We so enjoyed our stay!!!

The place was just as described. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future. Great location in quiet neighborhood :-)

Overall, we were very pleased with choosing this rental. It was very spacious with lots of windows, in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views off both lanais. Only drawbacks were: carpeting was not clean and had many spots. (Helen explained that due to Covid, it was difficult to get someone out to clean it). Also, most all the blinds are missing the wands. There are lots of stairs to climb, (14 steps to main living area and another 16 steps to master bedroom) - I didn't know this when I booked. One of the two beach chairs has a broken leg but we made it work. There was one nice umbrella and a good wagon to pull things. Description states 2 king beds; the downstairs bedroom has a queen and a single. The upstairs bedroom has a king.

Super rental with stupendous views from balconies off the lounge and also the master bedroom. Short walk to the beach. Helen very friendly and helpful. Wished we had booked for longer. We didn’t want to leave and will cherish those sunrises. Thanks very much Helen.

This isn’t our first time staying at this property. Helen is a great hostess. The property is always clean and well stocked. What I also love is the beach access is walking distance and the kids love to fish off the dock.

The townhouse was amazing! It was clean and met our needs perfectly! The location was great! I would definitely recommend staying here! Helen was a perfect host!

Our family of 5 including a baby and our dog stayed for a few days. The place was as advertised, saw the dolphins swimming out the back window, and just a short walk to the beach. Helen was great, and very responsive to any issues. We look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed staying at Helen’s property so much . We loved sitting on the porch and overlooking the bay morning and evening . The most beautiful sunsets . The kitchen has all you will need to cook a nice meal . My husband and I took the upstairs area which is so very nice and roomy also has a outdoor porch . My daughter and her husband stayed in bedroom downstairs nice and roomy for them Helen is available to answer any questions and is very nice . She feels like family to us . .the beach is just a short walk away and Helen provides you with A sand wagon and chairs and umbrella. Would highly recommend staying with Helen’s property.

We enjoyed our stay in IRB. Vacation condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice beach 5 minutes walking distance. Also short drive to Clearwater Beach. We will certainly book this vacation rental again.

This property was perfect for my group of four adults. It was spacious, clean, and had two decks to enjoy the beautiful view! The kitchen had everything we need, and there were plenty of extra towels and blankets in the closets. It was only a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for us. I highly recommend staying here!

Overall I was happy with the home. The property was incredibly clean and the parking situation was amazing. Not many beach homes that you can park 2-3 cars easily. The walk to the beach was nice and short and there were a couple restaurants within walking distance as well. The only complaints were that the beach cart really needs replaced, or they need to stop advertising as a perk of the unit. We made it work, but it was in rough shape. Had I not seen it specifically advertised I would have been excited to have one at all rather than disappointed in the condition of the cart. And the queen bed was overly firm.

Helen greeted us when we arrived~a wonderful host. There was plenty of room in this clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. We thoroughly enjoyed the 2 decks overlooking the channel. It was a 2 block walk to the beach. Choice of restaurants nearby. Loved the quiet neiborhood! Thank you for our peaceful getaway!

This could not have been more perfect for our needs. We needed to thaw out from a never ending PA winter, and we did that in the most perfect place. Both balconies off the master bedroom and the living room face the bay. We read about the dolphins but truly thought it was a slight exaggeration… nope! Two dolphins swam into our bay every morning! You can hang out on the dock right on the bay if you want to get closer! We had a rental car but you definitely don’t need one if you just want to eat local and go to the beach. Incredible restaurants and the beach is a 7 minute walk. We ordered groceries thru Instacart and the kitchen at the house had what we needed, which was mostly a wine opener. I cooked a nice dinner one evening without any trouble. Strongly suggest Guppy’s Restaurant, Haus’ Coffee Shop (can’t walk to this one), Cody’s Roadhouse, and the gas station around the corner has everything! Helen was there if we needed her but in no way did she pester or hover. She is wonderful. We will be back! I was trying to figure out how to never leave up until the minute we had to check out. =(

This was such a great location! Super close to the beach and great fishing in the backyard on the inter coastal. I enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins, while my son fished off the dock. He got some great catches! Helen was very accommodating and communicative. The house was very clean, and the living area was spacious. Lots of beach chairs/umbrellas and toys available, along with a cart to drag everything to the beach. Our family did a lot of cooking, and the one thing we missed was a bigger frying pan. But we just used the grill more, which also worked out with the nice weather. Other than that, we weren’t missing anything for cooking needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again. It was a nice and relaxing location

We had a wonderful stay here. The location could not be beat. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins come through. It was so quiet and peaceful. We really loved the neighborhood and the beach was only a short walk away. We would definitely come back and I would highly recommend this rental to others.

The stay couldn't have been better . It's a beautiful property and location and Helen, our host, was most gracious and friendly. Would love to come back sometime.

Property Manager was great!! We really enjoyed the location and the property. They could use a few more beach towels but other than that it was an awesome place!!

The place was very clean. They had all the necessaries that you would need in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Just not happy that one of the rooms did not have the tv connections. Overall, everything was very nice..

Our family had an absolute wonderful time at our Indian Rocks Beach Vrbo offered by Miss Helen. The home is in a perfect location, wonderfully furnished, and immaculately clean. Best of all, of course, was the opportunity to get to know and visit with our hostess, Miss Helen, who made sure that everything was 102 percent...

From day one Brian was more than accommodating. In the several days that we stayed there, he was very proactive and made us feel right at home. We are an active family and Brian helped us gain access to fishing poles, kayake access and bikes. The check in and check out process was seemless. Brian and the accommodations far exceeded our expectations. The view of the intercostal was breathtaking. Several days we enjoyed our coffee and/or wine from the balconies. The kids fished right off of the dock. The location was perfect...just block walkable blocks from the beach. I would highly recommended renting this home and we plan to go back again. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We enjoyed the view of the Intercoastal from our balcony, and it was as easy walk to the beach (2 blocks). The first night of our stay there was a problem with the TV rebooting and the owner, Brian, was right on top of it and made sure it was resolved that evening. We look forward to a return visit!

Perfect location, off the beat and track.

This property is beautiful. Brian (property owner), was awesome!!! 5 minute walk to the beach, and a gorgeous view of the waterway in the back yard. Couldn’t ask for better. A much need vacation and Brian was so accommodating. We will rent from him again in the near future!!

It was a really pleasant stay. Everything was as listed, no issues whatsoever.

We had such a great time during our stay in Indian Rocks and this house was perfect for our family! Mr. Brian was a fantastic host- answering questions before our arrival as well as welcoming us so warmly when we arrived. The house was clean and spacious and the dock was great for fishing for our kids. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach cart and chairs were an awesome addition. We loved being able to bring our dog as well. We will certainly be back!

My family of 5 and I loved our stay here. Plenty of room and gorgeous view of the intracoastal waterway from 2 balconies. Just 2 blocks from the beach and close to restaurants. I loved that the 2nd bedroom had a queen and a twin - perfect for my 3 kids who don’t mind sharing a room. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a wonderful first vacation for our family.

The house was in an amazing location. Sunrises while lying in bed and a five minute walk to see the sunsets. Great restaurants within walking or biking distance. The house had everything we needed for a lovely break.
