Sharon's communication was great through the entire process. The space was as described and very clean upon arrival. Super close to the beach and right on a public access path. It's a little North of the boardwalk/bar area but if you don't mind taking an uber it's not a problem at all. There are also plenty of options around the area as well. Would definitely recommend booking here/through Sharon!

This was a wonderful spot! The location is fantastic—perfect for families who want to escape the OC crowds while still being close to restaurants and shops. The property was clean, comfortable, and had EVERYTHING we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for those looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to local attractions! The host was super helpful and easy to communicate with!

The location was perfect. All the little details were planned for. We flew in from out of town and had the toiletries and kitchen items and beach items needed. It accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. The apartment was really comfortable. & lovely.

Perfect spot to enjoy the beach and restaurants! Literally steps from the sand, the host provided beach chairs and umbrellas and more! The house was stocked with all the little things one would need for their stay. Very clean and super cute! The host was very easy to communicate with. We had a really nice time in OC and will definitely be looking to stay at this place again!

This place was wonderful and fully accommodated all of our needs for our family of 4. Great location, clean, and lots of little added amenities at the condo (chairs, beach mats, umbrellas) that made packing a breeze!

This location is perfect! We were able to walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes with 2 kids. The bedrooms were excellent. Kitchen commodities were great. Would definitely stay again. Travel to multiple restaurants was easy. Just a short easy drive to the boardwalk.

My brother, myself, and our significant others wanted to get away for a few days for Memorial Day and we are so grateful we found Sharon’s place! It was an incredibly clean and well kept condo, super cute decorations and amenities and in such a perfect location! Sharon was so attentive and checked in every day. The check in and check out processes were simple and easy to follow. The condo was in walking distance to some great shops and restaurants and genuinely only 50 steps from the beach! Having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, and other items was a great added bonus as well. If we could give this place and Sharon 6 stars we would, we were shocked a place this good was still available for rent for Memorial Day weekend since we only booked a few weeks ago. If we ever come back to OC I will definitely try to stay here again and would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing, and easy stay on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at the Dellwood. Great communication with hosts. Had an amazing time on the beach and were able to enjoy some local attractions as well! Met the downstairs neighbor who gave us some recommendations for places to eat, visit and even coupons!
The only downfall was that internet service was poor. Wifi was not working and we only had 4g service in many areas we visited - which is good unless you are lost or trying to find something to do. We did contact Sharon and Paul who set us up with the internet providers - but ultimately it was not repaired for our visit.
Overall, a great stay with tons of amenities available to us throughout our stay!

We really loved our stay. The condo was perfect for our group of 6. We had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the front porch, watching the ocean while drinking coffee was lovely. Super short walk to beach. We would definitely reserve this house again. Also Sharon was very kind and helpful.

This home was perfect for our family’s first beach vacation. The house is in a great location-super close to the beach and walkable to lots of restaurants, shopping, ice cream and mini golf. The house is also very well appointed and has everything we needed and more. Parking was a little tricky but we made it work. Overall it was a great stay!

Condo was great for a perfect beach vacation. Just walk down steps and 50 steps your on the beach. Take a walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, mini golf. 3 blocks and across street youll see the most beautiful of sunsets at Sunset Island. We went to Assateague Island ! Amazing horses ponys come right up to the car. My only regret is that i didnt stay longer!

Parking can be difficult but not impossible there. We managed 2 cars parking . Most days not even the drivewsy.

Our family stayed here over the 4th of July and so happy we did. The location is perfect - a short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and market. The house to us was quiet, which we wanted, and the neighbors were friendly, not rowdy or disruptive. The chip-shot distance to the beach was very convenient and you can even see the water from the front deck seating. The street is not competing with high rise condos or hotels, making the beach not overly crowded. The house is updated and well taken care of. We were happy from check-in to check-out and our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer :) We hope to be back again soon! Thanks!

This unit is perfectly located steps to the beach, far enough north from the hustle and bustle but close to plenty of restaurants and activities for the kids. This property is very cozy, extremely clean and has convenient amenities. Everything you need from beach chairs, umbrellas even some beach toys is on site for your use. The owner is very responsive, helpful and extremely nice !

We've been going to the Dellwood for over 35 years through 3 owners. Sharon Kolbilka is the best "landlord" ever. The place has been renovated and decorated so it's like staying in a high class hotel. She's easy to deal with and we hope to keep coming back for another 35 years.

There was plenty of space for six people to be comfortable. Kitchen and dining areas had all that was needed and more. Both bathrooms were adequate for our use. Care is given to make the property feel like home with the attention to decor and overall design.

We cannot say enough good about our vacation at this unit. Check in/out was super easy, communication with the owners was excellent, all the amenities that were listed were there and then some! Super clean, excellent location great for a small family vacation. Just steps away to the beach. Highly recommend Sharon’s unit for your vacation!

I’ve never used VRBO before but happy to say that my first experience was a wonderful one. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and located just a few steps away from the beach and a 10-minute drive to the Boardwalk. Also, so many good food choices in the area. Sharon was patient and helpful with all my questions. She provided everything we could need so didn’t feel stressed about packing a ton of stuff. We’re looking forward to staying here next summer!

Another year, another lovely stay at this little hidden gem. The convenience with two small children is insurmountable! We packed so light as everything has literally been thought of for us! The close proximity to restaurants, attractions, urgent care, and THE BEACH cannot be trumped! And it’s always clean, clean, clean! We cannot thank Sharon enough for her generous hospitality and allowing us to continue to make amazing memories with our family.

Nice location and property
We had a nice stay at this condo. It’s a cute older building so sound does travel from neighbors but the unit has recently been renovated. The manager was friendly and very responsive. The only small drawback is the parking situation as other tenants were using more than one parking space (I think they had about 10 people staying there!) so we had to use street parking. Thankfully that wasn’t too difficult to find.

Lovely Place!!
Our stay at this Condo was wonderful. You could not ask for better accommadations. The house was very clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home. The location is perfect with only steps to the beach. It was so great that all the beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. The owner was so nice to work with , and went above and beyond to be helpful in every way. We cannot wait to come back and spend another enjoyable vacation at this beach home.

Hidden Gem
Nothing short of perfection. My little family of four spent two weeks staying at this little gem right off the beach. Extremely clean and well taken care of. Close to many attractions and restaurants! Sharon was fabulous, attentive & thought of everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful Rental
The unit was immaculate and equipped with everything you could need for your vacation - including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, linens, etc. The location was great - lots of shops & restaurants within walking distance. It was a very short trip to the beach with all of my kids. Sharon was so helpful and responded to any questions immediately.
