Our stay was superb in every way.
Every room--bedrooms, family room, dining area--is spacious. Furnishing are first rate--beds are extra comfortable, living room furniture has plenty of spots to relax; counter stools are the perfect height and the dining table seats eight!
Bedrooms and living room each has their own premium television.
The back deck had lots of space for stretching out or having a meal on the big table. The barbeque was there for use if we wanted it. The back deck opens onto a lovely grassy area with mature trees.
This VRBO is unique--the owner has supplied everything you could need. Thick towels piled in every closet. Quality beach towels supplied. Soap and shampoo in each bathroom. Even a first aid kit for minor nicks and scrapes.
The kitchen is fully stocked with ample dishes, bowls, glasses and silverware. Quality pots and pans. The pantry is stocked with coffee and tea and other staples. Spices are in the cupboard. The fridge is huge, the gas stove looks brand new. In one kitchen drawer are ziplock bags and cling rap. Under the sink are dishwasher pods. In the laundry area is laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There wasn't a single staple that we needed to purchase.
There is impressive organization throughout the house.
The owner provides clear, detailed arrival and departure instructions. The neighbourhood is quiet.
Do we recommend this VRBO? 110%. Would we return? Yes, without hesitation. Our trip was greatly enhance by staying here.

We were in town for a family wedding weekend. The house was everything we were looking for. The house is clean and organized. The backyard and deck are a great place to be. The host was so friendly and hospitable.

Very nice house. Super modern. The host was awesome. We had trouble getting in the house and he answered right away and let us in. He was available to address all of our questions and concerns at any time of the 10/10 rent this house!

My daughter and I summarized the property as perfectly advertised and interactions with the property manager/ owner as professional. She’s 16 and so her words were “he’s kind of obsessed with making it nice”. What she means: everything was so easy for us. When you’re in a place just a short time, you typically have a high proportion of your stay learning… where are the glasses, which direction is hot on the faucet, which drawer has the hair dryer, etc. Here, so many of those things are labeled. Also, the AV stuff is organized. Kitchen was great- has everything you need. If we stayed longer I would have wanted to grill on the gorgeous back deck with nice and numerous outdoor furniture. Most of all the host/ manager (Gary) is an exceptional communicator and flexible meeting requests/ information asks. Thank you!

Our party consisted of two families of 3, which the house accommodated nicely. The house is beautiful with a large outdoor space and high ceilings giving it a very open and airy feeling. It contained everything needed for a great stay... We didn't purchase any extras other than food and drinks for our stay. It has a great deck that overlooks a little lake, perfect for morning coffee and listening to the birds. There is access to a community pool for a small fee, but we did not check that out. It was an option though! Check in and out were very easy and Gary was easy to talk to and communicate with. Great stay overall!!

What a great experience! The property looked exactly like the pictures, which was a wonderful surprise, but we were blown away with just how meticulous the owner is to every detail within the house! The kitchen was beyond equipped providing EVERYTHING we needed for our stay, even so much as having things labeled so you were fully aware of where things went, or how things were operated. The decor was very well appointed, and the beds very comfortable. The outdoor deck is very inviting and great for gatherings. Our family was so impressed with this property. Should we ever need a home in Austin again, we will not hesitate to contact Gary!!

Gary sure has a nice place in Round Rock! Extremely clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and is super organized. The outside decks and the grill are nice as well. Gary made all communication easy and we had a great weekend.

This home was perfect for extended family that were visiting Austin for UT graduation. It was about 30 minutes from the campus and near I-35. There were nearby grocery stores and restaurants. We were very comfortable here. If we return, I will definitely want to stay here again.

We stayed here for a music festival in Georgetown, and it was a great location! Gary was very helpful and the back porch had a fantastic view and was relaxing. I would stay here again if in the area!

Cascada....is a beautiful property, with outstanding appointments and amenities. Spotless and well equpped, with many extra touches that make a stay complete.

We were in town visiting family + location was greaft for our family. It was clean and spacious.
It was a bit difficult to communicate with the owner and there were a couple surprise visitors during our two day stay— maintenance personnel and strange arranged visit from a neighbor coming to retrieve a lighter lent to the previous guests…it felt a bit like we were watching a friends property, not paying guests of the property.
All in all, it worked for what we needed. Plenty of indoor + outdoor space, large kitchen with all the cookware, beautiful fenced-in yard.

Super nice home! We held a baby shower to welcome our grandchild and this was the perfect home for this event. All amenities were top notch. There is a beautiful outdoor area as well. Gary was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely go back!

Cozy weekend stay with an infant and toddler. Perfect location for activities around North Austin. My husband enjoyed the beautiful new home and wonderful back patio. My kids loved the cozy pillows and comfy living room. I appreciated the well furnished kitchen and warm blankets. I recommend this as a great spot for families.

This is a phenomenal place to stay. My Executive Board of Directors and I stayed here for the weekend as part of our Annual Strategic Retreat. We discuss and talked about everything we wanted to do next year for high school students. We're very impressed on how everything look nice and clean. In fact staying at this house gave me some interior ideas of what I want to do to my home. Great view of the pond and nice outside. Today I celebrated my 45 birthday and like I told my wife. For this being my first time using Vrbo, maybe we need to start looking at other homes moving forward rather than staying at a hotel. Great job Gary,,,,look forward to coming back next year.

Our family stayed at Gary's beautiful home for three nights during the wedding festivities for our son and now daughter-in-law. The home was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The back patio was very relaxing. Gary was extremely responsive and considerate. We have stayed at dozens of vacation homes, and this is absolutely one of the best. Thank you, Gary!
