We've stayed at At Last twice now and it is the most amazing vacation home. The highlight of the house is the wonderful staff. Having amazing food cooked to order by Karilla and served with care by Rodrick as the sun sets over the Caribbean is a true luxury. Outside of meals the house was kept clean (thank you Annette and Roy!) and Rodrick was always happy to make a round of strawberry daiquiris (virgin ones for the kids!). We’ve stayed at many excellent vacation homes but the meals and service of the staff is what makes At Last really stand out above rest.
The location is fantastic. It's within the bay so the ocean on your private breach is very calm, perfect for children to safely play all day. The whole family enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking all week. The kids can snorkel right off the beach for little fish, sea slugs, and starfish although nothing too exotic (it's pretty shallow). Every morning we'd walk the little jetty to see fish and occasional stingrays. For good snorkeling, my wife and I would kayak 10 minutes straight out to the mouth of the bay for snorkeling on the reefs (go in the early morning!). IMO it is better than where the excursion took us at Doctor’s Cave.
The house was wonderful. The bedrooms are comfortable but we really only slept there, spending most of the day on the patio, in the pool, or on the water.
We did several excursions, your usual tourist affairs but fun. But house and staff made the vacation amazing. Again :) Thank you!

A special thank you to the Taylor family for sharing your piece of paradise with us for the week and to Annette, Rodrick, Karilla and Roy for taking such good care of our family. We wanted a relaxing spring break week for our family of 5, and Home At Last was perfect. After exploring on kayaks, we truly feel like you have the best lot on the peninsula with the most gorgeous views. We loved the villa, the location and especially the staff so much, that we only left once to explore Montego Bay during our week! There is so much more we could say, but we'll leave it at this...if you're looking for a private vacation where you can truly relax in paradise, make your reservation now. You will not be disappointed!

My wife, our two boys, a niece and a nephew stayed at the Taylor's wonderful home in the Lagoons neighborhood the last week of Jan. The kids are all in their late 20's. The house is about 25 yrs old and kept in excellent condition given the tropical weather. Nobody had any issues in regards to their rooms or bathrooms. Mostly, we tried to stay outdoors on the beautiful patio/deck area. We used the paddleboards and kayaks and played games of cornhole. We used the pool sparingly as the weather was a little cool at times for Jamaica standards (better than NJ). The pool can be heated but there was a shortage of gas needed to heat the pool despite efforts by the staff to get the delivery in time for our arrival. The ocean water was warm anyway. What really sets this house apart is the excellent and friendly staff. As others have said, Annette, Roderick, Corilla, and Roy really go out of their way to make you feel at home. There is a menu to pick out different meals and my wife, Corilla, and Roderick then went to the market. After that, we just sat back and ate and drank.....well, the young adults did most of the drinking! For the 6 of us, we spent about $1200 for food and alcohol. We paid cash for the two meals that were already brought prior to our arrival and the rest was put on a credit card. We had two bottles of rum, a bottle of tequilla, and 2 six packs of beer. Just make sure to bring enough cash to tip the staff or you may need to make a bank run like I did.

We had an amazing stay at 'Home At Last'! Every detail was attended to. The home, the location, the ocean front view was simply amazing. Our local family Annette (House Mgr), Roderick (Butler), Korilla (Chef) and Roy (Gardener) made everything absolutely perfect.. from a beautiful, well kept home, to a beautiful manicured garden and everything in between with amazing excursions, and even jet ski's brought into our cove, a fire at the ocean side in the evening with custom cocktails and wine to our heart's content. Add a week of planned menu's finding a balance of family favorites for 4 young adults and 2 older with influence of local flavors and dishes and even flexibility with some food preferences so everyone was beyond well fed and happy! The memory and experience was beyond priceless! Thank you to our Home at Last family!

First, thank you for providing us the opportunity to stay in your home. This property is picture-perfect, and it would be very comfortable to stay for good!
This was the perfect destination for our family, which included my wife and I, our two daughters, and granddaughter. We had more rooms than we needed, and every room felt like an owner's suite w/attached bath. We left one day of the week for a tour, but found that the home and property provided enough for our small family to enjoy that it really wasn't necessary to leave at all. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool and would have played all day and night there if it was up to her. The paddle boards and kayaks provided us access to a great snorkeling reef. Weather was beautiful in Oct.
So, the property is great, yes-- but the team (staff) supporting this home really has a powerful affect on your trip. Miss Annette ran the property flawlessly, Roderick met our every need and interacted most with my family. He is instantly likeable and positively engaged with everyone, including my granddaughter. Carilla created culinary delights daily that were amazing. Roy maintained the exterior of the property so well and assisted us with the kayaks and paddleboards. Bronstein, our driver provided safe and enjoyable passage when we needed it. Each member of this team showed strong character and were wonderful people.
We hope to return in the future... It was an amazing stay that reinforced that Jamaica is #1 in hospitality.

I can’t say enough about our stay! Home At Last Villa is the perfect location for a gathering of friends and family. Thank you to the Taylor family for hosting our stay. You have created a warm and inviting space and assembled an amazing staff.
The synergy amongst the staff demonstrated itself in the efficient and pristine premises run by Annette; Rodricks easy assumption of multiple duties and responsibilities; Chef Karilla’s delectable meals which never failed to please, and Roy beautiful maintenance of the pool and grounds. Katie, the nanny was a jewel. She quickly etched herself on the hearts of my two grandchildren.
The Villa, staff, and grounds far exceed our expectations. When our initial party of weary and exhausted travelers arrived, we were greeted as warm and welcomed guests, not strangers. During our stay, staff provided us with 10,080 minutes of love, joy, laughter, peace, and tranquility.
What you see on VRBO, is what you get (and so much more!). What you read in the reviews, is what you get.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Home At Last villa. What a gorgeous property and home! The house is really beautiful, very clean and on a well maintained property. The bedrooms were all large with en suite bathrooms. We went with our 5 kids and grandmother, and there was more than sufficient space for everyone to spread out and come together for family time. We spent most of our time in the pool or kayaking and paddle boarding in the sea. We did 2 day trips, but really the kids preferred to stay home. We enjoyed the sunset from the pool and bar area. I can’t say enough about the incredible staff! Annette the house manager, Rodrick the butler, Chef Karilla, and Roy the gardener were all exceptional. Rodrick was so friendly and was always quick to whip up drinks for us at the bar. And the chef! Wow! The meals Karilla prepared were all delicious and so beautifully presented, I just wish we could take Karilla home with us! Having our meals on the patio outdoors was such a treat, we will never forget it. We also loved our driver, Mr. Baker. So friendly and funny! Overall, this was a magical Caribbean holiday - the perfect place for our family to relax and spend quality time and bond with each other. Everything was perfect from the minute we arrived to the day we had to (sadly!) leave. Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon! Can’t thank the host enough!

It was phenomenal! The staff made our stay as magical as it was!!!! Roderick & Karilla were irreplaceable & gracious. Annette & Roy kept the house & grounds immaculate. I'm running out of positive adjectives describing our stay. It was the epitome of sensational!!!!
We would love to come back & hope to someday. I would not stay anywhere else on the island now. I have been spoiled!!!!
On a side note - If you ever need a driver while there, Baker is your man!!!

There is nothing I can say that hasn't truly already been said, but this property and our trip was something we'll never forget. The location is safe and beautiful, the caretakers exude warmth and grace, and the experience of having everything at your fingertips is unparalleled. You literally don't have to leave the villa to have an exceptional time. We took the kayaks and paddleboards out 3 times a day, we swam and played games in the pool, we watched tennis on TV and laughed with Rodrick at the tiki bar, we relished in hand made and finely curated meals, and were treated like royalty. Our family of 6 has experienced a lot of stress and loss in the last year, and this trip felt like someone was taking care of us, and allowing us some peaceful time to heal and bond. Sitting down for three meals a day together is so rare these days, and we continued to say each meal was better than the last. We made memories that will last a lifetime.

My little family of 7 includes children from ages6 to 16. We spent a wonderful week at At Last. Rodrick, Annette, Karrila, and Roy took excellent care of us. The views, food, and property were perfect.
We took advantage of the views by renewing our vows overlooking the bay. Rodrick was kind enough to act as our photographer. 💜
We only left the house for one excursion. We highly recommend AristoKat Tours. Otherwise we doesn't our days relaxing, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, and playing games.
Lastly, as a testament to how caring and proactive the staff is, I have to share the following: One morning our 10 year old woke up with pretty severe facial swelling. Rodrick, Annette, and Karilla helped us to obtain children's Benadryl and walked us through everything he could've possibly had an allergic reaction to. He slept most of the day but everyone checked on him. When he was back up and running again everyone continued to check in. I felt like we were visiting with family at that point.
Our entire family loved our time here and can't wait to revisit the property and the amazing people who work there.

This property and the staff are amazing! Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation where you are pampered and made to feel like family. Excursions are available but not necessary to learn and be a part of the culture. We did Blue Hole and Dunns River Falls. Both were amazing.

Sitting at the airport ready to fly home after an Incredible 5 days at Villa At Last. This trip was a dream come true from the moment we arrived!!!. Annette, Roderick, Karilla and Roy were so friendly and accommodating. We all genuinely RELAXED! The sunset were spectacular and the food was amazing!!! We can’t wait to come back!!!!

We had a fantastic time in Jamaica staying at this home, two families with kids age 5-13. The photos do a good job of capturing the amazing house and activities, so I’ll just say it’s quite the location and view. The kids spent hours in the pool, paddle boards, kayaks, and walking out to see the starfish and fish in the shallow water. The one thing I’d add is that while you can snorkel off the beach, there’s a great reef at the mouth of the bay, about a 10 minute kayak straight ahead. We did a sail and snorkel excursion and they were going to take us there :) I can’t image a better location to stay on the island. However, the staff was the reason this was one of our favorite vacations. We generally don’t do all inclusive vacations and didn’t fully anticipate just how much more relaxing our stay would be without having to do meals, groceries, drinks, and general cleaning. And the staff was wonderful. The meals were excellent and to our preferences (and our kids!), the staff was helpful, friendly, and flexible, and the house was clean daily. The beds were super comfortable. The gated community felt very safe. We’ll be back!

It is hard to put into words how beautiful of a vacation we had while staying at the villa. I can describe the experience, the home and most importantly, the staff!!!! I can't say I've ever felt more royal on vacation. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we were all very well taken care of. The home was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. CHEF Karilla was everything we expected and more!! Riddick was attentive and helpful. Annette was so kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Roy kept the grounds in great shape. We had everything we needed and didnt leave the property. We all are still basking in our time there and olan to return.

We were looking for the perfect location to spend an important family vacation, and we sure found it. Wonderful location, well appointed house, plenty of thought out into creating relaxing and picturesque spaces, and everything you need to have a wonderful time on property or around the island. Having previously stayed several times in another Montego Bay villa that is no longer available, we were hesitant to rent another property for fear we would be disappointed. Fortunately At Last villa not only met, but exceeded our high expectations. Located in a lovely gated community, directly on the water, we couldn’t have been more satisfied with the location. The villa itself is thoughtfully decorated, and all bedrooms and baths were spacious and comfortable. But the most special part of our stay was the amazing staff. Annette kept the house in pristine condition, and was always available for any thing we might need. Roy saw that the grounds and pool were in immaculate shape each day, and shared a wealth of knowledge about the local flora and fauna. Rodrick spoiled us terribly, serving us delicious food and drinks, and making us feel completely at home. The amazing meals that Karrila prepared were hands down the best we’ve ever had among the many staffed villas we have rented throughout the Caribbean. You will not leave the table at any meal without being impressed!
We were so happy that we chose At Last villa for our eight night stay, and wished it could have been longer. We look forward to a return visit!

We had a group of 8 women celebrating a 50th birthday and we were more than pleased with our stay! We did not want to leave the house the entire time we were there! The entire staff was amazing and the food was incredible! The views, the privacy, the grounds felt like we were at our own private resort. We are already looking to book again next year!

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation and beautiful home that is both family and kid friendly this is it! We brought our five year old and one year old along with the whole family. The pool is perfect for little ones and adults, the beach is just right for splashing and playing in the sand. There are enough activities for adults - we kayaked and paddle boarded every day -and we even had jet skis brought to the house to ride around the lagoon. The staff is incredible and why our stay was so memorable! As others have mentioned, Rodrick, chef Karilla, Annette and Roy are accommodating, friendly, and thoughtful. They took care of every detail and are so kind- they truly made it feel like we were at our own home. It was a luxurious vacation and allowed us to focus on family time. We loved every moment and hope to be back again!

My friends and I (party of 6) stayed here for 5 nights during our vacation to Montego Bay and it was an incredible experience. Annette the property manager was amazing and ensured that we had everything we needed. Rodrick was the absolute best!!! He always made us feel well taken care of and was so much fun while providing excellent service! Chef Karilla is top notch and always came through with delicious meals! I could not have asked for a better experience to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. The home is awesome but the staff made this trip so much more enjoyable. From the airport pickup to the airport drop off, we were treated like royalty. The driver Mr. Baker took care of our transportation all week, Chef Karilla prepared some of the best meals we’ve ever had, Annette and Roderick made sure the 8 of us never was in need of anything and Roy took care of the pool and grounds every day. We will be back hopefully Christmas of 2023 to bring our adult children.

Everything was perfect. The villa staff felt like family by the end of our 5 days. The food was amazing and every detail was tailored to our every need. We had expectations of leaving the house for excursions but once we got there we loved it so much that we even had our spa day chances for in home massages because we didn’t want to leave the property. With this trip being so amazing we’re not sure where to begin but to start the house itself is beautiful, from the decor to the views. It is dream worthy. Our stay surpassed its expectations with the wonderful staff running this villa! From Annette’s time to making sure the house was always clean and laundry was done, To Rodrick for taking care of our every need from making drinks, to making a call to set up a boat trip for us and playing with Finn in the sand. To Karilla for making the most delicious food and desserts and for making a delicious birthday cake for all the girls and Roy for keeping the outside immaculate and always making sure our cushions stayed dry when it rained! We really can’t thank everyone enough for all they did to make our stay amazing! This is one vacation we will all never forget and hope to one day return too!

I stayed with my wife, 2 adult kids, and a couple of family friends. We were pampered with amazing service, food, sunsets, and memories. I will highly recommend this vacation for my other family members and friends ....and we are considering coming back for a holiday stay as well!

Family vacation /graduation trip
I can’t say enough superlatives about my families stay at At Last. The staff was as good as it gets and always there with a drink from Rodrick, and offering the most wonderful food. We really enjoyed the authentic Jamaican cuisine that was prepared by Karilla and easily navigated through all the different food allergies. Annette did a wonderful job getting the house for in order for the day and at night when it was time to lay our heads down after an eventful day either going on one of our excursions or just spending the day in the wonderful pool or enjoying the water craft in the ocean. Roy was one of the first staff on site in the morning getting the beach toys and pool ready for the day. The staff really went above and beyond for us especially Rodrick. He was always there to fill our beverages, tell jokes, clear the table after a wonderful meal and really got to know our family at a personal level. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Mr. Baker (driver) who we contracted his services for the week to drive my family safely to all our excursions. We had a ton of laughs and fun navigating through Jamaican highways, streets and downtown Mobay with Mr. Baker! We would highly recommend this villa to families or a group of friends and know you will have just as many good things to say as my family does. Look forward to another stay in the future!

Jamaican Gems
We just returned from our stay at the Villa. I can not think of one thing that would have made our trip more enjoyable. The property is stunning and exactly as listed. Communications were very good from the initial booking to the final check out. What really made our stay was the staff. Wow - the Taylor’s have really found some Jamaican Gems. Annette, Roderick, Karilla, and Roy. ONE LOVE MON. The location was perfect for us. Right on the beach. We enjoyed all of the beach toys provided and spent a lot of time chillin in the pool. Roy kept everything in line for us and the grounds were immaculate. Roderick kept our drinks topped off and helped us with planning and budgeting. Annette makes running the house look effortless, all while not being intrusive. Karilla - I would love to have packed her in my suitcase to bring her home. The food was savory and we all worked together to plan meals that fit our needs. Our favorites were the jerk chicken tacos and shrimp Alfredo. Grilled Chicken sandwiches by the pool for lunch. Also wanna give a shout out to our driver Baker. He was full of knowledge, helpful tips and very accommodating. All in all our stay deserves the highest compliment…we will be back and hope to see you all again.

Perfect getaway
We have a wonderful stay at "Home at Last". The staff was excellent and the property perfect for 4 couples. Kurilla's talents in the kitchen exceeded expectations-would highly recommend eating in vs restaurants. Roderick kept us hydrated and Annette and Roy were wonderful as well. We would highly recommend.

Home At Last was an amazing place to stay. Every one of our needs were met (even ones we didn't know we had!). The home, grounds, and staff were top notch. Thank you Roderick, Annette, Karilla, and Roy!

Best property, staff, location, and views
We are a family of six (mom, dad, kids 17,16,13,13), and who travel frequently for spring break and other excursions. This was hands-down the best experience we have had. The staff (Annetta, Rodrick, Karilla, and Roy) made our stay very special. Like other reviews, we can't say enough about the food (Karilla) and overall care we received from Annetta and the staff. A special callout to Rodrick. He is not only a great bartender & butler, he is a very kind soul. The stories he shared with our teenagers were relavent, timely, and shared with sincerity - Rodrick will forever remain a special part of this vacation. In addition to the Villa staff, Mr Baker (driver) is a one of a kind experience. He is very wise and planned all of our excursions for us (recommended). Timing i everything to avoid the crowds - his agenda allowed us to hit Dunns River, Blue Hole, Rasta Safari, Negril (private beach), and shopping without many crowds. We highly recommend Blue Hole and Rasta Safari for families - total blast and very safe. Thank you everyone for a wonderful spring break week.

Best. Vacation. Ever.
We had an absolute blast and such a restful time at At Last. Roderick, Annette, Karilla and Roy made our stay absolutely perfect, and we loved being with them. The property is one of the cleanest houses you will find. Karilla is a true gourmet chef, and catered to our every request and need. Annette kept things running smoothly and spotless, and Rod helped us with all of our meals, excursions and drinks. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures - the property is exquisite. We will be back and can’t wait to spend another week at At Last with its crew - they were truly the best!!

Best villa experience ever!
The villa is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and really lives up to all of the pictures shown on the listing. The staff is incredible, I can't say enough good things about our stay. I would definitely recommend this villa to EVERYONE and I 100% plan on returning.
