This hostel had an absolutely perfect location! The internet was terrific and the facility was really nice. The guy running the place was also very nice - he would make sure everything was good and that you had the best information about things.

all was great. I do have one suggestion if feasible in the long run...the lower bunk beds don't get much light as the top beds block the direct ceiling light so it is a bit dark - a bed lamp for the area would be a great plus. BTW - I LOVED the phone holders - they were so helpful - who knew! Thanks!

The staff is kind and helps with anything you ask. Very clean hostel. Chill and quiet, but you also meet other travelers by spending time in the common area. Location is unbeatable.

. Room is very small for 4 people . Beds were making noise If you move. . Room can smell bad fast as it has no ventilation or windows . If people are talking in the common area, you can hear it in the room . Far from any beach , the clothes is 20 mins walk but it’s rocky , the closet sandy beach is 10 km

Excellent location, overall a very comfortable place which is why I decided to extend my stay. It was a really sociable yet relaxed hostel. Really good value for money.

The 4 bed dorm was on the smaller side and there were no windows

I originally booked for 1 night but extended for 3 more! I absolutely loved my stay at this hostel! Great location, just in the city center of Cozumel, only a couple of steps from the ferry pier, restaurants and the ocean. Very clean areas and the best recommendations and informations regarding town and the island in general! Thanks Hostel Auikyani! 😊

This is the best hostal I‘ve stayed in during my whole 1-month trip to Mexico. The owners are lovely and very helpful! I extended my stay for a few more nights:)

Generally I prefer to have curtains and a small light for each bed, but here it actually didn’t bother me at all.

The location is excellent because the ferry station is one block away. You have restaurants so close and the ocean is in front of the hostel to do snorkeling. The hostel is very clean and the staff is so nice! I spent two days in Cozumel and everything was perfect 😍, the bed, the shower, the AC and the walk around the island.

It's very clean! The staff all the time is giving you information about the things to do in the island. Hostel auikyani is so close from the ferry, it's In the center, it's perfect if you want to go the beach, restaurants, get a tour and everything. The beds are comfortable and the owners have great energy to help you whatever you want

Sooooo clean. Cleanest hostel I've ever been in I honestly think. The owners are very friendly and very helpful. They lend you a mask and tuba for free. Rooms were great, very comfortable, loved that you can decide yourself when to turn on the AC 24h/day and not just at night and you can decide how cold. Honestly I think the best hostel in cozumel. Oh and free water.

Great location, comfortable mattresses, clean rooms and nice air conditioner to escape and cool down from hot Mexican sun. Young crowd from around the world. Everyone respects each others space and privacy. Owners are very nice people. I could afford to stay at any place on the island but after reading positive reviews about this place decided to give it a try and save some money to spend on other things. It ended up being good choice and I will definitely stay there again next time I visit Cozumel.

it’s walking distance from the ferry so you can easily reach there even with bags. staff was super nice and they didn’t charge me late check out when they should. there is a ladies bathroom and a male bathroom
