All the reviews are very accurate. Lovely place, great location and Jane responds quickly to any question. Also, very helpful if she sees whales from the house! Only regret is not staying at the house more. We were running around a lot on this trip.

We loved our stay, which was perfect for our family. Plenty to explore in walking distance and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch by the fire.

Very nice property in terrific location. Roomy and comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked with coffee, teas, seasonings, oils, etc.--which I always think is a very thoughtful touch (though we chose to eat out at the many great restaurants nearby). Especially enjoyed the fireplace & comfy sofas & blankets on a cool night. Bedrooms each have full bath and are in separate wings which adds privacy. Was great to sit out on the patio overlooking lovely Monterey Bay. Host is very friendly and accommodating and communication was a breeze. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend.

My wife is very picky about cleanliness. I think this is the first place we have ever stayed that she would give a "Perfect" rating to.
The unit was very well stocked with everything you might need for your stay.
The location was perfect. Just across the street is a beautiful cove with baby seals laying around. In the water we watched sea otters and whales.
A short walk down the street you will find the Aquarium and Cannery Row as well as several good restaurants and a very good grocery store.
Jane is a very helpful, friendly host.
Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Looking at the ocean each morning was awesome! Loved the location! We could walk to Cannery Row and over to the beach at Pacific Grove.
The outdoor fire pit was super fun.

A beautiful home in a beautiful location, this property was perfect for my wife, our adult daughters, and me. Jane is a terrific host, friendly and helpful with recommendations and suggestions.Every detail of the home was perfect. And it is amazing to see harbor seals from the front patio! Convenient to Cannery Row, downtown Monterey, Carmel, Point Lobos, 17 Mile Drive, the list goes on and on! Definitely recommend!

This beautiful house was perfect for our family of 4. The location was amazing and close to everything we wanted to see. The views are more spectacular than the pictures can show.
The house was immaculate when we arrived. The host met us and gave a tour. She answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay at this spot again when visiting Pacific Grove/ Monterey on our next trip!

This property and the hosts were wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The patio and fire pit were a treat to sit next to in the evening while watching the ocean waves. The beautiful Spanish style home was equipped with everything we needed and was a quick walk to the aquarium and restaurants. We look forward to staying there again.

Thanks to Jane and her absolutely beautiful home Grandpa and I have the most fantastic stay with our two granddaughters! I couldn't recommend this place more! The home is comfortable and lovely and the view is fantastic! We enjoyed being able to walk to Cannery Row and also to sit on our patio and watch dolphins and sea otters!

This home was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and newly renovated. The location is supreme, and one can hear the ocean waves from the living room. The fire pit on the front patio was divine. The neighborhood is quiet, yet a short walk to the aquarium and restaurants.
We appreciated the new washer/dryer, cooking spices and oils, local guidebooks, and binoculars for whale- and otter-watching. Thanks for being such a gracious host, Jane!

You can’t beat the location and views from this perfect house. Beds are comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. We sat outside and watched dolphins, otters, and seals in the water. Walkable to restaurants and the aquarium. We loved it and would return again.

This property is a beautiful remodel in a prime location. Located directly across the street from the water, the views are amazing and the neighborhood is very walkable. The property manager was super communicative and prompt in responses. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Wonderful location! Beautiful accommodations. Lovely host! Everything we needed for a perfect stay at Pacific Grove. One of our best experiences of our California trip was sitting around the firepit, eating pizza, watching waves crash on the rocks, and listening to a herd of sea lions a few feet away “talk” to each other! Paradise on earth!

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous home with fabulous views of the ever-changing ocean from the amazing porch which also has a fire pit. If you’re looking for one of the best places to stay in Pacific Grove, this is it. You’ll be walking distance to restaurants, Lover’s Point and Cannery Row. Jane was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. This home is a 5 star stay!

Three of us stayed in this beautiful home by the sea. It was gorgeous, with an incredible view. The outside fire pit kept us outside in the fabulous sea air. We will be back.

A truly wonderful way to finish out our vacation. The accommodations were wonderful and spotlessly clean. The location was very central and the views spectacular! We will cherish the memories of our morning coffee watching the marine life and our evenings by the firepit. Jane was a lovely and helpful host.

The pictures don’t even do this place justice! From pulling up to the curb to walking inside this beautifully appointed home is meticulously decorated and has everything that you need! The fire pit on the front porch is amazing and allows you to sit and watch the ocean, waves, birds and sea lions in action. Our host, Jane, made it so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Can’t wait to return!

Truly a magnificent property with comfortable accomodations but most importantly the most beautiful porch with the most beautiful view! Having a glass of wine while watching the ocean was truly magnificent. Walking distance to lots of cute restaurants and shops. Couldn't recommend enough!

We decided to splurge a little on this place and it was such a great decision! The host is incredible - communicative and super helpful. The place is amazing - clean, well furnished and absolutely beautiful view. The location is perfect. We walked almost everywhere - the aquarium, restaurants, attractions.
