Great stay. Plenty of space for our family of 7. Clean, accessible, and quiet surroundings, but close to everything. Would stay again!

The beach home was perfect for our stay. It was a long 3 block walk to the beach, but we knew that when booking. The walk was a bit much for my mom, but we found a local place to rent a wheelchair for her. They even delivered it directly to the rental. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor shower was the best we have ever used in a rental. A must for young sandy boys lol.

Wasn’t sure about property in back. Narrow kitchen. Only 1 parking permit available. Mattress and sofa had stains. Dirt under some furniture Accommodated our family

When you enter the house it smells like urine. The listing mentioned that pets had been at the property, and it smelled that way. The furniture is old and not very clean. The kitchen is narrow and hard for more than one person to use at a time. The bathrooms are old and outdated. The one nice feature is the enclosed back porch which looks newer than the rest of the house. Behind the house is a detached garage with a room over it. We discovered early in our stay that the owner was living in that room and would regularly walk down the driveway past us, making for an uncomfortable situation. He was not friendly and made the stay even more unpleasant.

Needs a deep cleaning to include floors.

Great vaca home in the heart of Rehoboth proper. Our family (including our little fluff of a dog) fully utilized the property and enjoyed our week "at the beach". Some of the beds could be updated, but overall not a deal breaker as you're only 3 blocks from the beach and the boardwalk. If you love being in the heart of Rehoboth, consider this vaca home!

We stayed at 220 Laurel with our 3 grown sons and their families. We had 8 adults and 5 kids ranging from 4 months to 9 years old. We all had a great time and enjoyed the home immensely! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
Easy access to the beach and other fun spots in Rehoboth.
Highly recommend renting bikes to make getting around even easier!
Our only small issue was being accused of some minor damage after we left the house. Things that were broken when we arrived and never bothered to report. So if you notice anything make sure to let Remax know asap. Luckily we had insurance.
Otherwise it was a fabulous week!

Great Spot!
Snuck away on a fall vacation with our friends/family. We had a group of 13 and there was plenty of space for all of us. Lots of entertaining space which works well with a group of different-aged kids. The sunroom was huge & all 13 of spent time in that room at the same time comfortably! Fenced back yard awesome for dogs. Great location - walking to town is 5 minutes. Driveway for parking is always a plus. Just lovely! We would absolutely rent again :)

Great space & location!
This was a really nice place to stay that accommodated 12 adults comfortably. It's a quick walk to the beach and really close to the town/restaurants. Lots of area to socialize inside and out. Would definitely recommend.
The kitchen is a bit of a tight squeeze so if you like to cook as a group be prepared for that. Also there are no beach chairs available so that would be nice to know up front since a lot of locations I've stayed previously at least have a few chairs on site to use.

Lovely
House is as described & very spacious & comfortable! Walking distance to town & the beach was perfect for teens. Check in process is antiquated having to pick up actual keys at a rental office. That’s an easy upgrade!!! Issues with incorrect Wifi password listed in the welcome book. Otherwise - wonderful!!

This is a beautiful location along with a beautiful house.
It is hard to imagine that it was built in 1930. I could live it forever! It could use vent fans in the bathrooms and the dish washer is difficult to use, but wow, what a wonderful experience staying there.

Good house/good location
Rehobeth beach is great, we have been coming for years. We really had a lot of good family time. The house is a bit dated, kitchen is very small, we couldn’t eat at the table together since there was only room for six. I think my biggest concern was the beds.....they were sooooo hard, I’d get up achey and tired every morning.....by the end of the week, I think we were ready to go home and get in our own beds..... one additional thing...there seem to be a lot of owner’s stuff in the closets... Will be back to Rehobeth, but sorry, not to this house

Nice stay in Rehoboth
We had a great week with 2 families of four. We did not have cable in the living room which was okay with us. To be fair, we never called about it. We decided we didn’t need it! Good location. Lots of room for 8 people.

Perfect family home getaway
This home was spacious, with several areas where our family, three generations, four adults and four teens, could spend time together, singly or in small groups.
The location was perfect, a short walk to everything.
The only caveat was that the a/c on the second bedroom level was uneven. Two bedrooms were icy, one was bearable, and the fourth was so hot the boys slept downstairs one night. We reported this to the agency when we left and perhaps it has been fixed.

This is a great house well maintained. Linens - I set up they were waiting for us.- good system
This house has great parking in a very easy in and out. Rare in the area. The only reason we will not use it again - it is because my Husband needs a cane to walk and it is 3 blocks to the Beach.
So if you are not handicapped it is a great place to stay.

Wonderful Time in Rehoboth
The house and stay in Rehoboth was wonderful. It was my first visit not staying in the beach block, which turned out great. The house has a great deal of space and was very comfortable. The 2 porches were used extensively by our group as well. I would of given 4.5 stars if was an option. The only small negative was the galley kitchen. It made it difficult for multiple folks to be using at the same time. But this was truly a minor inconvenience.
