Very nice long weekend. Beautiful area, the deer are amazing. Good website; easy to deal with once the decision was made to rent. Clear instructions. On the negative side, there was very poor response to email questions. I sent emails 2-3 times with questions that were never replied to.

We like the great room, love the gas fireplace, and appreciate that it is comfortable and clean without being ostentatious. It fits our style! Our family loves this house—it’s homey, roomy, and comfortable. Thank you for the COVID protocols!

We loved the floor plan which worked very well for our group. The open living space with several large sofas and the gas fireplace were very cozy and inviting. We also enjoyed the hot tub, and the privacy of the property. We did everything online; it was straightforward and easy.

We loved the large, open living room with plenty of comfortable couches. The large kitchen and dining table were also great. The hot tub was a great size and location. The property is in a great location, too, with more privacy than the last house we rented. The staff was very helpful overall, and responded promptly to the water issue (maybe a broken pump) that we experienced on Sunday morning.

We will definitely be back next year if it's available! Gorgeous shared space and lots of sleeping space as well. Our favorite feature was the hot tub and easy use of all of the technology (speakers and tvs).

Great experience. Mountain Treat was spacious...large bedrooms and nice baths. Secluded and quiet...would definitely rent it again I did everything on line other than check-in which was very quick and well organized.

I had a wonderful time staying at the property and I look forward in staying it again in the future. The team was really nice and helpful whenever we had questions regarding the property.

Loved this house! Very new furniture! Most dog friendly homes don’t have the nice furniture this home had. Everyone I have ever dealt with at mountain top has been amazing.

Private and secluded

Several light bulbs were out, including front porch, which made it challenging getting in the building, with the snow. I rented two houses last weekend. One had a snow shovel on the porch, the other did not. Again, making it rough getting in. In both houses, there were several light bulbs burned out. In one of the houses, it will challenging to get the temperature set. There was a mix of old and new thermostats, and it wasn't clear which one(s) affected the heat. The ceiling fan/light didn't work. Remote controls didn't have batteries. These are all "small" details, but create the impression that it is not well maintained. Also, for the housing community, I think it's poor that guests have to haul their own garbage, in their cars, down to the front of the plan. A little bit of service goes a long way. Overall, our experience was good; however, these details may keep me from returning.

The home is beautiful, clean, and has great amenities. It is perfect for a large group. Staff was so very courteous and even returned my phone call at 10pm!

The property is nice, the layout is great, and the location awesome. It was great overall. Disappointing: the hot tub water was not clean and not suitable for use. The grill was out of propopaine and we could have used more towels.We brought 4 teens who would have loved a dip in the hot tub and we were planning to grill the first night. But we loved the great room, the separate bedrooms and bathrooms. And the location close to Tumberline Mountain was super.

The large open room was nice for gathering. Also, each bedroom having its own bathroom made for a great set-up. This house was ideal for a family getaway!!

Too much chlorine in the hot tub. I tested it with test strips. Showers are working randomly - cold/hot water sometimes disappears when someone else is using another shower/toilet. No keys when we arrived - the house had an unlocked door.

The stay was very pleasant but I was disappointed in a few things including the enormous waterhole in our driveway, and a couple of dusty spots in the cabin M. All of the team members responded quickly even if they were unable to accommodate our change requests.

Property was nicely laid out and provided plenty of room for each family member to have space. The home was sparsely equipped with linens and cooking supplies, which is not unusual due to the volume of usage said supplies undergo. The cleaning fee was slightly exaggerated for the cleanliness of the property. Upon arrival we wiped all surfaces and was surprised at the dirt that remained. We found mouse droppings in serval drawers and cabinets and felt the need to wash all linens and dishes prior to each use. Thankfully we packed lots of paper products and didn't use many of the household items provided. Heat and hot water were perfect and sufficient for our family gathering. That being said, we would stay in this property again with the understanding that our cleaning fee really didn't provide the cleaning expected.
