Stayed here with a group of 10 girls. First, it was super easy to find and directions on how to enter were so easy! Second, we arrived to some light snacks and refreshments stocked! We were famished from travels and it was such a sweet surprise to have! Third, the house was perfect! Room enough for all of us- no crowding- and enough space and places for us all to get ready! Fourth, the location was perfect! Cheap Lyft ride to Broadway. One of our cab dr driver said that we were lucky that we didn’t get a place in a bad area because other rentals are in not so desirable neighborhoods, but people traveling from out of town don’t know! So I feel like we definitely lucked out with the location of the house. We all felt safe plus, there’s an awesome walk around the neighborhood with views of Vanderbilt!
I would highly recommend you stay at this house with your girlfriends! We had the best time!

I was there with 8 of my friends and everyone had their own space to sleep, it was close to the downtown area, and not to mention decorated so cute (truly perfect for a girls trip/bach party). Words cannot express how perfect this pink palace was for 10 1971 high school graduates for our combined 70th birthdays. From the welcome beverages and snacks to warm bagels delivered our last morning these hosts know how to make their guests feel pampered. We enjoyed our stay. The location was great as it was walking distance from Centennial Park - so we were able to spend mornings walking around that area. It was very close to downtown, so it was a short drive to our activities.
Townhouse was very clean and kept nice. There was plenty of supplies (dishes etc.) in the kitchen. I really appreciated that there wasn't a long list of rules and check out duties like some places.
I would highly recommend this place - as long as you are okay with stairs.

Had my bachelorette there and the house was great! Definitely a drive to downtown but a short Uber ride. The host was amazing we left a few things behind and she mailed them back right away and we didn’t have enough towels or any tissues so she had them delivered that same day with some goodies. 9 Friends for 55 years decided on a Nashville trip to visit one of our classmates. This townhome was great! We had trouble with the TV and they responded quickly to our needs. Robert came over the next day and fixed the connection by installing a Roku. Beds are comfortable, very clean, lots of kitchen appliances and dishes, 3 full baths and washer and dryer. There are a lot of steps so not a place for anyone who has trouble climbing steps. They reached out when we arrived to make sure everything was ok and even had some snacks for us when we arrived. They were glad to hear any recommendations we had. Great customer service and very clean townhouse.

We stayed here for my daughter’s bachelorette party weekend and the listing was perfect for our large group of family/friends! Without knowing the Nashville area at all, we secured this rental in an ideal residential location that felt safe. It was a 10 minute drive/Uber to downtown and 15 minutes to shopping at 12 South. A 30-35 minute drive led us to an amazing winery the owner recommended. It was also maybe 5 minutes to the Vanderbilt University area and there were plenty of grocery, coffee, and restaurant options.
There are 4 bedrooms with 8 extremely comfortable beds (2 of which are bunk beds). The kitchen was well-stocked, and some snacks and cold drinks were even ready for us upon arrival! The one-car garage was also nice to have and our guests did not have any trouble finding other free parking near the property. The check-in/ check-out process was simple and communication with the owner, Lauren was superb! We couldn’t have asked for a better host!!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you again Lauren!

This is a beautiful property located just 10 minutes from Broadway. Great set up with lots of light and space. Lauren the host was kind enough to give us a late checkout and we really appreciated the snacks and beverages that were waiting for us when we arrived! Nashville Weekend Getaway
We booked this place for a weekend in February. The location is amazing, within walking distance to the Parthenon and not too far from downtown. The house was spacious, very clean, with a full kitchen.

Incredible host and house!
The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured and described. Lauren was SO accommodating, allowing us to extend late for our late flight since no one else was checking in after us. It was such a great house for our girls trip with plenty of space and a very beautiful master bathroom.
Couldn’t recommend this place and Lauren as a host enough. Will def stay here next time I’m in Nashville!

This property was perfect! The location was great and Lauren was so helpful in every way possible. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place with lots of room. We had a few set backs with ice in Arkansas keeping some from coming and a broken foot bride by over stepping a stair but I would definitely return to this property or rent from Lauren again! 10 out of 10
