Das Oceanside Stadthaus befindet sich auf dem besten Strand in Bethany südlich von Indian River Inlet entfernt und die Sicherung auf der ruhigen, malerischen Dünen der Delaware Seashore State Park. Eine breite Privatstrand nur wenige Schritte von der Tür. Das Vier-Ebene Strandhaus umfasst eine Vorderdeck und zwei hintere Decks mit Dünen und das Meer. Erster Stock Effizienz bietet Platz für bis zu vier und hat eine kleine Küchenzeile und Bad. Die zweite Ebene hat eine neu gestaltete Küche, Wohnzimmer und Essbereich sowie ein Schlafzimmer und Bad. Dritte Ebene verfügt über ein Badezimmer und zwei kleine Schlafräume, die Platz für sechs. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein ausgedehntes, Meile langen Blick auf die Küstenlinie. Umfasst eine Außendusche und ein Parkplatz für bis zu vier Autos. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich verfügt über Tennisplätze, einen Spielplatz für Kinder und einen großen überdachten Pavillon, der für Cookouts oder Krabben Feste genutzt werden kann.

Really nice stay at tower shores. The views from the master bedroom are particularly amazing

The kitchen was a little small for our family of 10.. the guys like to cook little counter space but we made it work .. what we love renting Tower Shores is its so close to the beach .. no crossing highways .. it’s right there … big beach .. not crowded !
Unfortunately don’t think we can rent next year .. we can’t do all the steps .. lots of steps to get to the master room ..

We had a wonderful time. Beach is so close and Greg always takes care of any problems right away.It was our second year staying there and it’s great if you have a lot of children because it’s close to everything.

We've stayed at many Atlantic Watergate condos in the past. All the same, but different. 57 has a great entry level layout. I like that the main floor layout kept the bedroom where some others were turned into dining rooms. The 2 bedrooms divided by the pocket door was nice too.

The place was perfect for our family. The beach is a few steps away. We really enjoyed how quiet it was and how the beaches didn't have big crowds being private. It was nice to do laundry before we left so it was one less thing to do when returning home. Everything was within 5-10 minutes and ocean city was about 15 minutes straight away. We appreciate the hospitality!!

Bethany Beach Again
We have stayed at this cottage for several years. The closeness to the beach is a plus, although the crowds have increased!This cottage is a great fit for our family of 9,(with several users of the tennis courts), and I look forward to being here again. Many happy memories here!

I really liked the townhouse but the floors were sandy when we first walked in. Beware taller people - watch out going down steps - you might bump your head. Beach was great but there are no lifeguards 😞. Regardless of these things we will probably book again. We could play pickle ball, ride bikes on the Prickly Pear trail get into Bethany in about 5 minutes by car and it was quiet. My two weeks flew by.

This was a great property in a terrific location with immediate access to the beach only a short walk from the house. Amenities, including grocery stores and restaurants, are only a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay and recommend both the property manager and the property if you are visiting this area.

We had a very enjoyable trip to Bethany beach to see friends who live there. The early morning sunrises were magnificent.
I would recommend Greg's place in the future and would stay there again the next time we return to Bethany Beach..
