Was declined entry on arrival, credit card debited 10 days before my arrival into Thailand, I had confirmation numbers, receipts and proof that I had paid for my 5 days stay, I sat outside with all my luggage as I'd just come off the plane, and the manager called me and said there was nothing we could do because, "we don't check booking.com bookings". It was very unprofessional, it was only until I rang booking.com's customer service number and explained what was happening and gave them the payment confirmation number. They told me they would ring the manager of the hotel, 5 minutes later the same staff person who was rude and was denying me entry came and said my room was ready 👎👎👎 will never stay here again. Thanks to Booking.com for sorting it out for me.

It has 5 floors but don’t have elevator. So poor you if you have on the top

Excellent central location walkable to everything. Comfortable bed. A/C and shower worked well. Housekeeper was very nice.

The wifi went out several times, sometimes for hours. Hopefully just a temporary issue and is fixed by the time you read this. Host was unresponsive to my queries, maybe a translation issue.

The hotel is very compact and the staircase is very narrow. Occasionally can hear noise from the stair, water pumps, people talking and opening doors.

Location near Bangla street.

Very small room, though its fine if you only sleep in the hotel. Next to none sound isolation, noisy in the mornings.

This is a great place in a perfect location, close to the centre and beach. The staff is very nice and makes things easy.

I would have rated this place better but the constructions works going on at the building next door kind of ruined my experience. I would have even extended my stay here for a few more days because everything else is great and love the central location, but I simply couldn't sleep in the morning because from very early in the morning the construction workers would start jackhammering and drilling next door, which made impossible to rest.

- room small with no window, made it feel like a box with no air. - 5th floor and no lift - Self check-in and check-out. No staff, although contactable via WhatsApp. - The outside door should be closed with a card scan. Instead it's open all the time which means anyone can walk in and no staff are there to check.

Quiet side street good size clean modern rooms. I stayed here a year ago as well.

Truly a lovely stay. Spent 10 days here and enjoyed every bit of it. Picked the room with balcony & it was very clean and spacious. Same goes for the bathroom. Located right in the heart of Patong, at walking distance from anywhere really. Staff really really friendly.

Wifi wasn’t the best I’ve found around to be honest but if you have unlimited data (you can purchase a Thai SIM card at arrival) you’ll be good to go. I worked & had video calls and everything worked out in the end.
