Great location. Very specious for the whole family of 12.

We had a great stay at this location but had some things break while we were there which were out of our control. Beware things are not properly secured and could cause bodily harm.
We had multiple issues. First the bottom downstairs mirror fell off the wall. It was not tightly secured which could have hurt someone. It is not bolted to a stud and hanging by a thread. This was an hour into our visit. Pictures were sent and someone came to fix it.
The next day a shelf fell in the bunk room because the latch was previously broken. No one was in the room, the latch was found on top of the shelf. Pictures were sent of both the broken table and the latch sitting on the top of the shelf. Was told by owner they would check on it when we checked out. I have tried to reach out to owners and they have chosen to ignore me. I have filed a complaint with VRBO since they have charged us unfairly $100.
We also found a bloody palmprint on the doorframe of one of the downstairs bedrooms.
Needless to say, we will not be renting here again when visiting San Diego.

This house was perfect- rented it for the US Marines boot camp graduation. This property is super close to the base, which was so nice. The house was great, Kelsi was easy to work with and we really enjoyed our stay!

This house is in a great location and prefect for our adult group of five. Had a couple of issues, but the owner was always quick to respond. My only complaint would be that the house felt a little dirty, stains on the bed spreads, stains on the dining room table cover, stains on the mattress covers and dirty mats in the bathrooms. I also wished there was more comfortable seating on the deck and drawers for clothes as opposed to just a closets in the rooms.

Cool house in great neighborhood steps away from little italy. Easy access to airport, freeway, and local attractions. Kelsi even provided coffee upon check-in which really helped with the jet lag. Would definitely recommend to any larger group that is looking to stay close to downtown.

This remodeled older home is extremely clean and just as advertised. It isn't fancy, but is comfortable with plenty of room for our party of 5 adults and 4 children. The location is great - close to the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Old Town, the harbor, and easy access to Interstate 5. Kelsi was great to work with.

We loved the multiple places to congegrate in the home and the neighborhood has a fun vibe to walk to restaurants, bars, farmer's markets, etc.

We visited with two small children who enjoyed the books and toys as much as the house. We were close to the airport, downtown and Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo. We would stay here again.

Great family place
My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! The location was great we walked to Little Italy and to the harbor pretty easily and drove to PB one of the days! All within 10-15 minutes. The house had comfortable beds and plenty of accommodations for our large party - 8 adults and 3 children. House has been remodeled and maybe still has some small aspects that are in the process of being remodeled but overall great!

We had a wonderful time in San Diego! The Bankers Hill property was terrific and Kelsi was very responsive to our needs and questions. We are looking forward to our next visit!

We loved our stay here! It’s close to the airport so it was easy for everyone to arrive at different times and make it to the rental, the place is exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed.
Little Italy is walking distance from the rental and had tons of food and drink options that were perfect for hanging out.
The owner was great and whenever I reached out I got quick communication back that was always helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for Group of 10
This place is 5 min from the airport, close to great areas like Little Italy and Downtown SD. It’s also great for a group of 8-10. There are 4 rooms with beds (one has a bunk bed). There are parking spots for 2 cars tandem. If you have any more than that, street parking is a little challenging. Kelsi was easy to communicate with and my family enjoyed their stay!

This rental was a great size for our family trip. Everything was within 10 -15mins away. The airport was very close and was able to hear planes over head but the noise doesn't interrupt your sleep. The owner Kelsi was very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet. Would recommend this place.

Everything was great at this stay. We never had any issues or concerns here. The location is great and close to so many places to go and enjoy. I will definitely look to rent here again when I stay in San Diego. 5 stars all the way!!

It’s a fairly big two story house tucked into a tiny plot surrounded on all sides by apartments and houses.The house is nicely appointed with comfy beds, sofas and TVs. There is a decent kitchen and large dining table. From upstairs you can see part of the runway and Harbor. It’s a lively but slightly obscured views. Parking for two cars nose to tail out front. The location is a good walk or short drive to Balboa Park, the harbour, airport and city center.A couple of things to note... You definitely can hear planes landing and taking off as well as the train line and highway (all close). Even with all windows shut we were kept up by noise from the house which is a few feet behind (another Airbnb I think). There are fans and ac to drown out the noise upstairs but not in the bedrooms Downstairs.However the owners are super nice and helpful. Thanks!

Terrific place to stay for a conference at the San Diego convention center with coworkers. Rooms were clean and private. Plenty of room and nice kitchen. We scootered back from Little Italy after dinner one night which was fun. Nice veiw of the Bay.

Perfect for a large group
Good food in walking distance. The house was comfortable for a large group, but parking was limited. There is parking on the street, but that is a hit and miss. Overall, we were very happy with everything.

Great Location and Beautiful Home
The property had all of the accommodations mentioned in the posting online. There was construction work happening in the properties directly behind this one, but that would never deter my want to stay again! Great breweries and breakfast options were within walking distance, the house was clean when we arrived, and Kelsi was reachable throughout the stay. I'd definitely recommend this location.

The house and location is amazing!
This house and the view are amazing. You can sit on the back patio with some coffee and/or alcoholic beverage and watch the planes land while enjoying your view of the bay. Everything in the house looks and smells brand new and all of the furniture is extremely comfortable. This house is in an amazing location because you are minutes away from everything. It is right next to the airport but the noise in minimal and won’t drive you crazy. This won’t be the last time we stay at this place. Kelsi is an amazing host. We can’t thank her enough!
