Do not expect 5* hotel. Very simple room with the basics. But was good for me to get a nice sleep.

For me it was just a layover but the room had all that was required. The lovely people who own it even drove me to the airport early on to avoid the kerfuffle of hiring a taxi so early.

It is a bit dated so can be improved but it serves the purpose and it was clean which is more important in my opinion.

Friendly staff. Beautifully decorated lounge area. I decided to book because of the good reduced price, breakfast included. Perfect for a private room close to the airport to rest after the flight. 🥱😴 I didn't experience the "noise" as others have recommented. I find barking dogs🐕 , chicken 🐓 crowing and gecko 🦎 noises to be nice and not at all annoying. 🎶 The quiet time at night was respected. No noise from the street and the air conditioning wasn't that loud either, although I turned mine off. It's clean and no smells. ✨ The fact that the shower water is cold is normal for me in the Philippines and I don't care. I like it.🚿

The location close to the airport is great. But the location in the city is very poor and it is a run-down slum. This is probably because the noisy planes fly directly above to land on the ground. 🛬🛫 After arriving at the airport, I was quickly and easily taken to my stay with a scooter taxi (📱 App Angkas 👍). I have nothing against a poor area. But I was new and of course at first day I felt unsafe as a woman traveling alone. I think the Philippines are very friendly and you can be relatively safe in the country. But this stay was the only place in the Philippines where I was constantly warned by the slum locals while walking outside and they said that as a tourist I shouldn't walk around there alone in the dark.🙄😒 They kept telling me that there would be many bad men there and that I should be careful and they don’t wanted to leave me alone. Maybe it was just acting like they want to take care of me to get attention. But also you will be really often noticed by men when you go for a walk. So therefore I strongly recommend that you only travel there with a scooter rented directly from the airport, there. 🛵 Also because it is easier and more practical to reach all shops and restaurants and information-points for activities on the beaches and the city. (Before I asked the staff if it was criminal and they said no. which is okay. but maybe they should say that it's better not to walk there at night alone. 🚶) Would be even more perfect if you offer one or two scooter for rental, if somebody need. I have often rented there,it‘s best because the busy traffic🛵 Furthermore, I would think it would be great if you offered water to refill 💧,coffee ☕️ and a kettle for doing hot water 🫖 that were accessible at any time in the lounge at the front near the reception. This would make you even more attractive for future bookings. Because that's how other stays that are your competition do it right. Thank you for your welcome, warm welcome. Please stay like that! 🙂

The master and mom were very kind and relaxed as if I was back home. Breakfast was very good and the room was beautifully decorated!

The lady in the reception was nice, our accommodation was with breakfast but since we were taking a 5am flight, I asked the receptionist if they could just wrap our breakfast so we can have it later and she agreed but they gave us 2 slices of bread with margarine.

We thought it was close to the airport but found out that to go to the airport, they will let us know that taking us to the airport will let us pay

The breakfast was good and the Mural of the hotel was really so nice!

Oh!I think the location which is really so behind the streets and it`s so very dark if you have to walk .
