This was one of our favorite family beach trips. Loved the condo and the condo manager, Judy, went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. Would definitely recommend to others!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and the owner was so kind and helpful. She sent us tons of recommendations for places to try out. We are definitely looking forward to coming back.

Overall, was a good stay. Comfy property. Convenient location and good pools. Was not as upscale as expected based on pictures in my opinion. Beds were comfortable but sheets & pillowcases had a fair amount of piling, towels were hard and could use some fabric softener or be updated. Too much furniture on the balcony and the lounger on balcony pushed against rails makes you have to keep an extra eye out for your young kids, feel like it should be removed for safety reasons. Communication with owner was a little more delayed than I would’ve liked but she is very nice and easy going so not a big deal. Overall it was a good stay and very good location close to everything and also very close to the elevator so easy with young kiddos to haul things to and from beach.

This was our first-time visiting Orange Beach. The area is family friendly, which we enjoyed. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay (even beach towels). The owner, Judy, was easy to work with, responded quickly and provided helpful information of things to do in Orange Beach. We plan to come again!

I would love to keep this property a hidden gem for myself but it is just too good not to share. The owner is incredible to work with and such angel. The property is very clean and also has super comfy beds which is a rarity. There are multiple pools close in proximity to the one already on the property which is nice if you want to change it up. Can’t say enough good things about this location and the owner. We will be back for sure!

Perfect condo right on the beach! Judy was great, awesome communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Condo was just as described and had everything we needed and more. Being on the 4th floor was perfect as we could take the stairs most the time if the elevators were busy. Another nice part was being able to keep track of our teens at the pool or beach right from the balcony. There is a closet full of beach chairs and supplies that came in handy! The condo has plenty of outside recreation, a grilling area with 4 or 5 charcoal grills and a fitness center.

I had great communication with the owner. The condo is well worn but they kept the it nice and in order. The balcony was superb, nice furniture and amazing view. It was great to have a washer and dryer.

Beautiful location looking out to the beach. Quiet with all of the conveniences within a short distance. Host was extremely helpful since we had never been to that area before. If we had questions about the condo, her response was immediate. We would definitely return to this condo. A wonderful experience.

This is our second stay at this property. We rented it last summer and enjoyed it so much that we wanted to stay again.
This condo is super comfortable and clean. The beds are great, it has a fantastic view of the Gulf from the balcony, and it's stocked with everything you might need for your stay, from kitchen gear to items for the pool and beach.
The location is very convenient to many stores, restaurants, and Gulf State Park.
The owner of the property is super friendly and provides excellent communications about your stay. We just arrived home after a week there, and we're already planning our next stay.

This was our first time to the area and the condo was perfect! Great location and very clean. Like so many other reviews - I agree the bed was the most comfortable bed I may have ever slept on! The beach was busy but never crowded. The condo had a few beach chairs but we opted for the beach chair service in front of the condo and they were very courteous- but get a a spot early. Parking lot was busy but never full and there are so many restaurants and shops around. The host was so kind and a great communicator and quick to answer any of my questions. Would 100% book this condo again! Thank you for letting us share your vacation getaway Judy!!

Came as a family of four (with four and seven year old)
Everything starts upon arrival and the secure parking was no hassle at all. Everyone was accommodating from the security to the front desk getting us to the room. Loading/unloading was easy with the luggage carts and shopping carts.
The room itself is just like seen! Great view and location. The amenities at the condo were nice (pools, gym, indoor pool, grills, etc) and the ease of access to the beach was so convenient.
The condo was very clean, which was what I first noticed when I walked in. The condo is filled with lots of towels, beach stuff, and the usual utensils and amenities (washer/dryer, microwave, etc)
You can tell the owner cares about the home and takes pride in making sure it’s cleaned well. When I travel the first thing I check is for cleanliness and this condo made that simple!
The owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had.
The location of the condo is really close to all the grocery stores and other restaurants/coffee places/etc for quick access to whatever you need.
This location was everything I expected and will definitely book again if I can!!

Judy was amazing! Wonderful communication and just so incredible!! Property was clean and exactly as described. The condo was stocked with beach chairs, a wagon, all the beach toys, towels, etc. The beach wasn’t too crowded, the pools were clean and a nice change from the ocean in the evenings. Orange Beach was much less crowded than Gulf Shores right up the road. We will FOR SURE be returning!! Judy, THANK YOU for everything!!!

We have been vacationing in Orange Beach for 27 years and by far this is the best condo. It was immaculate and had everything we needed in it. Close to elevators and never had issues getting on the elevator. The condo owner was only a phone call away although we never had issues. Wonderful view of the beach from the balcony We loved it so much we have already booked it for next year!!! Can’t wait!!!

There were four adults in our group. The condo was perfect in every way. The condo is located on the 4th floor and just around the corner from the elevator and trash chute. The beds, linens, towels, etc were of great quality. The kitchen was well equipped. The patio furniture was comfortable. We plan to return to this location in the future….pending availability. The owner was very kind and responsive!

The condo was wonderful. Location perfect. Condo owner absolutely wonderful communication. It was a wonderful trip. The only thing I could say needs a lot of improvement would be the elevators. They had some major issues. Which made leaving with kids and lounge difficult.

We really enjoyed our trip. We stayed five nights. We really appreciated that the beds were super comfortable. The seller really cared about people being comfortable during their vacation. If you have to be reading this review, then you really have to understand the pictures of this property are spot on. That is not the best part though. I traveled with my family. I have 3 kids 13. 11 and 3. This owner had everything. When I say everything and then everything again, I cannot even begin to list what that would mean within the limits here. First aid kit to sand toys, a cart, beach towels, to books and a stool just in case you can't quite get up in bed or reach in the cabinets. Any baking dish, crockpot even. We cooked there. It was just like being at home. The owner is a person who makes sure you'll have the best stay. I would book again with her and recommend this property to everyone! This was my first experience with Vrbo and it was top notch. The property owner made it this way.
