Der Wohnbereich verfügt über Ledersitzmöbel, einen Flachbild-TV und eine komplette Fensterfront mit Blick auf den Lake Gaston. In der Tat, sitzen in der Wohnung oder auf der Terrasse, fühlt man sich wie in den Rand des Wassers sind wirklich! In voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenso inbegriffen wie ein Graco Pack n 'Play und Hochstuhl. Comfortable and spacious accommodations. Right on the lake. Literally only a few steps down which is an incredible treat. South side of the lake which allows for longer daylight time. Incredible experience!

We've stayed here a few times...it's amazing! They have done some updates and upgrades. The new rooftop deck on the the boat dock is perfect for evenings. The kids loved jumping off it as well. It's beautiful inside and out with great views of the lake and sunsets. We love staying here during the summer!

We had yet another wonderful stay here. This is our third time. The upgraded boat house is wonderful. Always clean and owner is very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions.

Beautiful Setting!
This place is really beautiful. The house is spacious with a large kitchen and Main bedroom. We went for Thanksgiving and it was just perfect.

Amazing View
Beautiful home with an amazing porch and dock. Large, well-stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking in. Comfortable bedrooms and plenty of lounging space.
Definitely off the grid - so be sure to bring anything you may need. Suggest bringing along some beach chairs for the dock if you want to spend time down there.
We had a great weekend and would definitely go back!

Beautiful Home ,excellent condition ,well landscaped on a beautiful part of the lake.

Amazing views and relaxing time
Marianne's bottom level house is perfect for our family. We love that it is one level and the views are breathtaking. Another wonderful family vacation.

Not super kid friendly
I was unaware when booking that you just get access to the downstairs and the upstairs of the house is locked and closed off. The downstairs area is very nice and does offer plenty of space, was just unaware of the circumstance. The view is wonderful!! We did come with multiple small children and the yard area is not very kid friendly. Very steep and multiple stairs and rocky. We throughly enjoyed the dock and swimming. The closest grocery store is over 30 minutes away so just not super convenient if needing to run out really quick. Very nice of the house to have kid items including pack and play and high chair.

Great Property
Our stay at the Heron House was great. The house was very large, clean and plenty of room out on the deck and dock. Would definitely come back next year if its available. Only recommendation I would have is for the owner to provide more pots and larger skillets for cooking. There was really only one small skillet and was hard to cook breakfast and dinners with one skillet. Overall, its a great place with an unreal view.

Excellent Property and Location
Everything was exceptional - from communications with the owner, cleaning services, and property itself. Instructions for check-in and check-out were very thorough and clear. Great location on Lake Gaston as a launch point for water recreation, including fishing. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Rental
Great view of the lake (none better). Excellent accommodations. Marianne was very responsive to our questions and requests. It should be noted that the only entrance available for renters is the lake side (back side) of the house, so you need to carry all luggage and supplies around to the back of the house.

Fantastic Lake Getaway!
The pictures do not do this property justice. My family and I had an absolutely amazing time of relaxation and fun. The house was really nice and clean. The property is hidden away in a gate community that is really nice and beautiful. The dock is great and offers a great spot to fish. We caught catfish, bass and brim right off of the dock. The sunsets are absolutely amazing. One night we watched a movie in the theatre room which was great too. The property owner was very quick to respond to any questions that I had during our stay. We are definitely looking forward to coming back in the future.

The only issue we had is that we brought our boat with us and the drive way could not accommodate our vehicle and trailer. Our host gave us a parking option in an empty cul-de-sac near by, so it worked out. This is a must see rental, the pictures don't do it justice.

Excellent location right at the water
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Christmas. The layout of the house was perfect for us - master suite to one side of the house and the other bedrooms to the other, with the living area/kitchen in the middle. Most rooms had gorgeous views of the lake. The porch is fantastic and we sat out a bit even with the cold temps. Our only issue was that the wifi was spotty and didn't work at all on our last day. Other than that, our stay was perfect and we do plan to return (in the summer or fall).

Beautiful home and stunning lake views
We rented this home for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The home is beautiful and well appointed. The lake views are simply breathtaking! Communication with the owner was very easy. We will be renting this property again!!

Girls Weekend
House was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group. Beds very comfortable & kitchen well appointed. They even had a spare propane tank which is very thoughtful! My only criticism was them charging hourly rates for early check in. (it was not rented for 4 days prior, so no additional prep needed to be done). Don't really mind the $$, but it felt like being nickel & dimed after spending a lot of money for 2 nights stay. Still had a wonderful time and would happily rent again! Beautiful area with amazing views!

The main location on the lake made it convenient to boat rental and to location of wedding in Bracey.The view from the porch was just breathtaking, so many boats on the water that weekend. The chairs on the porch were very comfortable, we spent quite a bit of time taking in the scenery.The kitchen seemed well equipped yet we ate elsewhere so never had to cook dinner. Peaceful retreat
We spent a lovely week at Lake Gaston enjoying all the lake has to offer. The property is beautiful with stunning views of the lake. The covered patio enabled us to enjoy the outside even when it rained. Highly recommend!

B day getaway
Property was fabulous! The owners were overly kind and generous. The outside grill didn't work so they immediately brought a replacement.
They was a lot of spiders on the deck. A good power wash would help the issue. The kitchen was missing a can opener, some pots and pans.
Overall, it was a great rental. We really liked the location.

Amazing.
This property was absolutely perfect for us and exactly what we needed. It’s a main lake location and the views are even better than what is shown online.
If you want 3 bedrooms, clean and main lake views with a great boat dock then this is your place.
I will return again this summer.

Amazing Lake Experience
What an amazing property to stay at with equally amazing views! Marianne was wonderful to work with and everything from the cleanliness to the location was top notch! Highly recommend - the space of the downstairs is so nice that you don't even realize you have only the bottom of a house.
