Great location within easy walking distance from the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. Hotel was spotless with great facilities. Loved the roof top bar.

המיקום של המלון מאוד טוב, ממש קרוב למרכז. מי שאוהב חיי לילה והרבה רעש זה מתאים לו. הצוות היה יחסית נחמד.

בין המלונות הגרועים שהייתי בהם וממש לא שווה את הכסף. ההתחלה הייתה ששמו אותנו בחדר שהיה במרפסת שלו שלוש מנועים של מזגן שעשו רעש. ששאלתי למה זה כך אמרו שזה המנועים של חדר הכושר. אז ביקשתי שיעבירו אותי, הם בוינה אמרו שהמלון מוזמן במלואו ואין חדר פנוי. אמרתי שאני מבינה ושאני אשמח שיום אחרי יעבירו אןתי( הפקיד בקבלה אמר שיום אחרי יש חדרים שמתפנים) אבל הוא רצה שאני אבוא שוב להתלונן יום אחרי ולא רצה לקבוע לי מראש את החדר. אחרי וויכוחים הוא החליט להעביר אותי חדר באותו היום למרות שאמר שהמלון ״מלא לגמרי״. החדר השני היה מלא בנמלים, לא משנה כמה הם ריססו זה לא עבד. רק החניקו אותנו עם הרעל של הריסוס. לא ניקו לנו את החדר בנוסף. הדבר הכי חשוב שהמלון רועש ברמות!! שומעים הכול את האנשים במסדרון, אם מישהו יוצא ונכנס למעלית שומעים את הצליל שהמעלית עושה שהדלת נפתחת. שומעים את האנשים מהמרפסות. בקיצור המלון הכי גרוע שהייתי בו, לא ממליצה עליו בכלל ! הוא גם יקר ולא שווה את הכסף.

Piscina en la azotea espectacular con una vista privilegiada. El hotel estaba a pocas cuadras de la playa con excelente ubicación. Tenían un staff de tour muy conveniente con buenos precios. El servicio de lavandería a pesar que era externo tenia un muy buen precio.

the room was big and amazing .. and very comfortable .. the pool is really nice and another one rooftop .. the location is a bit far from the walking street so this is the only downside for me .. but everything else was amazing

كل شي لم يعجبني ريحة شينه اثاث غير نظيف الغرفه على الشارع ازعاج تأخر في الدخول و يوم تأخرنا نص ساعه على الخروج جلسو يعاتبون

The Location was quite good.

Firstly, the air conditioning system was very bad, and I informed them many times regarding this issue but no action was taken. They brought a technician one time to fixed it but nothing changed. As I noticed that the air conditioning system is very old one. Secondly, the toilet was full of hair it wasn’t clean properly. Thirdly, the room pictures which are displayed in booking is totally different than the real rooms. Finally, lot’s of improvements need to be taken.

The hotel location was good, near Patong beach and in front of the hotel the street having many markets. Staff was cooperative. There was a traveling office at the hotel and they arranged daily trips with excellent prices.

We have arrived early morning and there was delay in checking of some rooms up to 3 pm. Breakfast was served the same every day and was with less variety.

The best shower I had in all of Thailand, excellent water flow. Spacious, clean room. The location is very central, you can walk to the center and to the beach.

The hotel very clean, widely, there is a small garden and swiming pool on the rooftop very airy and nice view! Staff friendly and helpfull!

Roof top pool should be available night as the view from the top is nice and relaxing

We had private access to the pool in which was fantastic. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The location was great. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to walk and enjoy everything Patong has to offer. I read bad reviews about the breakfast and opted not to include this but if wasn’t as bad as reviews suggest. We will definitely come back to this hotel and next time include the breakfast buffet.

The only negative was the wifi. It kept kicking you out. The wifi really should be an easy fix for this hotel. I really don’t know why they haven’t done anything to fix it as yet

Breakfast could be a bit better

The overall experience was very good , the staff was very helpful . the travel desk lady guided us very well , we reached early then the normal check in time , but still staff accommodated us in best possible way. Would definitely booked this property in case i travel again to Phuket.
