Der 2,4 ha große Poolbereich verfügt über 8 Pools, die # 1 Swim-Up-Bar in den USA, 5 Whirlpools, einen Lazy River, ein erstklassiges Spa, ein Fitnesscenter, einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice, 2 Restaurants vor Ort und ein Starbucks-Café , Aktivitäten für Kinder und mehr. Unser Haus wurde professionell eingerichtet und komplett neu eingerichtet. Wir kauften neue Möbel, Kunst, Beleuchtung, Teppiche, Matratzen, Bettwäsche, Fernseher, Vorhänge und Küchenutensilien. Unser Haus verfügt über Fliesenböden und 9-10 'Decken. Die große Master-Suite verfügt über ein Tempurpedic-Kingsize-Bett mit neuer Matratze, einen 42-Zoll-LED-Fernseher, Seidenvorhänge, einen Deckenventilator, eine Sitzecke, einen begehbaren Deluxe-Kleiderschrank mit Organisatoren, ein großes Master-Bad mit zwei Granitwaschtischen und einen Fernseher (Yes In) das Badezimmer!) und Wanne / Dusche.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über vollständige Privatsphäre von den beiden anderen Schlafzimmern, da es sich auf der anderen Seite des Hauses befindet. Das Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Kopfteil aus Seegras, weiße Seidenvorhänge, einen LED-TV, einen DVD-Player von Bluray, einen Deckenventilator und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten, einen Fernseher, einen DVD-Player von Bluray, einen Deckenventilator, Seidenvorhänge und viele Dinge für Kinder, darunter ein Graco Pack N Play, eine Wickelauflage, ein Babytor, einen Ventilator und einen Kindersitz .
Die Küche verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl (Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle), Granit, Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie eine 4-Sitzer-Bar. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 8 Personen und ist zum Wohnzimmer hin offen. I wish I could give this property more stars. The location was exactly what we needed, the neighborhood was quiet and clean with the pools and beach being just a short walk down the sidewalk and Barefoot Landing a short drive across the road. The house was phenomenal, super clean, plenty of seating in the living room and dining room, and smart TV's for everyone. The private courtyard was a bonus surprise. Communication by the owner was amazing, from the time we booked until we checked out. Thank you Sarah

We loved everything about this home, the location, and the amenities! The courtyard was perfect for our outdoor living toddlers to explore. The bucket of shells, rocks, and gems was a huge hit. Sarah doesn’t skimp on the details and we appreciated it so much. The toddler bed was also so useful. The pool area was amazing. We have nothing bad to say about this experience. We plan to stay here again next year!

The location of this property is perfect. The beach is a short walk and Barefoot Landing and great restaurants are very close as well. The house is as advertised and has everything and more, you could need for a wonderful beach vacation. The house was spotless upon our arrival, which I think is very impressive. Booking the vacation as well as the check in process was easy. The owner has thought of every detail. This property is a gem! Thanks for sharing your home with us and we hope to stay here again.

House was perfect for our family of 4. Great location to golf courses, the beach, restaurants etc…The house was thoughtfully organized and had everything we needed and more which I appreciated. Our stay was very comfortable and we will definitely stay here again next year when we come back to visit my dad and golf if it is available. Sarah, the owner, was delightful to chat with over e-mail and text too. All in all a great visit and house!

Well maintained property with an interesting layout. The living area is horseshoe shaped with a courtyard in the middle. All necessary cooking utensils, towels, etc. were available. Home was clean with the only minor hitch being the garage which could use a clean out. Communication with our contact was excellent as all needed codes were provided prior to our arrival. All we had to do is show up. Overall a good experience.

Brought our 3 kids ages 11, 9 & 1year old to Myrtle Beach for their first big vacation. We also had our aunt and uncle visiting. The house was very accommodating! We spent every day at the beach. The house was stocked with everything youd need for a day at beach. And a short walk there. We made such great memories.

We enjoyed our stay. House is nicely furnished and located conveniently across street from barefoot landing and short walk to the beach. The one inconvenience was some loud neighbors across the street that came in late on a Friday night, like 12-1 am and were playing loud music. I think some other neighbors came and told them to quiet down and they did shortly thereafter.

We had the BEST time!!! You ca easily walk to the beach OR call the shuttle to take you. They loaded up our chairs, cooler, towels, etc...
They had live music at the pool, delicious strong drinks at the bar, and a basic lunch menu. We weren't too impressed with the food, honestly. We had no trouble finding 7 pool chairs together. The beach was busy but the water was perfect.
We recommend making dinner reservations in advance, if possible. Everything is very booked. We loved Lulu Buffets and the Flying Fish.
The house is BEAUTIFUL. The paint colors, drapes, and patio for nighttime chats, were perfect. The grocery store was easy to get to . We didn't actually cook anything but it was great for breakfast items, drinks and snacks. .
The owner was so quick to respond to any questions we had. She really took care of us. The beds were SO comfortable and the master had blackout drapes that made afternoon naps a dream!

This home away from home was absolutely more than we excited. The location snuggly nestled in a great little neighborhood a stone's throw from the beach and in the middle of NM action. The house comes stocked with everything you need, so leave those worries behind. Our only hitch was that the cleaning company did not do such a great job and there were pockets of trash left around.

My family just returned from our first visit to Myrtle Beach. This property was a nice fit for us. It’s a short walk to the resort pools and beach. We felt safe and secure. My husband and I enjoyed a DELICIOUS meal at 21 Main which was also easy to walk. Sarah was very easy to communicate with and considerate.
Things that we really appreciated about this home include: washer & dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, stocked kitchen, wagon to haul things to beach, court yard area and the grill! We also enjoyed a day at Barefoot Landing & Beach Shops which is only about 5 minutes away.

I came across this rental and had to book immediately. It was just my luck the one weekend I wanted was available (right before the 4th). Most people recommend staying in North Myrtle and all the amenities that came with this rental made it SO worth it. We didn’t need to bring a stroller, beach toys, chairs, towels- nothing! Everything was provided. The space was clean, which we didn’t realize how clean until returning from the beach and all the sand that came back with us. There’s a shopping/food/entertainment area that’s a 5 minute drive away which was perfect! So many food options close by as well and the beach was walking distance though we drove. We did night swims at the resort attached to the rental and loved all the pools, especially the ones catered to the kiddies. Sarah replied to any questions I had promptly as well, which was much appreciated. The washer/dryer was an added bonus I didn’t think I’d need. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet for a pre-4th of July weekend too. This was an amazing place to stay and I would 100% recommend and book here again.

The house was great and very clean. We've stayed in over a dozen rentals over the years and this was definitely the nicest and cleanest.
The walk to the beach/pool was not bad, but the pool area was extremely busy. We opted to rent a private cabana through out the week as there were no seats available at the pool until after 5pm each day.
Sarah was a great host, her detailed messages were appreciated as we did not have any issues/questions during our stay and the house is very well supplied for your stay.

I loved this house! My family stayed here for a week while we enjoyed North Myrtle Beach area and really enjoyed staying in this home. Love the courtyard area in the middle of the home and perfect for kids to play outside safely! I noticed so many beach, toys, and things in the garage for our use but unfortunately, my toddler hated the sand and we didn’t spend much time at all on the beach, so did not use any of the items. We ended up spending most of our time at the heated pool at North Beach Resort. The decor and cleanliness was on point and the host was extremely communicative at all times. Highly recommend if you are looking to travel in this area!

It was hard to believe we were less than a half mile off the Myrtle beach strip. The house and entire neighborhood and resort was beautiful. Everything outside was groomed to perfection and the house was just what we were hoping for. It was modern and bright with all the amenities as promised. We loved the inner courtyard and even garage space for our cars. We didn’t spend much time on the beach because of the time of year but the pools an amenities were impressive. We had a great time and Sarah was so welcoming and responsive.
