Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entlang der Rambla Poblenou haben Sie den Strand von Barcelona und den Olympischen Hafen. Our family enjoyed 4 wonderful days/nights in this spacious and well designed apartment. The large apartment has been meticulously remodeled throughout and appreciate the kind check in process by Tony having fruit, water, wine and coffee for us after our extensive journey from California. The neighborhood provides everything you need including multiple cafes, tapas bars, bakery, farmacia and grocery stores literally across the street. Very convenient to all of Barcelona with multiple public transportation options as well as a short 30 minute walk to La Sagrada familia. The complex is safe and the quiet neighborhood after 10-11 pm made it easy to get great sleep. Close enough to the gothic quarter but far enough away to provide a break from
all of the tourist activity. Also a short walk/jog to the marina was appreciated to enjoy the views and get a bit of exercise. We hope to return in the future.

This apartment worked very well for a family of 6 with four older teens. The location was great - we enjoyed being a bit away from the busier central part of Barcelona. All of the sites were still accessible, but we were very close to the beach and the area itself is vibrant with a lot of restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores. The owner offered two day tours that took us outside the city. It was perfect - only slightly more expensive than similar tours we were looking at with larger groups, but much better to have a personalized experience. We learned a lot about living in Spain from our conversations with him. The apartment is newly renovated and had everything we needed. More space than other apartments we have rented in Europe which was nice for a larger family. We stayed a week and loved every minute of it!

Everything about the apartment was top notch. The neighborhood is both hip and family oriented and convenient to the beach, too many great restaurants to try and everything you might need for day-to-day life. Would stay there again in an instant and recommend it easily to friends and family.

Overall we enjoyed it, location was interesting and easy to get around with public transportation but still a little noisy at night with all the restaurants and bars. One of the bedrooms was strangely arranged and hard to move around in. But they told us they are remodeling it soon anyway. There were some gaps in communication between the owner and manager but it all worked out.

We had the best time staying in this apartment! It was a perfect size for our group of 6, and everyone we dealt with was charming and knowledgeable about the area, the apartment, and so helpful with all our questions. This was the first time in years I felt I could truly relax and enjoy my time away. So much to see and do, delicious restaurants and the beach just down the street. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood
We had an excellent stay in the apartment. It was a very comfortable space and even in the middle of a historic heat wave the air conditioning kept it cool. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, to the beach and eating in the many excellent restaurants around the area. It was also a great base of operations to see the rest of Barcelona. The host was very accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to return on our next trip!

More than just location- it’s the owner that makes it great!
If you want to avoid the tourist crowd and still be not far away from the center of Barcelona (10 min drive in a taxi), walking distance from the beach and where locals are hanging out- this is the place! Restaurants of all kind outside your door, safe neighborhood with local organic market and amazing coffee everywhere. This is it!
BUT, that’s really doesn’t matter when you have a host that takes care of you like a family. When one of my family members just upon arrival got so sick that we needed to take her to an urgent care. I called the owner (had his WhatsApp already) and less than 15 min he was there to personally taking us to the hospital and do all the talking for us (since I have no Spanish). The care keep going on even after the discharge from the hospital and checking on us again and again- to make sure we are all doing well.
The last thing I can recommend is to hire the full day guided tours offer to you by the host. The personal self tailored experience to our needs with the driving service from location to location made all the difference for us. We managed to visit so much outside the city that we would ever have dreamed of. This is one location I will come back again and again and again!

Great location
The long stay was great- location is fantastic with a walking boulevard all the way to the beach (about a 10 min walk). Many wonderful restaurants and grocery stores within 2 blocks. There is a taxi stand 1 block away. The internet was very fast and worked very well. Thanks!

Great Condo, Owners and Location
This condo is in a great spot, located next to several quality eating establishments, a few of which are steps out the front door. It is well appointed, secure, functionally well designed, well kept and clean. The area of Poblano is one we would happily visit again. The beach is a ten minute walk and several cheap means of transportation are close by. Barcelona is set up for ease of travel and we felt that staying here. Miguel and Miguel Sr. both ensured we had a quality stay, helped stock the condo, arranged transport to and from the airport and checked in to make sure we were doing well.
We would happily stay here again.
***Note***we rated the "Accuracy of Online Listing" 3 stars for one reason. We were denied access to the pool. This was big for us as it we have two children that very much enjoy the water. We were informed by Miguel of an unfortunate incident that took place with a prior guest days before we arrived which created a problem and resulting invalidation of pool use for renting guests. Miguel compensated us for this change. We were treated fairly by Miguel and he did all he could to make up for this. We walked to the beach and had a great time. However, when we checked in, this did end up being a false advertisement for us, contrary to our expectations. I'm sure, knowing the owners as the good people they are, this will be remedied by removing the picture and mention of a pool in their ad or make sure the HOA of the building changes their policy before accepting future reservations under false pretenses.
As mentioned, we would most certainly return and use this condo again and highly recommend it.

Fabulous place; great neighborhood near beach and cafes; close proximity to city center
Highly recommend!! Wonderful clean, warm, quiet and well appointed and well decorated flat. Apartment situated on lively avenue in Poblaneu neighborhood with a high-end organic grocery across the street and fruit and vegetable stores and bakeries and cafes and restaurants along the avenue. Beach and parks are a 5+ min walk down the avenue. Old city and city center (Gothic & Las Ramblas area) are an easy/pretty 15 min bike ride away or a quick taxi (easy to find) or uber away.
We were a family of 4 (boys 18 & 20) and enjoyed having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. Beds were all very comfortable and there was little noise from the street below or surrounding apartments.
The owners were wonderful! They were incredibly responsive prior to the trip, sharing tips on transportation and food stocking and recommending tour options to explore the city’s architecture and food. They also were incredibly helpful in welcoming us to town and navigating our arrival late at night on Christmas Eve (helping connect us to a private taxi service).

Just what we were looking for
Perfect apartment for two couples on vacation. It was newly, (and tastefully) decorated, clean and quiet, with plenty of room. After a long day of sightseeing and shopping, we all looked forward to the short train ride back to the apartment to relax either in the apartment or at one of the restaurants in the nice surrounding neighborhood. As a bonus, the apartment is also easy walking distance to the beach. Miguel and his father were both very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Apartment is very comfortable on a pleasant street with lots of good dining and shops and well appointed. Ten minute walk to the beach and close to the metros.
Housekeeping wise: could use a few more towels--two per person; more detergent.
Unfortunately we ran into two nights where celebratory bands played loudly well into the night, around 3:00 AM. This made sleeping difficult.

Lovely place to stay
This apartment is lovely. Modern clean and very well equipped.it is in a quite neighbourhood and we found it easy to go by metro to the main area of Barcelona which was only a couple of stops away. We had Miguel's father take us around barcelona on a guided tour which was very good and we learned a lot about the history of Barcelona. The restaurants near the apartment were very good. We would definitely recommend this apartment for a family or couples .

Wonderful apartment in Barcelona!
Miguel was amazing. He communicated frequently with us throughout the rental process. The apartment was perfect for 2 couples prior to our cruise which left out of Barcelona. The apartment is located in a walkable neighborhood and is convenient to catch the metro or a taxi to the port. Miguel handled all of our issues and his father was the perfect host to explaining our stay.

It was a great property in a beautiful neighborhood. The apartment was well-equipped and the air-conditioning work great! Miguel was very nice and spent time showing us the details of the property. It would be nice to have some kitchen towels provided. And it would also be nice to have more than one bath towel per person provided. With these modest exceptions it was a great experience.

This property is wonderful!
We rented the property from May 27-31. We were a family of 4 adults. Mom, dad, daughter (24) and son (21). The apartment is fantastic. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The area around the apartment has some of the best restaurants. Easy walk to the beach. We even walked to Sagrada Familia (about 25 min).
When we arrived at the apartment Miguel was there to greet us. He is very informative. We also book the old city and Art Nouveau tour with him. It was great. Lots of walking. Can't say enough about Miguel. You won't be disappointed if you choose this property.

Fantastic Accomodations
My family of four stayed at this terrific apartment for a spring time trip to Barcelona, Spain.
This great three bedroom apartment in the Poblenou district of Barcelona has everything you would want: Great neighborhood, terrific restaurants nearby, wifi, cable tv, a short walk to the beach plus on-site small pool for a quick afternoon dip. As it is away from the very busy and more touristy areas I found it a much quieter and more pleasant experience. It was very easy to navigate the metro system and I was very happy we decided to forgo staying near the shopping districts or the high traffic, high noise areas of Barcelona for this larger apartment. The kitchen was outfitted with high end equipment and all the pots, pans and utensils needed plus literally within a few blocks are all the breaderies, bakeries, wine stores, and food markets you need to stock up for a quick meal. Or walk out the door instead and hit any number of fabulous restarurants!
The high quality espresso machine was enough to make me insanely happy. The beds and linens were very luxurious and I am a picky person about mattresses but they were very nice.
The place is just as nicely decorated as the designer high-end hotels, has little luxuries and we found it perfect to relax and call home.
But the real star of this accommodation is the owner and his family.
Miguel makes the place really shine because he goes waayyy above and beyond to provide help, set up tours, provide on point restaurant suggestions, and he outfitted the place with food at our request for a bit more like a boss. Plus his wine selections would make any high end restaurant very happy.
Big thumbs up for this place.
My family felt at home, and I would go back in a heartbeat. The days soaking up a bit of sunshine on that little patio with the breeze and sun... priceless.

The flat is very spacious and its located in a little Oasis in Barcelona. Close enough to the most important sightseeings but out of the tourist crowds. Rambla del Poblenou has its own life. There are many restaurants and nice cafes just few steps from the apartment.
The location was perfect and the apartment was spotless and beautiful Miguel was full of information. After showing us the details of the apartment we were presented with a bottle of wine, coffee, fruit and water a perfect way to start our vacation.We were left with phone numbers in case we needed information however there was a information book for us to read.I had a wonderful vacation and I am looking forward to returning to Barcelona and this wonderful apartment. Great location, well equiped apartment
My wife and I, plus our son and adult granddaughter spent ten perfect days here early in January. The hosts made sure that we would find upon arrival basic supplies of detergent, toiletries and even coffee. Poblenou is close enough to downtown to make it easy the visiting of the main points of interest, but at the same time was not in itself a tourist attraction. Nevertheless there are inumerous restaurants, coffee shops etc close to the apartment. Overall you feel you are in the middle of an ordinary and pleasant residential section of Barcelona. Definitively a great choice.

We booked then thought perhaps we made a mistake with the location and considered switching. We're so glad we listened to Miguel and stayed in Poblenou. We loved the location. We toured all over the city as well as Montserrat and Cadeques. After our long days it was so nice to get back to the local feeling of Poblenou. We loved all of the restaurants in the area including Recasens, Els Pescadors and Dos Cielos. We even enjoyed pizza, pasta and eggplant at the pizzeria just left of flat. There is a great place to the right for fabulous desserts and all stay open late which was fabulous when midnight and wanting something sweet on your way in. The beach is a short walk and the metro and taxi stand is close by to make the city super easy to navigate. I highly recommend this flat if you want to be a part of the tourist areas during the day and local by night!! Thanks again Miguel for all of your great advice and a lovely flat we really enjoyed for our 9 day stay in December.

A lovely apartment in a very nice area of Barcelona.
Miguel was very helpful and available. And we enjoyed a walking tour of Barcelona with him.
The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. We didn't cook a lot but certainly could have - great to have a washer/dryer and kitchen available when traveling.
Many good restaurants within walking distance. Went for some nice runs leaving from the apartment and heading to the sea, where there is a nice running path along the sea.
No complaints - I'd recommend this apartment wholeheartedly.

What can I say that hasn't already been stated? The apartment was extremely clean, well decorated and the perfect size for the 4 of us (2 adults, a teen and a 6 yr old.) I've read a few complaints that the kitchen is small. The well stocked kitchen was a typical galley style apartment kitchen with plenty of space. We utilized the washer and dryer quite often, and found the air conditioning to work very well throughout the apartment (sometimes a rare find in the EU!)
From the moment of my first email inquiry through the end of our trip, the service was impeccable! Miguel, Victor and Paco were on top of everything! From restaurant recommendations, tour options, wine selection and much more. We were able to indulge in many pre-ordered bottles of wine from their selection, and they were all reasonably priced and fantastic! Paco and his wife came over one evening to cook a traditional Catalan dinner for us. Every bite was amazing, and she prepared so much food, we ate leftovers for days!
Poblenou has a multitude of restaurant options, and walked to the beach within 10 minutes. The neighborhood has a nice mix of tourists and locals so you don't get surrounded by other tourists like in some other areas of Barcelona during high season. There were 2 different Metro stations within a 10 minute walk and a Hop on-Hop off bus stop within a 20 minute walk. Taxis are fairly cheap as well.
We are already looking forward to our next visit, and this apartment is my first choice. After the superior accommodations as well as service, I would happily stay at any of the flats owned by Miguel and Victor!

We just completed our first visit to Barcelona and were impressed with the responsiveness and helpfulness of Miquel and his family. In addition to meeting us at the apartment, and providing groceries and other items, Miquel was a very knowledgeable tour guide. He also arranged for transport to Montserrat and Sitges which were well worth the trip. The apartment was quite nice and well located. We were able to walk to many restaurants and the Metro is only a few blocks away.

Victor and his father, Miguel, took great care with the arrangements both in advance and in person. It made the whole stay easier to know they were available for anything from taxi bookings to restaurant advice. The apartment itself is impeccable, very comfortable, and with all the amenities -- great kitchen, washer/dryer, and conveniences of kitchen soap, laundry detergent, etc. The little patio was a perfect spot to sit in the late afternoon. The location is perfect if you don't want to be in the centre of the action. Close to transit, and with good restaurants and walking areas right there, but outside the busiest tourist areas. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
