Our family of 6 with dog in tow had the most relaxing week vacation at this condo! We would rent again. It was located in a great spot close to everything! The beach view was amazing and so close!! Love this place!! So many memories made!!

This condo is first class. We have stayed in this building twice a year for the last three years. This unit is the best so far. The floor plan is excellent. The unit is updated.
The decks are fabulous. The deck furniture is perfect.
We want to rent it again soon. The new elevator is running very good and I think they are closing in on a date to complete the other elevator. Don't hesitate to trust this owner and this unit.

This was the second year we stayed in this condo. We love the location and access to shopping and restaurants.
The beach is beautiful, very clean, quiet, and very well supervised by the beach patrol.

Property was okay but needs to be deep cleaned. Ceiling has water damage and open holes also there were holes in the walls. Closet doors in third bedroom were off the track and leaning in the closet. Pillow and pillow sham had blood on them. Thankfully brought our own. We would stay there again if the unit was deep cleaned.

Great condo. Loved being on 4th floor, the elevators didnt work half the tome so it was nice not being on a high floor so we could walk. Perfect size. Only advice: Different curtains for the window facing rooms, they face the other condo whos lights shine in and looks like daylight at night. Besides that. Great condo.

We enjoyed our stay. However, the condo needs a good deep cleaning. My husband had to clean the counters because there was coffee underneath and around the coffee pot. The fridge was dirty, we found dead roaches in one of the cabinets, cups were left in the sink. The master shower had hair still in/on it, the shower walls have mold and the whole condo had a musky smell. The furniture has stains, sheets were stained. There was not extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags or dishcloths. We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers there for 4 days. Had to go buy toilet paper, garbage bags and napkins. When we booked the room we thought our dog could be on the beach, we didn’t find out that she could not go on the beach until we got there. Needs to say condo is pet friendly but not allowed on beaches.

This condo is very welcoming! It has a great layout and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well suited for meal prep and the dining table is huge. The view from the ocean front balcony is gorgeous! The beach is immaculate and a joy for morning walks. Viewing the sunset on the beach is a must! We can’t wait until our next visit!!

The condo was too small to accommodate 7. A burner on the stove was not working. The blinds are broken so are difficult to open and close. Patio door is extremely difficult to open and close. Closet doors are off the track. There are small roaches in the kitchen cabinets. Loved the location and how close we were to pool and beach. We did have an enjoyable time but we did leave a day early.

Had a great time. Condo was in perfect location and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Beach was right there without a long walk. Shopping, groceries and restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely return.
The only recommendation for a change is new sheets. They were awful and pilled and I felt like I was sleeping on sandpaper. Easy fix.

Absolutely loved this condo! The property was clean, the beach was beautiful, and the decor was great! Two things - the couch is super uncomfortable (just personal preference) and the bed in the guest bedroom appears to be broken and uncomfortable. Otherwise no complaints and nothing we couldn’t deal with during our stay!

Clean, kitchen was fully stocked, comfortable beds, has a washer & dryer, pet friendly and right on the beach! Thank you Amy for allowing us to stay an extra night just to relax and hang out. Would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Owned is very pleasant to deal with. ❤️ This place!!

Clean, kitchen was fully stocked, comfortable beds, has a washer & dryer, pet friendly and right on the beach! Thank you Amy for allowing us to stay an extra night just to relax and hang out.
