologetic. He said someone would be over with the pillow cases and some sheets. Around 8p no one had arrived and I called and left another message. Finally two people came and they were very nice. They changed all the beds and left some blankets as well. There was no broom and I asked if we could have a broom. Finally Tuesday we received one. There was a lot of sand!! Lastly, the furniture is really stained. It is light colored and there are lots of stains on the couches and the dining chairs. I took pictures when we arrived to show the dirt was there prior to us. I did try to clean the stains but they were in the fabric pretty good. Also, if you rent through VRBO, they staff/housekeeping in the lobby will not help you! We honestly should have our cleaning fee refunded as we do all the cleaning!! After it was all clean, it was a fabulous stay! The views are incredible and the pool and beach were a blast!!

Thank you Phoenix Orange Beach for a great family vacation. Your facilities were clean and well maintained. Our condo was spacious and allowed for privacy when we all went to bed at night. We were able to eat in the condo and out at restaurants if we wanted which was wonderful for our growing family. We had several family members that golfed during our stay and enjoyed their outing tremendously. We hope to return next year- thank you!!

Absolutely wonderful unit! Has it all, plenty of space, tons of kitchen needs, bar ice maker was clutch! There was 8 of us total between two families and it worked perfectly. Never waited long for an elevator and property was well kept and nicely appointed with indoor pool, hot tubs and the lazy River/water slide. Loved the multiple water hose sprayers on the walkout to the beach. Tons of room on the beach and very relaxing. Orange Beach is wayyyyyy better than Destin or PCB. We will be back and we will be booking this unit again for sure 1000%! Thanks for a great unit!

Perfect setting!
This is a lovely condominium; well decorated with lots of comfortable seating in the living area, and good quality beds, pillows, and linens. The view is breathtaking and you can watch sunrise and sunset over the ocean from the large balcony. Cleanest vrbo we have ever stayed in, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clearly written and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice and clean. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. We had kids from age 3 to 13. They all loved the beach, lazy River, and especially the slide. The pictures really represent the place. We were not disappointed.

Our family rented this unit, and unit 1906, both are end units. Both units were amazing! Perfect for our family of 14. We had a couple of things that needed attention, and each was taken care of right away. I was amazed at how quickly our requests were dealt with. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great rental for families
The condo was clean, plenty of space, comfy beds, beautiful views! Would definitely book again! Only complaint any of us had was the thermostat was difficult to figure out and we froze the entire stay. Thanks for letting us stay!
