We stayed in a corner unit. Beautiful views all around. Very spacious with wonderful large porch area. Unit was extremely spacious and very clean. Every bedroom has a bathroom and there is another half bath in hall which was nice for our large group. The amenities were great including the lazy river and indoor and outdoor pool. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Property was great. Had 10 guests and was plenty big. Balcony was excellent. Cold AC. Only issue we came across was at the building itself, not the actual unit. Only 4 elevators and can get crowded and have to wait in line for elevators. Other than that we had a fantastic stay.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves so much on this stay! The balcony was so spacious and the view was beautiful! The condo was very spacious. There was 12 of us and some of us had to share beds but we were all very comfortable as the condo is very spacious. Very clean! We had absolutely no issues and loved our stay!

This condo was wonderful. It fit out needs for our family vacation with 9 family members. Each couple had their own room and the kids bunked up in the double bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there’s a powder room as well. The views from the balcony are amazing! We frequently saw marine life in the mornings. The property has a wonderful pool, lazy river, and slide. And it’s so convenient to get to the beach. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub and a gym-for which we took advantage of it all. I would highly recommend this place.
The only critique I will make is that unlike other VRBOs I’ve stayed at, this place did not have things like hand soap, a sponge, dishwasher detergent, etc. we had to purchase this on our own. Just an FYI for future renters.

Our extended family of 12 stayed here and it was as great fit for our needs. The bathrooms for each bedroom plus a half bath was great. Fabulous balcony with a great view. The condo was very clean overall except the tile floors need a deep clean. It would be helpful to have doormats on the way in and out of the balcony to wipe feet. We took shoes off at the entrance to the condo coming and going. The elevators are slow, especially at busy check in/out times but also in general as well. Lots of building staff cleaning main areas. The balconies off the bedrooms really aren't much of a balcony as you they are very narrow-can't fit a chair, can only stand. We would stay again! We had issues with the entry code but was helped very promptly by a very nice staff at the property management via phone. The property management staff were incredibly kind with any questions I had as we planned our stay and as we checked in and out.

Great large family vacation spot!
Beautiful condo and beautiful beaches! Our large family stayed for 7 nights and could not have been happier with our stay. There is plenty of comfortable furniture inside and on the balcony, ample drawer and closet space in all bedrooms, gorgeous beach views from every bedroom, amazing outdoor pool area, and excellent location close to restaurants and grocery stores.
The kitchen included lots of appliances... coffee pot AND separate Keurig, griddle, blender, large pots and bowls, plus pans and utencils. The extra ice maker in the dining area was fantastic!
Just FYI: Plan your trips upstairs and downstairs adequately because the elevators are almost always full and busy. There are only 4 so they are always moving. However, twice during our stay one elevator was closed for maintenance and the repairs did NOT take long. We were impressed by how quick it was fixed.
We were definitely pleased with our stay and we will return!

Beautiful views but needs deep clean!
This condo has stunning views and enough space for everyone. Our only complaint is that the floors were filthy. We contacted the property manager, who was great by the way, and the cleaning crew came back but only swept the kitchen. Had to request them back a second time. The floors throughout the condo clearly had not been mopped in a very long time. Kiddos took their shoes off and had yucky dirty feet within minutes! Just not a good feeling when paying almost $7K for the week!

This property was PERFECT for our large family!! The condo, amenities and location are perfect!!
We rented this condo for family vacation. We had a total of 14 and there was plenty of room. The balcony was our favorite hang out spot. I can’t brag enough on how great everything was. A few notes: there was a regular coffee pot but also a Keurig, there is a crockpot (perfect for beach days!), a large griddle, plenty of kitchen stuff, bath towels, sheets, blankets and even a large cooler with wheels you can take down the pool/beach areas. Extra ice maker at the bar was nice to have as well.
We did have to contact the rental agency during our stay due to an A/C issue. They were great and had someone over within the hour. The rental process and all communications were easy and seamless.
If this place is available next year, WE WILL BE HERE!!!!

The view from this condo is the absolute best!! It can not be beat!! We enjoyed the large corner unit very much! It was perfect for our large group ranging from 13 to 85!! There was plenty of room for visiting in the living room and the huge balcony as well!! The kitchen was well stocked and the extra ice machine in the wet bar area was a life saver!!
We had a problem with the air conditioning on the last full day and maintenance was there to correct the problem within the hour. We were impressed with that response!
The two complaints we had were the floors were not clean at all. I took off my shoes when we got there and there was sand on the floor and my feet were very dirty after walking around on the floor for a little bit!! Also, the cold water in the jacuzzi tub wouldn’t work!!
Overall, we had an excellent time and would return to this condo!!

May 2021 Vacation
Location and facility was good. View of the gulf from the 15th floor was great. Check in was simple and straight forward.
PROs
Four bedrooms with a bath for each was great. Kitchen with eating areas were spacious, along with the TV area. Ice machine at the bar was a plus. Facility pools, lazy river, and hot tub were gteat and well maitained. Access to the beach was easy.
CONs
One of the four elevators was not working most of the week. This made wait times longer at times. Cleanliness of the unit was lacking. Mops strings were found in multiple areas of the tile floor. Sand was found in one of the couches such that it would blow out of the cushion sections each time someone sat down. Sand was also found in the master bedroom sheets.. Large grease spots were found on the floor at the base of the refrigerator.
Furniture was very worn and in desperate need of replacement. (Missing many knobs, finish badly damaged, drawer guides broken, etc.) Door ventilation slots were missing. Most of the finish was missing from one of the kitchen drawers.
Most of the TV remotes had dead batteries. The cable for one of the bedroom TVs did not work. All but one of the refigerator door shelves were missing. The one remaining was broken so badly, we did not trust it to hold anything. The coffee maker provided was so loud/noisy, we unplugged it and did not use it.
Several hours after check in, we realized one of the two AC units was not working.
Called property management about issues. AC repair man came after 2 hours and got AC running again and changed air filters that looked like they had not been changed in many years. AC issue appeared to be sticking expansion valve that we had to fiddle with on a daily basis. Vaccumed and cleaned the floors and couch ourselves, also washed single set of sandy sheets. Over several days, reps came by with fresh batteries and refrigerator door shelves. Property management credited the cleaning fee for our difficulties.
Conclusion
The facility was nice and well managed, however I would be very reluctant to rent this unit again.

Overall our visit was great.
There were several maintenance items(left a list on the refrigerator) hopefully they get fixed. Nothing major.
The HUGE problem was the elevator system. There are 4 elevators and 1 was not working the entire week. This meant long long lines waiting to get to and from our condo.

The condo is roomy and nicely furnished. The floors were filthy. The reviews I read, prior to booking, said the same thing. I was hoping it had improved. But it didn’t. I won’t stay in this property again because of it. I don’t understand why they can’t clean the floors. For $6,000+ per week, you think they would.

I have been to the Gulf area many times before and this was one of the best places we have stayed at. It is extremely roomy and you can't go wrong with this place. Thank you guys for the great hospitality. Absolutely great customer service over the phone as well.

State if Emergency/Mandatory evacuation order from Governor
Out of the 6 nights booked we were only able to stay for 2 because of the Governor Kay Ivey's mandatory evacuation order. I've emailed the property group and left a message on vrbo about being refunded for the unused nights and have received no response.

Great view and location
Overall property was nice. Beautiful view and plenty of living space for our large group. Tile floor throughout did not appear to have been mopped in some time and furniture was worn. But we did not come to Orange beach nor to this location to sit in our condo and worry about that stuff. Again great location and views. Thanks

HVAC down for the DAY! Broken items
I took my family of 13+ me to spend time in the unit and unfortunately there were 2 broken chairs, the kitchen floor was filthy, the bottom drawer of the refrigerator was broken and the sad part was that we didn’t notice any of these items were broken until we either almost fell off of the chairs or items fell from the broken refrigerator shelf. There were two bent rungs on the 15th floor balcony that caused all of us worry, especially with the littles.
The third day we were there we received written notice the AC would be out for 3 hours... 10 hours later in the sweltering heat of July we were Still suffering with NO AC. Was not prepared for that, and not compensated for the lost day. I was traveling with my 2 month old granddaughter. 18 month old grandson, a 3, 5, and 7 year old. Nap time and the entire day Without AC was miserable.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the beautiful condo in Gulf Shores. It was perfect for us.
Just a few things to note:
After 30 minutes of being in the condo unpacking and putting stuff away throughout the place, our feet were literally black. We understand the sand but had to call Prickett to see about having the floors cleaned. A sweet lady came an hour after we arrived and mopped the entire place but admitted she only used warm water--no cleaner. The dirt was not much better when she left. I suggest a good mopping with a cleaner that will get rid of the filth. Cleaning our feet in the tub/using baby wipes before climbing into beds was a little frustrating all week.
We found the blender broken. I left a note inside of it to let the next family/owners know.
The left side of the sink was leaking underneath the cabinet. We called Prickett and a guy came out but we never heard if it was fixed or not. It probably needs to be followed up with.
The TV wasn't working in one of the queen bedrooms. It was missing an HDMI cable so we called and a guy brought one to us.
The light in the master shower didn't work--burnt out? And there is mold all around the bottom of the shower.

We all enjoyed the condo and our time there. The 11 of us had plenty of space and were very comfortable. My only criticism would be not enough kitchen cookware, plastic cups and no dust pan to sweep up sand. Thank you for the wonderful vacation. Happy New Year

Not sure we would stay in this condo again
The view was absolutely amazing. There were things about the condo that could have been improved. Chipped paint on cabinets, some paint almost completely peeled off. Bathroom toilet in back bedroom never worked right even after maintenance man came and “fixed” it. Shower needed new calking, possibly extra blankets in each bedroom. The condo didn’t have an overall clean feeling. Sure enjoyed being at the beach but a few things need some tlc. Overall we were happy but with the amount that was paid for the room, it should have been in pristine condition. We loved the lazy river, slide, and ease of beach access. Would stay there again but probably not that condo.
