Our vacation exceeded our expectations! The condo was absolutely amazing, so much space for family and friends. The booking and check-in process was so easy. So much for the kids to do. Any texts with questions we had were responded to immediately. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Easy check in. Spectacular view. On the beach. Fireworks show was right in front of us. Breathtaking show. Unit was showing its age just a bit but well laid out and right on the beach.

The condo was spacious and could have been great, but it just kind of missed the mark. The air conditioning was not working in one of the bedrooms, and it was ridiculously hot in there. We had to keep the AC freezing in the rest of the condo just to keep it semi-cool for the family sleeping in that room. There were two Dish remotes that seemingly did not belong to any TV (even after pushing the “find remote” button and changing batteries). You could operate the TV by manually changing the channel, but it was less than ideal. This left us with the den TV and one of the bedroom TVs being basically non-operative. There wasn’t a can opener in the kitchen (we bought one and left it there). Normally I wouldn’t leave a review, but we spent a lot of money on this condo and had a less-than-awesome vacation. The bedding was great, there were plenty of extra blankets, and there is lots of room to spread out… but the couch needs to be deep cleaned, they need to go to a bracelet keys system, and the remotes need to be in the proper room before check-in.

We loved our stay here with 8 friends. It was super spacious -- we honestly could have comfortably fit a couple of more people. It was very clean and location was perfect. We loved the views from the large balcony and enjoyed the hot tub! Coastal was a quick 5-10 min (beautiful) walk on the beach and we really enjoyed having lunch/drinks at the beach bar. Love our stay! Thank you!

Very spacious, great views in every room, kitchen was well equipped, ice maker in the bar was a welcomed addition.
The representatives at Luxury Coastal Vacations were excellent in every way.
Only one drawback - the eight bar chairs at Island are too tall. I needed this seating for Thanksgiving dinner.
I will certainly return.

This property was super nice. It has plenty of room for a family of 8. The beach view is great. We watched the 4th of July fireworks show from our balcony and it was spectacular.

Highly recommend! Spectacular views from this 10th floor expansive condo! Everyone bedroom with beautiful balcony and water views. Turquoise Place is the best location on the beach and has wonderful amenities.

This was our 3rd time to stay at Turquoise Place. Our only issue with this condo was the main dishwasher made a loud noise. But there is a smaller back up dishwasher so we managed. We have small children as well as a family member with Celiac disease so we eat in a lot. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, utensils, etc. to accommodate us.

Everything was great the only issue was trying to check in to our condo.
Everything was perfect except for the fact that checking in took forever. We had to wait even after I got a text that we could check in Bc the check in company I booked through did not give the front desk an email like they were supposed to! It pushed all of our plans back. Was only upset about that!

Absolutely Amazing!
This property is the best place we have ever stayed! We are locals in OB and it takes a lot for a condo to impress us! The furnishings were stunning and super comfortable! The view and balcony were over the top amazing! This place was epic, period! We will be back!

Great family experience
We had a great time! Because of the time of year , we were inside as much as outdoors. The dining table was horrible, very uncomfortable and poorly repaired. The outdoor grill was also a big disappointment. We grilled steaks and it was almost a complete failure. I read the reviews beforehand, and the have been mentioned for over a year. Please consider replacement!!!!

Aug stay
The condo was very nice, however ice machine broke and we were told 2 days to fix. Never came back to fix. Still some repairs needed to be made from hurricane but overall very nice place.

Surpassed Expectations
This condo was perfect for our large gathering. We had 9 adults and 4 kids under 10 and it was magical. The kitchen was out gathering place and it was perfectly outfitted for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I was able to cook without stepping over other people. Having the outdoor grill really helped out. The large fridge was ideal for storing plenty of food and drinks. The A/C worked perfectly and we had no issues with showers, bathtubs, or toilets. The only recommendation I have is to possibly have some outdoor chaise lounges.

Bama Beach Reunion
We were looking for a place large enough for our 3 Children and their Families to comfortably stay at the beach. We hit the jackpot when we found Luxury Vacations Condo at Turquoise Place Towers. It was spacious, luxurious with amenities beyond our desires! Each Family had their own room with en-suite bath! The spacious kitchen accommodated us nicely! The Grandkids LOVED the pool, lazy River and beach! We will be back!!!

Beautiful Condo
Condo was beautiful, spacious and very well kept. Only down side was the hot tub wasn’t working. Also, Turquoise Place is not maintaining the property very well. One of the pools was a murky mess, there were not enough pool chairs and the ones they had were in poor condition (ripped, dirty). That said my family had a great vacation.

LOVED IT!
Everything about our vacation and the property lived up to all expectations. The only hiccup is the parking situation. We stayed in a condo that sleeps 16, yet we were given only 2 parking passes for the garage and had to pay for an additional pass to park off site and had to walk back and forth to get the third car. Staying in a condo that sleeps 16 would indicate about 3 cars at minimum. There was not a shuttle to and from the off site parking as promised and there were more than enough empty parking spaces to accommodate our third vehicle. In addition, there were several cars in the off site parking that did not have a parking pass - we spoke to a person using the space and was told that they never pay to use it - we were charged $105 to use that space. It is such an inconvenience especially when we paid what we did to stay in the condo. NO issues at all with the condo, it was clean, gorgeous and provided more than enough space for all of us. The parking would actually make me consider staying somewhere else next time.

Perfect size for 3 families
The condo was perfect size for family of 10 (5 adults and 5 kids). The high end refrigerator, ice maker, spacious laundry room, pantry and closets were great. Only compliant would be that kitchen essentials could be upgraded to same level as condo (pots, pans, knives and serving dishes were not luxury quality).

Girls Trip
Great space for a group of 10 on a girls trip. Wind prevented us from spending much time on the balcony but this condo has great views. Overall the place was very clean but carpets could be replaced and water problems coming from master shower to the master bedroom carpet.

Beautiful and Spacious
The views are amazing. The layout of the unit is perfect. Beach access was very easy. I loved the appliances and having the ice-maker was great. Some of the furniture is pretty worn and the master shower leaks onto the floor. Other than that, it was perfect for our family vacation.

Connell Family 4th of July Beach Vacation
Beautiful 4 bedroom 4.5 bath Condo. Loved the wall finish in the main areas. Comfortable, perfectly located on the west end of the east building. Comfortable beds, lots of room for four families staying together in one unit. The Luxury Coastal Vacation Rentals staff and the Turquoise Place Front Desk Staff were very accommodating. Would love to stay here again next year for the 4th of July!

Orange Beach Condo
Beautiful condo that was excellent for our family including our 4 adult children plus 2 spouses. The facilities, access to the beach, view were all perfect. The condo and balcony hot tub were great so we only used the hot tub at the pool once. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall disappointed
When you stay at a property in Turquoise Place, with the corresponded higher $$ rate, a guest has certain expectations. While the amount of space was perfect for our group, there were glaring issues. I won't add the problems immediately addressed by maintenance like slow toilets and beeping smoke alarms (and maintenance was extremely responsive, 5+ stars to them), but those things that should be addressed by the owner to continue to rent this unit. First, all mattresses need to be replaced. While there were no springs coming through, the wear on the existing mattresses is far past their prime. In the dining room, one of the banquettes had a broken leg and was shoved over by the wall. Instead, it should have been removed and repaired before we arrived. It was unusable the entire time of our stay, meaning our family could never eat at the table together. The extravagant light fixture over the dining room table was also in disrepair. One light out, one socket completely broken and empty, and an entire rod free of the globes that adorned the others. When asked, the maintenance man replied that the owner knew about it, but would not replace it. Pieces broken off of table lamps, an obvious (and poorly done) repair to the floor lamp, a pair of occasional chairs with one missing cushion and a hole in the seat of the other. On a positive note, hot water was plentiful, showers had good water pressure (although nowhere to put soap and shampoo, so we had to put them on the shower floor), the kitchen boasted a Wolf range and SubZero fridge and freezer, and the electronics were nice. However, like I said, when I am paying this price point for a luxury stay, I expect a luxury stay. There were no games, books, or movies. Our feet were black at the end of the night from walking on the tile floors barefoot. The ceiling fans and overhead lights in the living room turned off randomly. The ornaments on the coffee table were chipped and broken. It's the little things that set these units apart, and we will not return to this one.

Awesome Family Vacation
We stayed at this property with family and friends. It was 8 of us and we were very comfortable, plenty of space. The view was spectacular. The property definitely lived up to the pictures. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect place to vacation!
First trip with the whole family and new grand baby. There were enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone to have a littl getaway spot. The kitchen is stocked to the maximum for preparing our own meals when needed. The facility is chock full of amenities and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We will be back. - Happy Gammy
