House and property are well taken care of and set up perfect for a large family vacation! 15 of us stayed ranging in age feom 18 months up to age 80. Close walk to beach. Kitchen is very well supplied for all your cooking needs! Ton of beach stuff to use! Kids enjoyed the pool.

We have a fabulous trip to Grayton. The house was very spacious with a very stocked kitchen. Once the construction gets done I am sure it will be even better. They were pretty loud in the mornings. Lots of beach gear to use and bikes! They kids loved that!

The property was perfect for the family. We had 8 adults and 10 children and were delighted with the amount of rooms and space for all. The pool was great for the little members as they tired of the beach by mid afternoon. Jennifer was a delight as a host. she made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

This property was everything I was hoping for. I was concerned when I found out that building was going on next door but it did not hamper our trip at all. There was more noise from the house being built one street over than the one next door. Every kitchen item you would need. Before you grocery shop, check the spice cabinet because there are lots of choices you won't need to buy. We loved the closeness to the beach and it was an easy bike ride to several different restaurants and even a place for a massage!!! Jennifer was very kind to answer promptly my multiple texts and emails with questions.

Except for the double red flags for two days, we had a great vacation.

Our second year at this wonderful home. Spacious, clean and well maintained. Everything we needed. We could have walked in with just our clothes and been completely satisfied. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and enjoying meals. Table sits 12 very comfortably. Appliances galore and a great grill as well. Bedrooms are spacious as well as all bathrooms. Mattresses are great. TVs in every room as well. Easy walk to the beach and wonderful restaurants close by done within walking distance. Easy access to walking and riding trails. Neighborhood is quiet and everyone waves. We have already booked our return for next year.

We had a great stay at Jennifer’s lovely home in Gulf Trace, a hidden gem on 30A. The property is really well set up for large groups and as others have noted, it’s got an incredibly outfitted kitchen. Since you are renting from an actual owner and not a property management company, you save a lot of time, money, and effort on things like cooking supplies, games, books and just the little things that make a family vacation so much more convenient and enjoyable. We loved the distance to the beach and the laid back vibe of the neighborhood. Grayton is our favorite are in all of 30A and this house is a delight. Jennifer was fantastic to work with, very accommodating, and quick to respond. Overall, it was a great house and stay. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because of the construction next door. We had no idea there would be a GIANT home under construction in what was previously the open lot. While the construction noise wasn’t awful when we were inside the house, it made the pool and outside sanctuary area pretty unbearable during the day due to the loud noise. It’s unfortunate for this family and house, as they only seemed to be in the beginning stages of construction. We would definitely stay again though!

We visited for 2 weeks in March. The house is great - plenty of space, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, awesome screened in porch, wooded back yard and side yards that create privacy. The neighborhood has many nice homes and was pretty quiet. The walk to the beach is easy and the beach is nice with no stairs to navigate. Jennifer the host is very responsive and helpful.

Magnolia Hill is a lovely vacation home which is surrounded by trees and vegetation making it feel quite private. The home was quite comfy and well equipped with everything imaginable; from beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bikes, to game galore! Our family loved it. Every bedroom hAd a bathroom! Magnolia Hill is only a few walking minutes from the beach. And the pool was kept very clean. I would definitely recommend this home to large families, it made our vacation memorable. Chipley

Perfect property for our family reunion. The pool was a big hit with all the kids. The beach was beautiful. Our hostess provided lots of beach and pool toys. The kitchen was very well stocked. Could not think of anything our hostess could have done better!

This house was comfortable and accommodating for our family of 18. It had everything we needed and was just steps from beautiful Grayton Beach! Would definitely go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family week at Magnolia Trace! The 7 kids, mostly teenagers, enjoyed the freedom of having rooms according to their ages/sexes. The 4 adult couples appreciated having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well outfitted! The walk to the beach was no more than 2 minutes and the beach was not crowded. We enjoyed the many outdoor areas and the trees and shade trees around the house. Needless to say, we have already booked for next year!!

This house is just about perfect. Plenty of room for our large family. A big draw for me was the fact that everyone could have their own bathroom. The house is very comfortable and has absolutely everything anyone could need. Jennifer was so accommodating and made herself available to us all the time. We’ve stayed in several houses in Gulf Tace and this is now one of our favs! Thanks Jennifer and family!

Property hosted our large extended family comfortably with multiple porches and open concept kitchen and great room. Many beds and bathrooms... which are a must with our crowd. Easy walk to the beach (which was not crowded even though it was high season) and lovely neighborhood. Very responsive property manager. Definitely coming back!

Easy beach access, nice pool, great kitchen, enough living areas to spread out- porches, hammocks, stores closed by. We loved it!

This is a fantastic house and property. Functional layout with great living areas and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. House is in great condition with zero issues. Easy walk to the beach, great pool and all the beach accessories you’ll ever need. Property owner is prompt with any questions asked and easy to work with. We will rent again!

We have stayed on 30A for the last 20 years, in nearly every village and type of property. This was by far the most well provisioned rental we have ever been in. Any utensil you could want was available in the large kitchen. Great seating for group meals - and the perfect size pot for a low country boil. The walk to the beach is easy and the screened in porch was perfect for evening card games. Thank you! I would not like to travel with this number of people again - but if I did, I would hope to reserve this property!

We enjoyed this home and our week long vacation to Grayton Beach area. There are so many amazing things to say about the property: great location to the beach, great pool, house had everything we needed, layout of the house for 4 families was excellent. The owner was very responsive with questions and concerns throughout the entire process of rental to actually staying at the house. The area is low key and not commercialized at all. So many more things I could say. We plan to stay again! There was only one thing that was different than expected. The listing says it has 8 bikes. From the photo several appear to be kids bikes and they appear to be in good condition. When we arrived, several bikes were out of commission and there was only one kids bike which was also broken. We ended up renting bikes from a local shop, which wasn't a big deal (cost was $170 for 3 bikes for the week). We would have prearranged rental had we known the condition of the bikes prior to arrival. Overall highly recommend this house for a large group of family/friends wanting to enjoy a week together!

We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay at Magnolia House in Gulf Trace. Outstanding house for a large group with a well stocked kitchen, nice outdoor space (beach view and sounds), included bicycles and a heated pool. The stroll to the beach access is super short and, in my opinion, Gulf Trace has the best beach on 30-A. Although, we did not need anything during out stay, the owner was super responsive with the few questions we had preceding our trip. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

As described. Delayed in checking in but housekeeper was very accommodating and kind. Fairly close to the private beach. Most kitchen needs met (could use more regular sized bowls and drinking cups). Overall great time.

Our family had a fabulous time. Close access (2 Min. Walk) to the beach. Beach was not crowded so that was a huge plus! The pool was great for the kids when they got tired of the beach. House was clean and had plenty of room for us to spread out! Ice cream truck coming around the neighborhood was a big hit for the kids!

Stay here. We loved it! We had our extended family (5 kids, ranging from 13-6) and 6 adults. We were all very comfortable and were able to spread out. Close to the beach, great pool, really nice neighberhood. We loved everything about this place.

Jennifer was great to work with in regards to her property. She answered any question we had about the property. Her beach house is beautiful and spotless! She has 2 washer/dryers and plenty of bikes for all. We love the kitchen/ great room/ screened in porch combination! Her kitchen is fully equipped. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool! The beach access is a very quick walk less than five minutes. Gulf trace is such a wonderfully located neighborhood! We hope to return sooner than later!
