We had one of our best experiences this time at Cinnamon Beach. We have rented six houses on this beach, and this one has been our favorite. The house has a comfortable layout, with a laundry room on the main floor. We enjoyed the screened in porch and pool, which had lovely, comfortable deck furniture. The pool and the residence were well maintained and stocked with everything a family could need for their vacation.We highly recommend staying at this property.

House is perfect. Family was in revolt and wanted to stay. Had to drag them back to MI. Only issue was the beach. As there are lots of rocks it’s impossible for the kids to go crazy so had to use the pools and trips to other beaches nearby in the car and with one tiny kid was a production each day. House is perfect and easy walk to the main pool and beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, but also provided a lovely lanai and pool. We ate most of our meals here, and the kitchen was wonderful. Lots of helpful labels to know where things belonged. The furniture in every room was perfect. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and perfect for outdoor dining also. The indoor furniture was great for watching the NCAA tournament and the dining table provided a wonderful space for a good meal. The bedrooms were clean, and the linens were comfortable. The towels were especially luxurious. We enjoyed some of the games that are provided, but mostly we just enjoy family time together in a beautiful setting. Thank you!

The house was incredible. Teh beach was incredible. The clubhouse area was about a 4/10 if I had to rate it properly. Pools would be closed randomly. Teh spas were never open and the bar on the adult side was only open 2/7 days we were there

The home was absolutely beautiful and well designed. There was a shade missing from a patio door window. Hopefully, that will be replaced soon. I would recommend room darkening drapes for the master. Other than that, it was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped and the house was very clean. This is our second time renting from Cinnamon Beach Vacations and will definitely use them again. It was an easy walk to the beach.

My wife and our two children stayed here for one week. The property was amazing! The kitchen is very well-stocked. Having a screened in porch around the pool made our trip. We definitely would recommend this property! The check in process is a little bit ridiculous. When you arrive on Saturday afternoon you’ll spend 45 minutes in your car waiting in line. The security people will have to verify who you are which is fine the bad part is they record everything in a big notebook that’s been around for years and they have to keep walking back in to their building. . You think they could invest and go digital, maybe an iPad? Every time you leave the community you have to go through security again. If you’re flexible check in on a day other than Saturday. The property Overall, extremely satisfied

Beautiful, quiet location. Beautiful well equipped home. If you are going there, be aware the golf course is under renovation until October and the beach grill and club house are closed.( Under new management). We were not aware of this. Over all the house was great but the cleaning crew needs to step it up a little.

Nice home and furnishings and we had the use of four bicycles and a cooler with wheels to haul some food to the beach, which was nice.The kitchen had all the utensils needed for cooking. We had the need for a garlic press one evening and sure enough we found one in a drawer. It would have been nice to have been a little closer to the beach, but the walk was nice and a reasonable distance. The grill was not clean when we went to use it, but after about 30 minutes it was in great shape and worked nicely. Later we found out that if we would have called the office, they would have come and cleaned the grill. The house had an extra roll of paper towel, but it would have been nice to have had a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper.We did experience a fire alarm malfunction at 3:15 am Saturday morning in the house, which woke us up about 3 hours before we planned for our drive back to Illinois.

First, the decision to switch from cable to streaming in-home entertainment for all rooms other than the second floor main was an unwelcome surprise. In addition to the hassle of having to remember passwords or sign up for app services, the internet bandwidth is not always reliable resulting interruptions and delays (particularly on older Apple devices like to the AppleTV boxes used in the master and in the first floor living room). Also, if a decision like this is made, it must coincide with upgraded televisions that accept smart casting from non-Apple devices. On a week filled with varied sporting events from conference basketball tournaments to The Players this proved problematic. Particularly given last year’s stay when we had to have the cable provider out to address broadband speeds. At a minimum, guests should be made aware of this as it greatly impacts usability. Second, the repeated requests to unlock the first floor Nest from its set program was a nuisance. The program kept raising the temperature to 78 after being set to 72 degrees. It took two calls and three days for this to be rectified. This is unacceptable in my mind.I am not going to post this to VRBO as I am not interested in bashing the rental as it continues be a well-maintained and enjoyable abode. I would ask, however, that my sentiments regarding our experience be shared with the owners. Finally, please consider adding Sylvain’s Caribbean Restaurant to your list offerings in your app. The patties, jerk chicken and salt fish and callalloo are very well done. /

Sunset Blue was the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. Extremely clean and organized. We only needed clothes and food, everything else we needed or wanted was available, all beach accessories, kitchen fully equipped and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the private pool the most. I was a little concerned that we may be too far from beach access but it turned out to be a little more private than being closer to the condos and the walk only took a couple of minutes. Would recommend to anyone. It was a great experience.

Lovely home that exceeded our expectations. Sunset Blue provides everything you will need (including beach towels even though the rental company says to bring them). The guy that we were told to text for maintenance never came (we had a toilet flushing issue) but we did get response from the Cinnamon Beach Property Management for another issue. A new maintenance person may be needed. Overall, minor problem and we loved our stay!

Consistently Pleased
We returned for a 2 week stay in February/March and experienced a few upgrades and additions to what is always a warm and welcoming environment. After sharing WiFi strength issues (test speeds were slow and dropping virtual calls and classes for our work and our daughters’ college classes), a repairman arrived the next day to address the issue. Quality dining remains an issue for the area but those willing to cook can do some things with the proximity to freah seafood and grocers.

Amazing stay for sheltering in place and homeschooling
We left NY metro area in mid-May as our home renovation, which was paused to covid, was restarting. My husband and I both work and were now homeschooling 3 kids. We came upon cinnamon beach with our searches and couldn’t be happier. First, the home is amazing. Five ppl could have their own work stations! WiFi was strong. Kids had their own floor which was needed outlet for all. The pool, although it looks small, is perfect amount of space for all. Pool keepers and gardeners maintained the home exceptionally well during our month long stay. The sunset views are great. The maintenance staff was exceptional. Our walks each morning with our dog on the beach was priceless. The walks over the lake viewing all the wildlife was enjoyed by everyone including my children’s classroom as we often had a share. The bikes, boogie boards and wagon were the extra touches that made this month unforgettable. My kids could bike without me worrying. The extra fridge is always helpful and particularly when your sheltering in place with large food deliveries. The owners put a lot of thought and love into this place combined with the management company makes this place truly special. I’m forever grateful for my time here on so many levels. The community pools and workout rooms used in the last two weeks of our stay were perfect and just an added bonus to our wonderful accommodations. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!!!

This was a wonderful house. Pool was great, very close to beach and resort pool. Not far from St. Augustine. Lots to games and puzzles for family bonding. Mgt company is very responsive. Can't go wrong with this rental.

This is one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. The property management company is on top of the whole process and very professional. The House is absolutely gorgeous. It has everything you need for a carefree vacation. When they tell you all you need to bring is yourself, they mean it. The house was spacious, clean and setup nicely. It was a little cold when we were there so having the heated pool helped. It is just a short walk to the clubhouse and beach. There is a Publix close and European Village with numerous restaurants. It is also close enough to make a day trip or several outings to St. Augustine. I would highly recommend Sunset Blue or any property managed by Cinnamon Beach Vacations! Totally Satisfied!!!!

Our 5 week stay at Cinnamon Beach was delightful. The location was ideal with many outdoor activities to do daily, including the heated pool included with the house which we used daily. This home was well stocked with with all amenities. We did report a leak in the kitchen faucet which became a big problem with water running into the downstairs living area. It was looked at by plumbers as well as the manager. I was told it would be repaired within a few days or the faucet would be replaced. Two and half weeks later we left, the problem wasn't fixed. Never heard from the manager

We rented Sunset Blue very spur of the moment; in fact, 3 days before our arrival! The house and furnishings are beautiful and we thought the location was great. Since it was January and we weren't spending the day at the beach, we did not use all the beach equipment, but it looked as if beach supplies were very well stocked. We loved sitting on the screened in deck for sunsets. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with top of the line supplies. We were only able to stay for 6 nights and the house could only be rented for a week at a time, but we knew that going in. We had one question for the property manager and he was very responsive. A great stay!

My wife and our two children stayed here for one week. The property was amazing! The kitchen is very well-stocked. Having a screened in porch around the pool made our trip. We definitely would recommend this property! The check in process is a little bit ridiculous. When you arrive on Saturday afternoon you’ll spend 45 minutes in your car waiting in line. The security people will have to verify who you are which is fine the bad part is they record everything in a big notebook that’s been around for years and they have to keep walking back in to their building. . You think they could invest and go digital, maybe an iPad? Every time you leave the community you have to go through security again. If you’re flexible check in on a day other than Saturday. The property Overall, extremely satisfied

This home and the community are absolutely beautiful. The house is is exceptionally clean, very well laid out and in a quiet area of the community. The short walk to the beach was nice with a walkway over the lake. Everything we could have needed during our stay was there, such as beach toys, chairs, plenty of towels (both bath and beach), the kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs, the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach and took plenty of walks around the community. We felt safe and secure in the gated community, where the staff on duty was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family.

The home provided a perfect gathering place for family. We were in town for mom's funeral. So, it wasn't really a vacation and we did not really use the pool, beach, etc. But, the place was clean and adequately stocked with everything you would need for a home away from home.

We stayed a weak in April 2017. Beds and accommodations were very nice. Walk to the beach was manageable. Disappointed that the pool was not serving food. Water pressure was a bit disappointing and the cleaning crew missed a few spots prior to our arrival (crumbs on the floor under the couch and in a few seats). We had an issue with the stovetop, the water temperature and the internet, but the management company addressed them quickly. Overall, however, we had a great stay.

Beautiful, quiet location. Beautiful well equipped home. If you are going there, be aware the golf course is under renovation until October and the beach grill and club house are closed. ( Under new management). We were not aware of this. Over all the house was great but the cleaning crew needs to step it up a little.

The home was absolutely beautiful and well designed. There was a shade missing from a patio door window. Hopefully, that will be replaced soon. I would recommend room darkening drapes for the master. Other than that, it was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped and the house was very clean. This is our second time renting from Cinnamon Beach Vacations and will definitely use them again. It was an easy walk to the beach.

This is our 6th year at Cinnamon Beach. We rent through Scott Massey and he is a 10 in working with us....and we are booked for next year. We were at Sunset Blue for 8 weeks and it was great. Facilities fully met expectations. We had guests and the layout was perfect with the extra family space on the main level. Only challenge was the dirty BBQ. It was really bad. Saw the same complaint by a previous renter. Otherwise expectations fully met.

This home is very well kept and beautifully decorated. You can tell the owners take pride in this property and they should. It is a short walk to the beach and is located in a very private, quiet setting overlooking a lake and a golf course. The kitchen is stocked with all necessities as well as top of the line appliances. Linens, towels, laundry detergent were all provided. Everything is clearly marked and organized which was a huge plus. We had a great overall, comfortable and relaxing experience staying in this home and working with Chris Gallo from Cinnamon Beach Properties. I would definitely recommend this community.

Nice home and furnishings and we had the use of four bicycles and a cooler with wheels to haul some food to the beach, which was nice. The kitchen had all the utensils needed for cooking. We had the need for a garlic press one evening and sure enough we found one in a drawer. It would have been nice to have been a little closer to the beach, but the walk was nice and a reasonable distance. The grill was not clean when we went to use it, but after about 30 minutes it was in great shape and worked nicely. Later we found out that if we would have called the office, they would have come and cleaned the grill. The house had an extra roll of paper towel, but it would have been nice to have had a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper. We did experience a fire alarm malfunction at 3:15 am Saturday morning in the house, which woke us up about 3 hours before we planned for our drive back to Illinois.
