The property is as advertised. Pictures and description are accurate. It's such a pleasant experience when that happens. It is right off the main street where there is a bunch of fun stuff going on. The property is also a 2 minute bike ride to the Mtb trails. Best of both worlds. And if you prefer the privacy of staying in a single family home while be close to the action, this property is perfect. I would absolutely stay again.

Brandi's cottage is the perfect retreat for a weekend in Bentonville. The home is equipped with everything you need, from two types of coffee makers to the daily condiments you need but don't want to buy for a quick weekend away. The beds are super comfortable and the property is just minutes away from great restaurants and stores. Brandi offered fantastic suggestions for places to hike and food to eat, including the amazing airport venue called Louise. This place has it all for your stay! The kitchen is huge, plenty of room to lounge, bbq, safe storage for your bikes! And best of all it’s within walking distance of downtown, and just a few minutes off the trail system!
Will be staying here again for my next Bentonville adventure!

Loved having a garage! Very spacious condo, located within walking distance of downtown, shops, restaurants, the Walmart museum. We were there on a Saturday morning and got to experience their farmer's market. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Cannot say enough about our stay. This home was 5-star clean and the location could not have been better. We wanted to add a day to our stay but no surprise, there was another family coming in right behind us. This property is a 10/10! Also, the response of the owner was exceptional!

This is a great property within easy walking distance of the Bentonville square. Cozy and quiet. The host was very responsive to my needs, which ultimately were caused by the Vrbo app, not the host.

This is a great little spot just two blocks off the square and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Nicely updated, clean, and well equipped. A larger bed in the primary would be nice. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is perfect for small families. It is clean, close to downtown, had a garage for bike storage as well as a small porch and fenced in back deck to enjoy the beautiful weather.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here for a weekend dad’s trip. A different friend rented the first time. The location is within walking distance to the square and riding distance to the trails. The place was very clean and updated. Would definitely recommend for a group of 3-4 people.

This was a great location to stay while spending a couple days exploring Bentonville and riding some of the local mountain bike trails. The property was clean and the check-in/checkout process was easy and straightforward. Fantastic experience overall!

My family and I loved this home. Its location was fabulous for my husband to hit up the mountain biking trails and my toddler and I had short walks to the splash pad and the art trails. The house was spacious and clean. My toddler asked to go back so she could 'twirl more.' All in all, a wonderful space.

Great location for dining and access to downtown mountain bike and greenway trails. Off street parking is convenient. Property is clean and the perfect size for a family of four. There is only 1 shower, but we didn’t find that to be an issue even after getting dirty on the trails for several days. Good communication from the owner made check in and check out a breeze!

Great location, the only complaint is the cleaning lady showed up when we did for checkin and was complaining about having to clean last minute. When we returned later her initial additude showed in her ability to clean properly. Otherwise we enjoyed the area and the stay.
