The house was perfect for us five women, check-in was easy, fully stocked with all kinds of extras, neighborhood was beautiful and the home was better than the description. We were all so comfortable with plenty of space to spare.

This property is in a very good neighborhood, 30 minutes from all attractions weather you want to see Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, or see everything in deadwood.

The house was spotless and so cozy. It was bigger then the pictures. And just felt like home for our stay. It was a top tier place to stay and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in rapid city

We had a wonderful time in this rental. The house was great and had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of room and very comfortable. The location was great for trips into Rapid City and the surrounding attractions like Rushmore, Bear Country, Badlands, Wall Drug, Custer SP and more. Communication with the owner was great as well. Will definitely return when I come back to the area.

If you want to experience the black hills for a reasonable price, this is the booking. The house was amazing. We are a family of 7 and had more than enough room. Steve and Lisa offer their beautiful home and make you feel like you belong. The neighborhood is as good as you could ask for. No worries about someone messing with you or your belongings. The worse part about this listing is having to leave. I am hoping to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, less than 10 minute drive to downtown Rapid City, located right off Mt Rushmore Road. Great backyard and spacious dining area & living room. Owners were quick to respond when we had questions & made check-in/check-out easy. Nice neighborhood

Location is perfect to explore the Black Hills and enjoy Rapid City. Not on a busy street. Our grandkids loved the play structure. Very clean!!

We enjoyed our stay! The house fit us all comfortably - four adults and five kids. The location was perfect and close to lots of attractions. Our kids loved the backyard play set and played out on it every evening for several hours.

This property is a great location for exploring the area. The beds have plastic liners on them which made you sweat when you slept. Mattresses themselves were also not comfortable. There was a water leak in the basement sink which the owner fixed promptly. It has a small fenced in backyard which was great for us with lots of kids!

Very nice home and we had a good time. The only thing was the bed and pillows were not the best. Also my son is allergic to dogs and cats and there was a fair amount of either dog or cat hair on the floors. Not something you would probably notice unless you have allergies.

Steven & Lisa are such a wonderful couple! Very lovely home and our whole family was so comfortable. Our 2 youngest especially enjoyed playing in the back yard when we were not out sight seeing. Even the neighbors were great! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the best!!

This is a nice home within minutes to basically everywhere...town and the Black Hills. The basement was great for family activities.

This family home was AWESOME for our group. Accommodations were spectacular. Steve and Lisa pulled out all the stops on this house and were very welcoming. From the basement bar, pool/air hockey table to the backyard swing all ages were able to enjoy their time with one another.

House was great. 4 bedrooms was perfect for our group. 3 adults, 4 teenagers, a 5 yr old and a toddler. The little kids loved the backyard and the teens loved the basement and pool/air hockey table.

This home is exactly as described and pictured, except better. It is spacious, with plenty of places to gather together as well as places for some quite contemplation or alone time if that's what you need. Many special touches have been added to this home, including several large plants in the living room and kitchen, kid-made artwork, family photos, fun pillows, and gentle cove lighting in the comfortable living room. The kitchen has every pot, pan, dish, mug, and glass you could possibly need, and the dining table can generously handle 6 adults or a few extra if you squeeze in a bit. I traveled with my 90-year-old parents, and this home was perfect for all of us. It's up on the hillside above the center of Rapid City, and it's very easy and quick to get to any part of the Rapid City area.

This property is ideal for all travelers! Our family does a fair amount of traveling and we always get nervous when it comes to choosing a place to stay. Each detail and photo listed on the VRBO posting depicts this property accurately. We were able to comfortably sleep (8); my wife and I, our four kids, and my parents. I’ve been to Rapid City a few times over the past 4 years and this was by far, the best centrally located property choice and easy to find via Google Maps. The property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood suitable for families. Fuel, restaurants, groceries, etc. are minutes away which saved us a lot of time so that we could focus on our trip. I can’t say enough about the owners! They respond extremely fast before, during and after our vacation. Arrival instructions are made available immediately and departure expectations are less than many other VRBO properties we’ve booked. We had a last minute special request and they were willing to accommodate us which made our vacation possible! Our family can’t thank you enough for a stress-free vacation at an affordable price!

Can't say enough about the owners. They are friendly and just a text away if we should ever need anything. The house is warm, welcoming and extremely clean upon our arrival- it feels like home! In addition, everything and everywhere is just a drive away. Our trips to Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, Lake Sylvan, Crazy Horse, and other places are within 30 to 40 minutes from the house. It so convenient that when you get back, it is as if you are walking into your own living room. Thank you Steve and family for this comfortable home and help making this a great trip. Our three-night stay in this clean, comfortable home was just the right fit for an extended family visit to the Black Hills. The location was close enough to downtown and nearby attractions (e.g., Reptile Gardens is less than a five-minute drive) to afford easy access to all we wanted to do. At the same time, the home's being situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood was excellent for our combined group of five kids and six adults (as an added bonus, by the last evening, our kids had joined in with the neighborhood children to play). Many of the home's amenities made it almost more attractive to hang out at the house instead of going out wandering, among them the front driveway's adjustable hoop, an air hockey table, a Wii, a beautiful backyard complete with swingset, and a cabinetful of games and movies. Making home-cooked meals, as we've always found when renting homes, was a huge bonus, as was plenty of room to lounge and visit both upstairs and down. The sole recommendation we had as we left this property was that, since our crew tends to be of the taller variety, we would have loved comfortable queen beds rather than the double/full beds offered in three of the bedrooms (the fourth had two twin beds ideal for kids). Overall, a great stay we wouldn't hesitate to repeat!
