Always like ocean walk resort it always feels like home away from home, cause ur not just stuck in a small little hotel room. You have everything you need as if u was almost at ur own home . And the lady that took care of our booking was awesome so sweet and nice.... Would for sure recommend people to book this place and our room. can't wait to come back ! 💙 OHIO RAISED FLORIDA MADE 💙 BETH

Our bed was a little hard but besides that everything was fine. Your not gonna be able to please everyone with 10 outta 10 but pretty close ... Not much to complain about honestly.

Refrigerator not cold Freezer wouldn't freeze..Had to go to 7-11 daily to buy ice, food spoiled..

Pros: Roomy, satisfactorily stocked; Staff friendly

Bolt dishwasher to countertop; Cleaning service pay closer attention to wiping things down, i.e., mirrors, phone, etc., A plug in the outlet to right of sink above counter-top doesn’t work, top of the kitchen faucet missing; yellow stain on comforter. Difficult time checking in. Front desk had issues finding our reservation even though we had all of the paperwork and information required. (Took about 40 minutes); Unable to connect to wi-fi; called network system administrator; Unable to help and were told someone would phone back immediately. Never received a call. Thankfully, we brought our portable mifi, which we used; Gym closed “for renovation”; HUGE issues with parking and NOISE. When we made reservation, we had no idea it was “Bike Week”. When we spoke to owner prior to arrival, she mentioned it would be “Bike Week” and we would love it. When asked about noise, she indicated we wouldn’t hear any noise in our 24th Floor unit. DEFINITELY not the case. Bikers were revving engines and radios could be clearly heard throughout the day and up until approximately 2 am every morning, making it impossible to get sleep prior to that time. Although we were “guaranteed” 1 space for our unit, we had a horrific time finding parking in the resort’s garage. We were instructed by front desk that we could park in garage across the street and would receive a voucher. When we went to front desk to get voucher before parking, the desk staff couldn’t find us in system, even after we'd been there almost a week. If you plan on getting sun poolside, make sure you get out in morning, because by early afternoon the high-rises block the sun. Although unit owner very nice, wish she was more forthcoming with us as to what to expect because we would have made arrangements to stay elsewhere (perhaps several miles further north or south).

The fact that the apartment has some broken tiles tools on the bathroom cabinet that the phone didn't work that the front desk don't give the right answers because apparently has one tower desk and for the other there are another one that only works schedules hours ...
