Staff were amazing, so very friendly, excellent service. Luxurious clean and comfortable room. Very tasty breakfast with plenty of choice.

The hotel staff were extremely good and helpful. They provided an international breakfast, and the shuttle bus to Patong Beach was helpful.

The property has an outdoor tennis court, gym, and two swimming pools. However, I would prefer it if the property had an indoor gaming room or any kind of indoor entertainment area to alleviate boredom.

Stunning hotel

The hotel is slightly out of Patong and up the hillside providing a peaceful getaway from the non-stop traffic, pollution and noise. It had beautiful views and our room had its own private plunge pool. It had a complimentary bus which took you into the party town; we used this and got a Tuc Tuc back - 10 minute drive in the traffic. The staff couldn’t do enough for you - very clean and well looked after.

The property is very well cared for, but it’s a bit dated inside. The main pool is near the road and you get noise and pollution - so not that peaceful.

The staff were AMAZING - they really couldn’t do enough for you.

It was a bit out the way and it wasn’t possible to walk anywhere because of the roads. However, the hotel has a really good free shuttle service.

L’allotjament esta molt aprop de Patong centre pero no esta dins, cosa que fa que puguis gaudir de tranquilitat igualment. Nosaltres teniem la Sky suite i les vistes eren una passada. El personal super bé, es molt amable i et posen totes les facilitats possibles.

Les begudes de l’hotel són cares comparades amb les de Pantong pero comprensible

The location and view was awesome, the rooms were clean and breakfast was awesome, and it was near to patong which to some is good, there was daily shuttle bus to patong. The reception was great alsos speaks English very good.

There was an issue in my room upon my arrival that I told them about before coming but it wasn't considered and I talked to the manager about it and she didn't want to solve it or upgrade me to a better and told me to cancel the booking if I don't accept the current situation, which was a bit irritating to me as I was on my honeymoon. But in the end they moved us to another room after a day which wasn't the best also but was better than the last one.

Отель расположен на горе. Удаленно от кафе и магазинов, если путешествуете пешком, то ходить придется много. Но с другой стороны, удаленность большой плюс, вечером тихо и спокойно!

The villas were spacious and good for a family. The plunge pools were great. Staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay.

The steep hills to and from the rooms and number of stairs made it challenging to get around, especially with a baby.

3 storey house with super nice view oversea the whole of Patong Beach

a bit far from Patong Beach, need to drive for about 10 mins to Patong Beach. far from restaurants. luckily we have rented car.

We rented the 4 bedroom pool villa because the smaller bedroom pool villas were not available. It didn’t cost much more in US and was totally worth it. The view was amazing. You are looking onto patong beach and it is just as beautiful at night as it is during the day. The food at the only restaurant was great authentic Thai food the best we had in our 14 days in Phuket.

There is only one restaurant at the resort. A couple more options would be nice. There were also not many selection options for drinks.

Efficient service whenever we requested anything, friendly staff, a very good breakfast, beautiful sea view from the terrace of our room, well-maintained landscaping, reliable shuttle bus to Patong.

The rooms and common areas are tired and long overdue for renovation, and the same goes for the restaurant. No one uses the restaurant except for breakfast, and the advertised "rooftop bar" no longer operates. The aircon was too small to cool down the room sufficiently at night. No chair in the room, nowhere to sit on the terrace - just the two pool lounges. The shower temperature control did not work at all. Not the ideal location if you love the beach - it would have been better to be closer to Patong.
