Riverfront Home Near Downtown with Skyline Views!
Neuere 2600+ Quadratmeter große zweistöckige Garage für zwei Autos mit einer gemeinsamen Auffahrt. Im Erdgeschoss haben wir die Küche & Insel mit Weinregal, Wohnzimmer, WC und eine übergroße Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Cumberland River. Die Übungsanlage der Tennessee Titans ist in Sichtweite. Auf der oberen Ebene haben wir eine Master-Suite und 2 weitere Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Medienraum und Waschküche. Die Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein luxuriöses Badezimmer mit einem geräumigen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und sogar eine eigene Terrasse.

We flew into Nashville for a concert and wanted a location that was close to downtown but quiet and laid back. The house is beautiful. You have a beautiful view of the river and city. Angela was an excellent and helpful host. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had this beautiful home reserved for months, and then our flight was cancelled to Nashville. We were so looking forward to Nashville that we decided to drive the 650 miles. It was worth it! This was a great property for our family, and it was an easy 10 minutes to Broadway!! Well worth it!

Property was as-advertised. Good quiet neighborhood close enough to all the freeways. Check in was easy, plenty of towels and toiletries for our 5 night stay. Definately would stay here again if we came to Nashville.

We had a great time. The home was clean, beautiful and owner was easy to communicate with. We would have liked to be a little closer to The Gulch/Broadway area but it was a quick Uber ride away.

We really enjoyed this house for our yearly girl's trip. So roomy & pretty. Had everything we needed, even some spices for cooking. Quick ride to downtown and great view from the spacious back deck. Super easy to check in and out, definitely recommend.

This house made our trip! It is beautiful and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us to sleep comfortably. The house is a short 10 min Uber drive to downtown. We all felt very safe at the home and in the neighborhood and would not hesitate to stay at this same property on our next trip!! Thank you Angela for sharing your amazing home with us:)

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the Cumberland River and scenic view of downtown Nashville. Easy access to the Interstate and only 10-15 minutes downtown. Definitely would stay again in the future. Angie was very responsive and helpful with all our questions and with check-in. Excellent stay.

Beautiful house and location
Check in process was very easy. The owner checked in with me during our stay to see how things were going. The house is beautiful and the owner stocked the house with basically all the household items you will need. The view from the back porch is absolutely amazing. Cute personal touch on a pillow, it said 21. We were there for my daughters 21st bday. The little added touch was so cute and thoughtful! It’s about 15 minutes from downtown so it’s a perfect mix of close but yet far enough away you can enjoy the peaceful nights.

Property is very nice and clean. Property owner, was very helpful with any questions, and answered me right away. Our first time of renting air B &B , if everyone were this helpful and agreeable it would sure be something we'd do again! Very enjoyable experience!

The only minor complaint that I have is that we ran out of garbage bags and, for whatever reason, the water dispenser out of the refrigerator stopped working. Again, these are minor and we would gladly stay there again.

This place was beautiful! It’s close to downtown and we were able to go to Broadway easily. The house was very clean, organized nicely, so spacious and great.
There is a smell from the factory outside on Friday when we arrived (only from the deck not inside) but was not there on Sat/Sun.
We would stay again without any reservation at all!

House was very clean modern and nice view of downtown and river. Only downfall is the smell of asfault when the wind was in the wrong direction when sitting out on the deck. Overall very satisfied and would defiantly stay there again!

Excellent experience - would stay again!
I have stayed with many VRBO hosts through the years and this was one of the best, if not the best experience ever. The home (and yes it did feel like home) was spotlessly clean (and I am picky) and it had more than the usual amenities and 'special touches'. It was very quiet and our drive into downtown Nashville was easy. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

While not directly downtown Nashville, a short 15 minute drive to this home was worth the high quality home and a good price. The interior is outstanding, bedrooms very private and comfortable and the views of the city and river are very cool.

Great way to bring in the new year
The house was clean and offered an amazing view of the Cumberland River. The neighborhood was quiet, albeit a little in transition, and close to downtown as well as Opryland. Very nice decks. Good touches included a NYE package, sprays for bugs (if needed), and full-size washer/dryer. The owners texted a couple of times just to check in and that was appreciated. There were a couple of small broken things like parts of a couple of blinds but nothing that interfered with a great 6 days in Nashville!

This house was everything we could hope for and more. Clean, beautiful, and comfortable. All streaming service were available, and we were even able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal there! Kinda want to live there…

House was just far enough away from the noise but close enough for a quick Uber trip. House was very clean and spacious, also stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
