Wonderful home for a long weekend in Louisville! Exceeded our expectations and a wonderful location. We'll definitely return!

The house is exactly as described! The kitchen was great for making family meals and had plenty of supplies. All of the rooms have everything you need and plenty of blankets and towels are provided. The basement has a Wii complete with Guitar Hero so we had some fun battles with the kids. The adults always lost! Large dining table for games and meals upstairs. The location was close to everything. We would stay here again!

Was glad we booked this rental for our weekend trip to Louisville for our daughter's graduation. The family was able to stay all in one place, convenient for many places around town. The only suggestion would be to perhaps have a door for the upstairs bedroom as the first floor 'noise' travels freely up the stairwell and to that sleeping location. Nice home - well kept with all the amenities that they have on their listing

The house was amazing great location. We were in town for MATS at the expo center and it was literally across the street! Clean has everything you need. The host was very responsive and concerned with how our stay was going ! We will definitely be back 😊

We stayed here with 3 friends and their daughters for a volleyball tournament at the Expo. The proximity to the venue was excellent!! The communication from the host was great start to finish. The house was immaculate, felt safe, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Our girls enjoyed staying together for the weekend and there was enough room for us to retreat to our own spaces to rest comfortably. The basement space is nicer than the pics make it look. The bedroom and sitting area are separated by a door which would be so nice if you have someone that wants to stay up a little later. There is a large nice deck on the back of the house. We weren't there enough to utilize it but it was very welcoming.

My family enjoyed our stay in Louisville and this house was perfect! It was a lovely house and was stocked with all we needed. The owner was very responsive. The location was close to downtown and also easy to access major roadways. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for our ladies weekend. The house was week right thought out down to the details such as labeled light switches, night lights, house makers, and kitchen utensils. Or had about everything we needed and we all enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Stayed at this property over a long weekend with a group of friends visiting the bourbon trail. This house was a great spot for us. We used the kitchen for most dinners, fire pit at night. 4 king beds was awesome for 7 dudes. Highly recommend. Aldi right across the street for groceries too was a plus.

Home is less than 15min from shopping, big box stores, expo center and downtown. Variety of restaurants all nearby! Home is super clean and organized. The host has done an amazing job with little extras to make your stay comfortable! Would book again if we came back to Louisville!

It was great that each bedroom had a king bed. The property is close to the airport so occasionally you could hear planes going by but it was not bad. The host had snacks and coffee for us, which was nice. There is a close grocery store, liquor store, and easy access to downtown and Churchill Downs.

Perfect place to stay in Louisville!
We had a great time. We came in from out of town for the graduation ceremony at the stadium and it was a perfect location. We had plenty of room and the extra touches were appreciated. Very clean and comfortable. We received the contact information for the owners once we got there, which was great and a lot easier to communicate. This was our first booking through VRBO, and overall it was a very easy process, however, the communication through the app was slower and not as ideal as it would’ve been having the direct contact information when all the details were sent. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend this location!

Seriously couldn't have asked for a better stay!!!
My best friend, my cousin, and all of our 7 children rented Cyndis home last weekend to have some fun in Louisville. We don't have enough great things to say! The location was GREAT! The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and beautiful! The house was big enough for all of us and the basement was a great addition for our 5 teen kiddos to hang out and play videos games and watch movies. The house was extremely clean and very well decorated. The beds were also very comfortable. Cyndi had extra linens, pillows, fans, and any items that you may have needed that you forgot such as a toothbrush! The back deck and fire pit was also a great surprise because we didn't see it in the pics prior. The front porch was spacious and covered as well. Overall we have ZERO complaints and are planning to make this our go to spot when we come back. Thanks for such a great stay! We will be back.

Outstanding house!
Everything in the listing was exactly as expected. And there was so many more small details and extras that weren’t expected but so appreciated. The house is beautiful, well decorated and well-kept. Each room is comfortable and clean. The parking was plenty of room in the driveway for five cars and we could’ve fit more if we had to. The neighborhood is clean and safe and extremely convenient to everything. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family. We plan to make this trip again next year and f this house is available it will be our first choice.

Excellent House. Perfect for our Exhibition Stay.
The house was very nice and worked out perfectly for us. We have no complaints. It was clean, organized, everything was laid out, if we needed anything or if something happened then Cynthia/John were just a call away. Location is great and we were able to walk to the exhibition centre, good selection of restaurants we close by also. We would stay again when we are back for NFMS next year. Almost like being at home.

Beautiful home!
John and Cyndi’s home is gorgeous, and spotless! It was spacious and very comfortable. We came to Louisville to tour some bourbon distilleries and this home was in a great location to do that. We also enjoyed two great restaurants on Main Street, Doc Crows and Patrick O’Sheas. John and cyndi thought of everything, there were many small touches and details that made our stay that much more enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay here completely exceeded our expectations! The place was very clean and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
The location cannot be beat. If you are flying in this place is only 5-10 min away from the airport. We were in town for a show at the Exposition Center, if you hit the green light on the way it took literally less than two minutes to get to the grounds.
The large deck is a great hangout spot with a nice grill to use. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were very modern and kept up well. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.
We had a trailer and there was plenty of parking available.
Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure, this is the place to stay!

Incredible charming home
We brought in a group for Bourbon and Beyond and this couldn't have been a more perfect spot for us. The house had everything we could have wanted and was a 15 min walk to the event. Towels, sheets, cooking accessories, an outdoor area with a grill and tiki torches. This house and the owners did not disappoint. Kcups and a few snacks and a nice house warming gift to get us started. The hospitality was over the top and greatly appreciated. When we come back this will be our go to property. We all talked about it and we could not think of one thing we would have added to make it better and that is saying something with our group! We're already planning our next trip. Truly wonderful!!!

Fit All Our Needs Perfectly
Could not have had a more perfect experience with this property and owners. The house and location exceeded our expectations! Not one detail was overlooked by these owners from communication to convenient check-in/check-out process to all the little details which made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped through the doors (snacks, cold water, fresh flowers and K-cups waiting for us after the long travel to arrive were simply wonderful)! This property not only lives up to it's description, it goes above and beyond. Neighborhood is adorable and quiet, with the easiest access to all Louisville has to offer. Kitchen has everything one would need conveniently organized for cooking. Beds were so comfortable that my kids sometimes overslept. Owners suggestions for food, sightseeing, etc were also spot on. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts and for being our home away from home for the week! Will not be our last visit.

The property is fantastic. The place has clearly been given an exceptional remodeling and everything looks terrific. Beds were very comfortable. Check-in and check-out policies were a breeze. Adorable house, would love to stay again
This house is super cute! Cyndi and John have done a great job with decorating it to make it feel homey. We rented this house so a group of family could go to a robotics tournament at the Expo Center and it was the perfect size for us as well as being in a great location. They left a cute care package with information on things to do and places to eat in the area along with k-cups, water and a few snacks. The bathrooms and bedrooms were both stocked with high quality items in everything you might need. I would definitely stay here again if I ever head back to Louisville.
