We all had a great time. The house had so much room for 20 people. Great View!! Always a great experience. Becky returned emails and messages promptly.

We arrived Friday evening on a beautiful night. During the night, we had a bad storm and it really cooled things down but we were still able to enjoy the house and the area. Sunday, it returned to sunny skies. We loved the view, nature walks, and the spacious home. Thank you! I rented the house through VRBO. I had to send the contract 3 times, even though I had confirmation each time that it had arrived. I tried to give a corrected crecit card but no one would take it for the second payment. After it was to be charged, I called two days later and she said that it had declined. I said hmmm; that is why I wanted to give a new one when I called the week earlier. We also called about the TVs not working and someone showed up the morning we work packing up. Not needed then.

We enjoyed staying at Spruce Lodge. There was plenty of room for all 15 of us to spread out or sit together. Great view and the kids loved the hot tub! Will definitely be back in the future :) Helpful and attentive

We liked that the property was near the top of the mountain and has a view over looking the valley. The property was also pet friendly. That means a lot, to be able to bring our pets. The property also had some gaming features, for the rainy days. Did not interact with any of your employees.

We were all very pleased with our stay at this property. Our married children brought their dogs and we were so pleased that the house was big enough and very, very clean with no prior dog smells. We all had a great time and would return to this property and use your company again. We were very pleased with working with your staff. They were very friendly and helpful from the beginning when we made our reservations to the end of our stay. We had a couple of minor problems at the house when we first arrived and a service staff member came and took care of the problems very efficiently.

Great getaway spot for families.

We stayed with 4 families for June 9th weekend. Check in process was smooth with clear instructions, and the cabin was spacious with great views at a nice secluded location. One of the bed rooms didn't have any windows with no air circulation/vent that was disappointing. Even though the rental agreement says there is a starter supply for bath soap, we have seen that only in bathroom. Another thing surprised all of us was that the hand soaps in bathroom/kitchen was almost above the bottom, and some of them even mixed up with water. We tried calling the property management company to report this, left a voicemail and even left a message through vrbo, but literally there was no acknowledgment to take care of the situation. Another major disappointment was the propane gas tank was not refilled that affected our grilling plan as well. We have stayed in several cabins across the US, but this is the first time we had such an experience with a poor property management and housekeeping. Definitely will not recommend unless these issues will be addressed timely.

The house was well equipped for our large (18) family vacation. Plenty of windows, outdoor decks and comfortable furniture. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group. I highly recommend Mountainside Vibes for a wonderful vacation stay.

Dear Matt, Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your house. We really enjoyed it! The driving uphill in the snow was challenging, but worth it! The view from every single room in the house is just spectacular! The house is spacious, has a lot of bathrooms, the kitchen has everything we needed. We really enjoyed the vintage lighting and decor! Thanks again! Somebody came in the morning and snow plowed the driveway. Very nice surprise. Thank you!

Even with a few mishaps we had a wonderful weekend. Each time I called the maintenance / cleaning crew were very prompt to arrive.

Fireplace, pool table, large amount of space. This is our 4th year in a row renting from Mountaintop rentals on Timberline mountain and we have always been treated great. Smooth communication on initial signing, check in on arrival day and check out.

Great stay with a large group of friends. The house was cozy and easily accommodated our group of 15. Totally fine. The hot tub was not working when we arrived but it was fixed by the next day.

Had a great time! We love the open layout of the house and there is plenty of room for people to be together or alone. Plenty of bathrooms. The new carpet in basement looks great. No problems. Very easy to work with.

Loved everything about the property... set up is great .. hot tub was added bonus as well as the pool table and games downstairs. Loved the fact that there were many dining areas and the bedrooms were very complimentary to all with their own bathrooms . The only drawback was the big tv on main floor was not working. Very accessible to towns and restaurants. Couldn't brag enough ... thanks for great experience. Rebecca was great... couldn't ask for better customer service

My entire family loved the property. The kitchen had anything and everything that a person needed. They answered all questions and sent information when I requested it.

Save a few needed repairs (shower door bar, faucets, electrical outlets, furniture), our visit was near perfect! The size was comfortable for all: three master bedrooms for the adults plus a girls room upstairs and a boys room in the basement. We found about everything we needed to prepare our Thankgiving dinner (except oven space..). The views were spectacular from all over the house. We made good use of the pool table, tvs, trails... Loved the round table and managed to fit all 11 of us there for Thanksgiving dinner. We have rented from you 4 years and have always had a positive experience with the team. Very friendly and accommodating.

This house is awesome! It's the best house we've ever rented in Canaan. Very spacious house (and parking lot!), enough space for everyone.

Very nice big house. Wonderful views. Had everything we needed. Only complaint, hot tub took very very long to warm up and more televisions would of been great. Overall a wonderful family weekend.

We absolutely loved the property. Loved the size of the place and the proximity to Canaan Golf Course. The gentleman at the front desk at your office did an outstanding job accommodating our needs and Becky was very helpful at getting us in without a hitch. We loved it so much that we would like to rent the property again next year around the same time.

We all loved the cabin. It’s very clean and has everything one can ask for. The hot tub was super nice in these crazy cold temperatures. There was enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably and hang around.

We had a beautiful wedding at the cabin. Our friends and family had plenty of space to spread out. Weather was great with a picture-effect view for the wedding ceremony. The cabin was a perfect fit. Everyone was great to work with

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. From hiking into Dolly Sods to the pool table and hot tub, everyone found something to do. We are hoping to come back next year!! (also, the bass fishing was great in the main lake!!) View of the surrounding valley and lakes--amazing sunset!! Becky and Dakota were great to work with. We had yet another excellent time staying with friends in Dolly Sods. This cabin was one of the most spacious we've ever rented which worked out spectacularly for our group of 14. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and we didn't have to have anybody sleeping in common areas -- the multiple common spaces meant that everybody could wake and sleep at their own schedule. The kitchen was large allowing us to prepare big meals, and the tables on the patio were a great dining space. This cabin is massive and gorgeous. The team was excellent and let us in early when we arrived before checkin.

We loved the Spruce Lodge. It was very spacious for all 14 people. The kids and adults loved all the activities in the cabin - pool table, nice size hot tub, ping pong, foosball table. The activities around the cabin were nice - canoeing, horseback riding. Loved the white water rafting at BOA nearby. The cabin was very clean and had all the kitchen appliances you would need to cook with. The large patio was very nice to grill out and hang out on. Loved the whole experience and plan on coming back!! The house was very clean when we arrived and the rental office was extremely helpful. Awesome experience.
