Bel établissement très bien tenu à proximité du débarcadère, du centre et de tous les services mais suffisamment à l'écart du bruit et de l'agitation. Très joli patio arboré et équipé (table, chaises longues, bbq...) Jolie chambre très confortable avec un petit coin kitchenette (frigo, cafetière..) et une grande salle de bain. Mise à disposition en libre service d'eau potable, de thé et café.. Bonne connexion Wi-Fi. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Teresa qui nous a donné beaucoup de (bons) conseils pour profiter de notre séjour sur la belle Cozumel ! Très bonne adresse pour un séjour agréable sur l'île, nous recommandons vivement.

Teresa is super helpful, and organised a snorkeling trip for me. She was also able to let us know when the harbour was open, as it had been closed due to wind. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a kitchenette including large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker and cutlery, bowls plates etc to make simple breakfast items in our room, and kettle in the main kitchen for teas coffees. Free drinking water available. The garden is large and peaceful, with plenty of seating. The location is great, close to ferry port and in Centro for bars/restaurants. There are also bicycles you can borrow.

There was no bin in our room, apart from bathroom bin. And it would have been good if coffee paper filters for the coffee pot could be included that would be helpful.  One of the nights the bar next door played loud music till late. However due to central location this happens everywhere. Not the guesthouse fault but something to bear in mind

This is a gem in San Miguel. Teresa is awesome and will help you as much or as little as you prefer. She can answer any questions you have about Cozumel or help you find the things you need. This is a very safe hotel in a very safe area. The room was modern and extremely clean (daily). The courtyard and sitting areas are great to relax in. I was able to wander off from Casa del Solar in any direction and always felt safe, day and night. The ocean is only one block away, and you can walk for miles in either direction. Journey up to 10th to explore away from the tourist area. This place was perfect for my stay, and I would definitely book here again.

Everything was perfect. We really liked our room, thought it was well appointed and found that the bed was very comfortable. The common kitchen area was well equipped and organised. The courtyard is private and peaceful, it’s a great place to sit and read. This small hotel is very conveniently located right in the centre of town, a short walk from the ferry terminal.

La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecto, no se escuchan ruidos por la noche y la atención de Teresa es muy buena. Nos recomendó playas y restaurantes, estuvo muy atenta con nosotros. El alojamiento está decorado con mucho gusto y encanto.

No le doy un 10 por el agua de la ducha, salía un hilo muy fino que dificultaba la ducha y era imposible lavarse el pelo. Si es una estancia corta de dos días como la nuestra, no hay problema.

Schönes und sehr sauberes Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, zentral gelegen und doch sehr ruhig, tolle Gastgeberin.

I came across this lovely place on Booking and I’m glad we stayed here . Teresa literally goes out of her way to help you with everything . She explained everything to us as soon as we arrived and was super helpful and hospitable . Our room was huge with working air con and lovely bathroom with hot water . We also had microwave and fridge . Hotel has a little commune area with the kitchen and you can also buy little gifts for cheap there . It also has a little courtyard where you can sunbathe and relax . Teresa’s dog Bookin is also very friendly . We loved staying here and definitely will be back .

There is nothing I didn’t like , maybe just that also you are based central , nice beaches are bit further , about 15 minute drive . Which didn’t really bother us that much to be honest

Die Unterkunft ist hübsch eingerichtet und sehr nah am Fähranleger. Alles ist super gut zu erreichen. Bad ist hübsch und sehr sauber

Mein Zimmer hatte eine verbindungstuere zur privaten Wohnung der Inhaberin, die einen Hund hat. Er hat viel gebellt. Durch die Türe habe ich zudem viel aus der Wohnung gehört, Schritte, handyklingeln, tv. Auch spät nachts noch, obwohl man als Gast gebeten wird, ab 22 Uhr leise zu sein. Diese verbindungstuere hat meinen Aufenthalt negativ beeinflusst, ich hatte immer das Gefühl, gleich steht einer im Raum.
