The pool was nice, the staff were really friendly. Also the free coffee was nice too.

The bungalow we booked was so moldy and damp. It was run-down and wasn't clean. The shower is half outside and had mushrooms growing in it. We had people in the room above us and we could hear what they were saying word for word it was so loud. We moved rooms to another king room and it was definitely an improvement but still had some mold in the air. It didn't even have a shower head, just a pipe spraying a jet of cold water out. The hotel is next to a fire station too, so loud alarms going throughout the night. It's not worth the money, stay somewhere else.

Luis and Margarita are the most unprofessional people I’ve met in my years of traveling. During my 1 week stay, countless issues: - broken AC - terrible WiFi - smell of mold - light coming through so you can’t sleep I changed rooms 3 times and the worst part is when Luís literally tried to kick me out by canceling my reservation on booking.com an hour before my diving starts. Margarita just stood there with her fake smile and told me I have to move out immediately. I will not even stay here again if someone paid me. Stay away!

The Hostel is super nice and staff very friendly. It was quiet and we enjoyed out stay there very much!

It’s a super cute little property enclosed in a compound, has very tropical vibes and decor, friendly and helpful staff, hammock on the patio, spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, and coffee pot/water kettle in the room.

It’s far from the center so get a moped or bike to get around on. Pool loungers need padding, just laying on a towel on the wood was not super comfortable.

Nice villa for 2 families of 5, flexibility on check-out, we could stay bit longer. Nice pool and great restaurants on walking distance (like Mr. Taco).

Large 3 bedroom, 1.5bathroom villa was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone had space. The full sized kitchen was handy for prepping food and full sized dinningroom was convenient to eat in comfort right in our villa. The pool was nice for an evening dip. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and quiet. The balcony and front patio was a great area to enjoy and relax too. 5 min drive from downtown and Super Market.

It was not a negative but it was a 25 min walk from Ferry and downtown area. Could be long carrying bags in sun/heat. I would recommend taking taxi. Also consider renting a car for 24 hours to get around area with ease.

Super friendly and helpful front desk reception. Charming outdoor space. The rooms have character, some more rustic than others, and they’re pretty spacious and clean.

We had two rooms and the one that was more rustic had a lot of gaps between the doors and windows that let a lot of the AC escape. It’s also a good 15 min walk to the town center.

Construction by the pool all week. It's a noisy part of town, just need ear plugs and no problem Needs proper cookware for the microwave, I asked for it but didn't receive it.

We booked a villa for our family for one night and everything was great. The price we paid for everything was well worth it, definitely recommend this place. The villa is spacious, clean and has everything we needed. The place felt really safe, the staff was kind and polite. The receptionist that welcomed us was awesome, very polite and explained everything very clearly. The outside area, where all the villas and rooms are situated is amazing, the details and decorations we saw were wonderful, we were really impressed how everything was organized. If you come with your bikes, there is a special place for them, where they are safely stored, that was a big plus for us, because we rented bikes to explore the island.

We were expecting something else when we saw that a continental breakfast was included in our rate. It was actually just coffee and some marmalade with bread at another restaurant, outside of the property. The restaurant and that staff was amazing and the food delicious, we do not regret eating there, but just be aware, if you decide to go there and get something extra from the menu, you need to pay for it, around 100-200 pesos/person, which is still a good deal, because the food was delicious.

Some described services are a little misleading: we booked the room with breakfast included, it turned out to be a cooperation with the restaurant next door where you are served coffee and bread (with cheap jam), but everything else has to be booked separately as a breakfast formula for additional 139 pesos… Also, the complementary water turned out to be a 0.75l bottle for 2 people for 2 days. The garden area is really nice, however, the noise from the road outside as well as from different bars around might be bothering people with a rather light sleep.
