This house was exactly as described!! It was great!! My family loved the house and all the amenities that it offered. Such a short walk to the beach! We took 2 dogs as well and the fenced in back yard was perfect! The host was super nice and contacted me when the house was ready to check in! We are already looking into renting it again next year!

We enjoyed our stay at the perfect beach house. My husband and I stayed there with our dogs. Some nearby family visited with us as well while we were there. The home is spacious. It has numerous sitting areas and bedrooms. We really enjoyed the large, covered porch on the second floor. It was also nice to have a fenced yard for the dogs (which was one of main reasons we chose this home). We enjoyed the pool as well. The home is in a great location with a short, straight walk to the beach. If more attention were given to the details of this property, we could have given an overall 5 star review. Small things need fixing- one of the bathroom doors does not stay shut/locked well, the pool table is unlevel and has some other issues, some of the appliances stored in the kitchen cabinets need to be more thoroughly cleaned. The backyard could use some landscaping. Guests are not provided with many towels or things such as garbage bags, dishwashing pods, dish detergent and the like for a very lengthy stay. The kitchen could also be outfitted a little better with some additional cooking utensils and things. We did truely enjoy our stay and the house is nice. If some additional attention were given to the details, it would be absolutely fantastic.

Rocky start but Alina was quick to respond despite having to deal with her sick dog. Dishwasher broke after first use,but was replaced next day. Pool was dirty upon entering but was quickly cleaned. Hot tub was hit or miss on being hot. Biggest complaint was hot water for showers. There was 7 adults in which 3 took showers at night. Never was there hot water. Upstairs master did have a sweet spot but you had to mess with the handle. Overall, great stay except for the shower issue.

I love the laid back quiet feel of this neighborhood and home. The house is beautifully decorated however it needs quite a few repairs and updates. One of these is that water runs cold in the middle of showers which I communicated to the management company and hopefully they’ll be addressing. During our stay there was a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood and that was a bit of an eye sore, but overall we still enjoyed our vacation.

This was our second time staying here. Loved the upgrades. Wonderful vacation home for us and another family. Very responsive hosts. Really nightingale to complain about at all.

Wonderful home for our annual family vacation. Could have used a more ample supply of bath towels and a better explanation of bathroom locations as downstairs bath was a shared one not attached to 2nd master. Other than that..great home.

Pros: Distance from beach is excellent! Spacious living areas inside and outside Beds were good Air conditioning worked really well! Location to shopping nice Pool was perfect for our group of 8 adults Bikes are a nice touch Management very responsive if we needed anything Lots of beach toys for kids Pet friendly Kitchenette downstairs nice Cons: Beach accessibility should be mentioned in listing. Our senior parents and even my brother with knee issues couldn’t get to the beach because of the slope and no hand rails. A lot of little things need repair because they are broken or in bad shape: switches, some fixtures, knobs, buttons on appliances, pool table, hot tub, ice machine, grill…. Or moldy: ice maker, washing machine, cooler. For a rental in this price point these things should be fixed. Missing some things that we feel are pretty essential to a summer rental: recycling bins, lounge chairs by the pool, beach umbrella, hangers… Also, and we know this is beyond the control of the property management, but the city is currently redoing all the sewer and fiber lines on the street. The house would literally start shaking every morning at 7am because of the construction equipment and there were times we couldn’t get in and out of the driveway. The noise was pretty loud during the day. This place has a lot of potential to be fabulous. If some of the issues are fixed, and your family doesn’t have any mobility issues, it would be great for a family vacation.

The house was located in a great proximity to the beach and has all the things needed in order to enjoy the stay. PROS: Short walk to quiet beach Excellent kitchen - well equipped Pool and hot tub Fenced yard Close to several golf courses and a couple local eateries CONS: Shared bathroom in master suite downstairs led to many lockouts. Propane for gas grill was empty…had to purchase a new bottle. Pool table and cues need attention. Had to purchase a new pool stick. Check-out time is too early, especially when responsible for washing towels before exiting property. An extra hour would have been ideal. Overall we had a great stay and look forward to visiting again!

We loved the “Fantasea” beach house so much last year that we came back again this year and booked it again for 2023. It’s a perfect fit for our family and friends which includes the canine members of our family. I looked all over and could find no other home like this one that not only lets us bring the dogs but provides a beautiful fenced yard for them. At the same time, it has great amenities like the pool and hot tub and is only a short walk down the sandy road to the beach. The house itself has all the comforts of home plus extras like the pool table and large deck. It’s also a quiet area yet close to a Publix grocery and other shops and restaurants. This home has everything we want in a beach home and I look forward to returning next year.

The property was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for the family to enjoy. The pool temp was perfect!! Short walk to the beach. Sat on porch having morning coffee and could hear the waves crashing. There was a lot of construction happening all around, so you could hear the trucks and tractors, however; wasn't bad at all. The beds were very comfy, and towels were soft! Locking the door with the code was sometimes challenging as it took all of us trying to get it to lock, however; it made for great jokes!! Had a picnic at Washington Oaks which is such a gorgeous park. Great place to stay, in a great location.

Great beachhouse. Just a short walking distance to beach. Nice quiet area and not crowded. Only 1 problem, we feel the heated pool was not working until our last 3 days. We would definitely rent this house again!

This house is located on a quiet gravel/sand side street. The house was very kid- friendly from having multiple toys for use indoor and beach/pool. Loved the pool table and ping pong table! The furniture was very kid friendly and easy to clean. It was nice that the floors were laminate and not all tiled (safer for the little ones). I was real happy that there were trundle beds so that each child had their own bed. I also appreciated that there were gates at all stair entrances to keep that little ones from danger. This was all important because we had 4 children 7 and under. The 2 sided porch allowed us to spread out and have some privacy when needed and allowed the children to run and play and still be in sight. The ocean is not visible from the house, but it was an easy walk with the wagon loaded. Though the pool was on the smaller side, I was very happy to see that it was always in the sun and not shaded by trees or the house, since we were going to Florida to enjoy the sun. ( I have found this to be a hard thing to find when renting, but a must have for us). We had some issues with the pool heat, but Alina - the property host - was always prompt in responding and fixing any issues. That is a great plus!! I would remove the stones around the pool area and add more cement border for expanded area around the pool. The stones are hard to walk on. The hot tub was a definite plus! The house cleanliness is something that could use some closer attention too. Especially around door handles, kitchen cupboards, base boards, corners, and the shower grout and shower curtain in the basement. The house is sparsely equipped with kitchen amenities, kitchen towels and bath towels. (I never understand why we need to supply extra toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap and garbage bags. It would be nice if these were available, it's expensive enough that you have to purchase all the condiments/spices that you never use all of, let alone having to purchase all the cleaning products that you need to also leave behind.) I know that we downloaded a welcome packet, but I didn't see any book in the house that offered local resturant recommendations or attractions etc. or instructions when we were supposed to take garbage out and check out process. We had to keep referring back to our emails. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider returning here again. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for a week!

We came to stay for a week with our family, 4 adults and 2 kids. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed for the beach. The house was decorated nicely but was missing small details that would have made the stay more comfortable. The pool was great for the kids. However, we had to pay extra for it to be heated. The hot tub was a bonus but we did have some issues with it heating up. When we reached out to the owners they were very responsive and came to fix it quickly. The ourdoor patio around the pool could be cleaned up. The pool equipment was just piled up next to the hot tub and the chairs by the pool were cheap plastic ones and not very comfortable to sit in to watch the kids swim. The inside of the house was cute and clean but could use a few updates. The downstairs ice chest didn’t work. The pool table was very old with holes in the pockets so the balls fall on the ground and the table was very wobbly. It was not safe for little kids to play on it. The towels that were provided for the bathrooms and pools were old and rough. If the towels and sheets were updated it would add an extra touch and make the stay more comfortable. The kitchen had a lot of what we needed but lacked food storage containers. Only 2 trash bags were provided. Again, these are just little things that could have made the stay better. Overall. We had a great time. If you are looking for a beach vacation with a house you can come and relax in, this is it!

Stayed her for a family reunion a d to. Isit family that live locally. Location and amenities in the house were great. Kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the proximity to the beach! Would definitely stay here again if we are ever in these parts again the future!

We had such a great time on our vacation at this wonderful property. Beach access is a very short walk down the road and the beach feels very private and peaceful. Although this area of the beach is known for rocky formations there were no rocks to worry about at this particular access point. There's an outside shower for washing the sand off and the pool is a welcome and refreshing end to a hot day at the beach. Alina was amazing with communication and extremely responsive with any questions/needs that came up. We loved our time at the beach house and didn't want to leave. We would definitely return to this property.

We had a great time - the house is great, and the location perfect. Overall, everything went well. Besides the beach, you have access to many amenities in the area: Daytona, Orlando, San Augustine, etc.. Important: The house is great, but, need a little bit of maintenance - everything works, they just need to fix a few things before they get worse, examples: Closet with pool stuff, cleaner and organize, the pool table needs little repairs (we played and use it, but, needs some love), hot tub is working but need some work too, etc.... We had a great time, everything was good, just little maintenance needed. Thanks!

I have nothing but phenomenal things to say about our stay at this amazingly peaceful serene lovely home. This was a wonderful house to have a family vacation. It was extremely beautiful had wonderful amenities was clean and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The extra attention to detail with bikes, chairs and Sand toys was extremely appreciated. The teens loved being able to walk to the beach, the adults loved sitting on the large porch for sunrise and in the evening. The dog appreciated the fenced backyard. And the neighborhood was quiet at night with nothing but sounds of nature and surf. Alina was extremely friendly and responsive and I have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. We will definitely be coming back and definitely recommending to others. The fact that the house was dog friendly was an extraordinary plus!! Additionally it was arranged to accommodate all generations from those that wanted to sit on the porch to those that fully utilized the ping-pong pool and bar area!!! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to have a family vacation and to celebrate my birthday!!!!!

The house and location were perfect for what we needed. Everyone enjoyed their rooms and the living room and kitchen were very accessible. We had everything we needed and more.

The house was very nice and well suited to two related family groups. Grocery store close by, lots of restaurants and an uncrowded beach. The only improvement I would make is some of the pots and pans need to be replaced due to scratched nonstick surfaces.

We had a great time staying at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone, and close to the beach. The pool in the backyard was perfect for when the kids were tired of the sand. House was excellent condition and had everything advertised. The only thing I could negate the place on, was something out of the owners control - the Internet went out across the state, so streaming was not available on WiFi. Again it was the fault of the internet provider, not the owner.

My family and I were disappointed with this property. While it is in a great location and has a lot of potential to be charming it felt like one thing after another. First the small things, such as outlets not working in multiple rooms, two TV's not working, being unable to clean the pool because there was no net on it. Then there was the trash that had not been taken to the curb and was smelling from roasting in the sun, making the front area not usable. The hot tub which was like taking a room temperature bath (until we spent an hour on youtube looking it up to fix it). Note that the property manager did send someone out the next day but at this point we barely got to enjoy it. Then there was the cleanliness...I expected at the very least average cleanliness during a pandemic (would've given 3 stars if it weren't for the extreme need to step up cleaning game in the midst of all this). Mildew all over the fancy shower, sheets having some sort of gunk on them, kitchen items growing things. Just really disappointed considering the safety concern that comes from lack of cleanliness during a pandemic.

We were looking for a dog friendly house with a fenced yard and pool near the beach and this one checked all the boxes. The home is beautiful and close enough to the beach you can hear the tide rolling in and out. The beach access is a short walk down the sand street, less than a block, and the house has everything you need to enjoy it—beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. The house itself is beautiful and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the wraparound porch, screened porch, pool, hot tub, and pool table/ping pong table. The street and neighborhood are quiet and the beach was never crowded. There’s a Publix grocery within 2 miles and we found some restaurants we liked within 20-25 minutes south on A1A. I would highly recommend this house and hope to stay here again in the future.

This house was great for our multi generation family get away. Lots of room and well stocked. Easy walk to a beautiful beach.
