Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein 160x200 cm großes Bett und das Ersatzschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa mit 145x200 cm. Gemeinsames Badezimmer in der Wohnung. Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Waschmaschine (kein Trockner) befindet sich im Keller.

We loved this location for it's proximity both to the city center and the ring road for day trips to the north and south, it was clean, comfortable and a wonderful space to come back to and rest/relax each day!

Excellent location-- central, safe, and quiet neighborhood. There is abundant parking, a small grocery, and a bakery within walking distance for quick runs.
My husband and I, along with our 2 teenage kids had a very comfortable stay. The flat is clean, well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and more spacious than the pictures. Storage spaces keep your stuff organized. Everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals onsite or pack for trips is provided.
Steinar is great to work with and his instructions for everything from check-in, to use of amenities, and checkout are spot on!

The property was clean and well kept; I'd happily stay there again!
I thought the location would be too far from the city center but I was wrong. The property is close to a bus stop (both directions), which was helpful in getting around Reykjavik. The shopping mall is also a short walk from the property. A Bonus grocery store is in the mall. Parking was available and plentiful, which was great for the duration of my stay in which I had a rented vehicle.

My spouse and I enjoyed our week long stay at this apartment in a quiet neighborhood. All the amenities were available to make our stay as comfortable as home. There was easy access to the bus system (about a 3-5 minute walk). Steinar's directions and communications were excellent! We recommend the bakery near the edge of the neighborhood for nice pastry, sandwiches and coffee. We would definitely come back to this apartment for another stay in Iceland! Steinar is a true super host!

Steinar is a responsive and helpful host. His place is as advertised, with fully furnished kitchen (even a rice cooker for the rice lovers). It’s a convenient location for public transportation (which follows its schedule reasonably well), as well as for use as a base with a rental car. (We spent two days on public transportation and four with a rental car getting out further). Being in Steinar’s apartment is relaxing and there are various entertainment options, so after one long day out we spent much of the next day just relaxing in the apartment.

Well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining area - books, games for kids. We could not ask for a better stay.

We staying over the New Year 2022 for three nights on our way home from Europe. This place is perfect - plenty of space for two adult and our almost teenage son with a nice kitchen fully stocked with dishes and utensils. Washer/dryer combo unit is available in the basement. Ample free parking right outside, a easy 5 minute walk to a small convenience store, yummy bakery, and pharmacy; easy 10 minute walk to the Kringlan mall with two large grocery stores, coffee stand, liquor store, and covid testing site for travel home. Also in walking distance (within 30 minutes) is the Perlan museum with trails surrounding, a geothermal beach, the zoo and botanical gardens, and old town.
We had an unexpected extension to our stay when my husband tested positive right before our flight home. Steinar was wonderful to communicate with and we managed to extend our stay another week (luckily it wasn't booked). Discovered grocery delivery and the place proved more than adequate for three people in isolation/quarantine. We even saw the northern lights off the balcony one night!
It's a pretty industrial looking building (typical for the area) but the unit is really nice and well decorated and the area has a very family-friendly vibe. We can say that we have never experienced a New Year celebration that comes close - the fireworks displays were overwhelming!
Only possible downsides - the unit is on the top (4th) floor and there is no elevator/lift (didn't prove an issue for us). Also the hot water is obviously right out of the ground and has a sulfur smell (once again, not an issue but we noticed). We will stay here again!

The apartment is modern style interior and kept very clean with all your needs there. There are two bedrooms each with a queen or full size bed. Location is great near everything and there is free community parking downstairs. The owner sent clear instruction two days before our arrival. Our staying here couldn't be better!

We spend 6 nights 7 days in Iceland and this apartment was a home away from home, it is close to a market, bakery (yummy), and the center in 5-10 minutes. Very close to the COVID 19 testing clinic what makes it a plus when arranging to come back home. The apartment comes fully furniture, great taste, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook and made nice dishes for your family. The owner communicates fast. Highly recommended.

Tons of storage, could stay here for weeks! We got downtown in ~9 and could even get downtown and home with just scooters! Lovely base camp for your trip to Iceland, great host communication too.

Great, large, nice flat, in central Reykjavík!
This was the nicest and largest flat we stayed at during our 10 day trip to Iceland. A pleasant surprise. Nicely furnished. Well heated. Very well supplied. Of course, it is a 4th floor walk-up (be prepared to carry your luggage), but the stairs are inside, wide, and safe. Everything in Reykjavík is 5-10 minutes away. Highly recommend this property.

Cozy
This 2 bedroom apartment was very cozy and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quite and we felt safe. We appreciated that it had a laundry machine/dryer. It’s located on the 4th floor of an apartment complex, so the only challenging part was to get our luggage up the flight of stairs since there is no elevator. We would stay here again.
