Beautiful property with amazing views of the ocean. Close proximity to excellent restaurants and excursions. Would definitely stay here again. For reference we had 4 adults and 4 children under 10.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this beachfront condo that exceeded expectations. This gem of a property provided an exceptional and unforgettable vacation for our two families. The screened in porch was perfect for morning, coffee watching the ocean. From the moment we arrived the property manager, Janice went above and beyond to ensure our state was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

Laguna Del Mar 24 was absolutely amazing. The property was easy to access, clean and was right on 7 Mile Beach. The people that were on site to keep it clean and tidy were so nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub area had a grill that my family utilized for burgers. We say cute little turtles in the lagoon and feed them daily. You definitely won’t want to book any where else.

Beach was raked every morning even when the sargassum came in one day they raked it away the next. Condo itself was clean and plenty of room for our family of 8 (4 adults 4 kids.) This is a spacious, clean condo located on 7 Mile Beach. The unit was clean and very well appointed with plenty of towels, cooking utensils and everything you would need for a week's stay. The condo is very close to the beach and there were always beach chairs and umbrellas to use every day. The pool and hot tub were also great alternatives too. Parking was easy with plenty of open spaces. It is located within walking distance to the Camana Bay shopping/dining district which is a great new area.

This was out 3rd trip to grand cayman and 3rd time renting at laguna Del Mar. After our first stay we could not imagine staying anywhere else. It is a great location and private beach area. Walking distance to so many restaurants or a cab ride away. The villas are gorgeous and offer spectacular views of the Caribbean waters! The villas have everything you need and if not you can have water toys or groceries and wine delivered. The island is beautiful and the people are super friendly and helpful! So many tours and activities to do! Snorkeling in front of the property or the Marriott near have great snorkeling as well. We snorkeled governer's and cemetery beach and have seen giant sea turtles. 5 senses tour is a must to sting ray city, starfish point, rum point, Mangroves. Enjoy!

This condo was great! Very spacious and kid friendly. The views were amazing and the beach was perfect for snorkeling! We have kids ages 4 to 10 and they all loved snorkeling just off shore! The condo had beach toys for them to use and the beach is a very short walk. Pool was fantastic also and even had a great covered area for grilling. We grilled out for dinner one night while the kids got to swim! The location is close to everything you would want it to be close to. Wonderful restaurants are walking distance from the condo! We will definitely be staying again. Lovely condo!

Property was beautiful, clean, and my favorite location on GC. Beach was great, balcony for sunsets was the best! Enjoyed watching the turtles in the pond and saw a HUGE land crab there too. Location is close to everything. Lots of dining options nearby to walk to. We had everything we needed from a variety of cookware, cooler, beach towels and etc. Can’t beat the location or relaxation of the beach. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Very peaceful.

We had a great time staying at Laguna De Mar (24), despite the construction that was occurring during our stay. Management was prompt to remedy the situation. We would definitely come back and stay again.

First time to Cayman and absolutely loved the island! This property is ideally located. It was clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well stocked with all of our needs. We had groceries delivered which was also there when we arrived. The property manager was extremely responsive to all of our inquiries. One of the bathrooms had a stale/mildew type of smell but nothing an air freshener didn't fix temporarily. The fan in the master was a bit noisy and you could hear the A/C kick on every time but other than that, it was ideal. Highly recommend this property!

My family and I had the best vacation ever. The condo was clean and modern and had everything in place to make our stay pleasurable. I am already looking looking forward to my next stay here.

We took our 18 and 20 year old children, with a significant other, on a family vacation. This was our first VRBO rental and it was incredible. While it is near the Marriott, it was quiet and beautiful. The location couldn't be better as you are in the center of Seven Mile beach, close to West End and Georgetown. Every morning my wife and I made coffee and sat on the deck watching the ocean. Every night we fell asleep listening to the waves. The condo itself is very nice and had everything you need to cook.We also BBQ at the pool one night and relaxed with Cocktails. There is also a pond next to the pool with tons of turtles and fish that prefer to be fed daily. There is a tennis court but we didn't play. We purchased nice inflatable floating lounge chairs for the ocean and left them for future guests. While the view is great all day, sunrise and sunsets are phenomenal when sitting on the deck. This morning I saw a stingray slowly swimming right off shore. There are also plenty of lounge chairs on the private beach behind the building. We rented a car so we could tour the island but it is not necessary. The property manager is very attentive. You pick you key up from Cayman Villas right near the airport. Everything was excellent and it was a great family vacation.

This condo is located at a point in Seven Mile where you are near most things, yet tons of privacy on a nearly empty part of the beach. The Marriott is down an easy walk and packed like sardines! Our beach was pristine white sand, always maintained, with big umbrellas and clean chairs, with a wonderful coral reef a tiny swim right off the beach. This reef drew tons of fish, lobsters, and beautiful coral...loved it each day because it brought new types of life. The condo itself couldn't have been nicer! It is huge, comfortable and professionally decorated. It has most of what you need to cook, tons of towels, snorkel equipment and floats too. The view from the living room and master bedroom is mezmering, with full views up and down Seven Mile Beach and into Georgetown. You can see everything from the balcony without being right up in it or endure the noise....cruise ships, jet skis, paddle boards, parasailing, are all at your access without being outside your door. The huge balcony had two large fans, two comfy loungers and a 6 person gorgeous table...it's the spot we huge out the most. They have tons of great books to read and games to play, so many nights we stayed in, ate pizza and played games. If you have teens, this will be a great trip for them because the island is crawling with them, possibly because there are over 55 offshore snorkel/dive spots. We always felt safe on this property and the customer service they provide is top notch. Noelle is extremely caring, responsive, and enthusiastic about your stay being wonderful. You will not regret renting this place! We felt completely spoiled and relaxed, and no doubt would rent it again if we come back to Cayman. We've stayed in some of the nicest resorts, Ritz, Waldorf, Continental, Atlantis, and I would book this over those any day. You may not have people waiting hand and foot on you here but the large space, comfort, peacefulness, privacy and gorgeous, endless views far outweigh those other locations. You truly can't go wrong!

This condo was awesome! Perfect location, very spacious, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Booked through Cayman Villas and was very pleased. The condo was clean and had plenty of towels and beach towels are provided also. Beach is very nice and not crowded at all. The pool area and pond with the fish and turtles were very nice. The grounds were very neat and well kept. This was our 3rd trip to Grand Cayman on seven mile beach.
