Location cannot be beat especially for me with my daughter on mt. Olympus. It was a 0.4 mile walk (uphill but that's ok!).

Everything was as promised. We had a great time.

Renee was a great host, communicative, and kind. Great location to explore the University, and parking! I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Girls weekend getaway. Easy walk to university campus and restaurants etc. quick and easy $10 Uber‘s all over town. Quaint front porch comfortable rooms and a plate of cookies made it a perfect weekend.

Renee gave me the Suite on the 3rd floor so I had my own bathroom, a mini fridge and microwave. She was a very gracious host - allowing people into her home. I was in town for a concert at the amphitheater which was an easy drive from the rental. There is information in the room about restaurants/cafes in the Westcott neighborhood - quaint areay of Syracuse. Would definitely stay with Renee again if I am in the area.

While the host is very friendly and I appreciated the personal nature of the stay, she insisted that the listing was for 1 room with 1 bed. It clearly says 2 rooms and 2 beds, which is what I needed for me and my aunt. She charged me an extra $100 for the second room.

Fantastic hostess! Outstanding house and location. Just didn't know we would be sharing the bathroom.

First, Renee is a terrific host — and a wonderful character. Her home is a block and a half from my daughter’s dorm and right near a park and Renee makes a great housemate. Also, it’s much less expensive than a hotel. Renee pretty much gives you the whole place to roam and provides snacks and coffee. There are 3 rooms available on the 2nd floor and they all share the one bathroom. Fortunately for me—I was the only one there. I’m sure that’s in the description but I missed it. The room was good enough but definitely needed a bedside reading lamp. Safe, clean, comfortable and good company.

Renee is absolutely wonderful, very accommodating, and welcoming. Communication is great and the property couldn’t be better for parents traveling into Syracuse to see their kids. Renee even provides coffee and breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again.

The location is absolutely perfect for visiting kids at Syracuse. Easy walking distance. The hostess was absolutely amazing. Really helpful and accommodating to my late arrival. 100% recommend

This VRBO was perfect for moving our daughter into the dorm at Syracuse. It's so close, you're practically on campus! Renee, the host was extremely easy to communicate and treats you like part of her family. The room and bed were very comfortable and overall it was a great set up!

I stayed two nights in this lovely home while visiting Syracuse for a concert. I can’t say enough what a comfortable setting it is and what a great host Renee is. So welcoming! Great place to stay for SU events. SO close!

I booked this because it was close to campus. I got so much more than I bargained for. What can I say I was leaving my baby at college on the other side of the country. Renee was a wealth of information and went above and beyond for us. The university pushed back the start date and rather than changing our flights and rebooking I was able to extend our booking and stay on. Renee was accommodating and supportive to this Mama leaving my son. If you haven’t left a child 2,300 miles from home and did t know a soul. It’s HARD! Renee made this trip amazing for me and even sent me a text to make sure I was ok after I left. The bed was super comfortable. The house was comfortable and clean. I will definitely book this place next time I go back!

fantastic location, essentially right on campus

Renee’s home Was a welcome retreat. Our 18-year-old daughter was starting college at ESF, and there waa so much to do while we were there, constantly running around. Having Renee’s home as a base from which to operate was perfect as it is close to literally everything, and has all the amenities we needed and some we didn’t even know we would need that were there anyways. So many personal touches that made it that much easier to be so far from home. We will definitely be back, and we feel like we made a friend with Renee!!!

Renee has a very nice old Syracuse home near SU. The whole experience was excellent. Renee was always available and very helpful. This is a great place to stay.

Dianas home was beautiful and decorated with warm antiques. At checkin we were surprised to find out we did not have the whole place to ourselves. The listing announces three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Although that is true, what we were assigned was one room with a little dressing area and a shared bathroom as well as a shared living room kitchen and porch. With that disappointment in mind we realized that the value for a private room with the shared bathroom was much less than any Motel we could have procured. That being said the bed was very comfortable the host was very congenial and helpful. And truly a beautiful house to stay in. It was more like a traditional B&B without the breakfast.

My stay was fantastic - property was exactly as advertised, shared home with a private room. Renee is extremely friendly and accommodating, she takes her role as host very seriously, met me at the door and gave a welcome tour of the house so I could get settled. She is incredibly informative about Syracuse and was very helpful with providing information as to how to get around in the area (which was great, because it was my first time ever in the city!). The house is clean and well kept at all times - and overall very comfortable. If you are looking for a place to stay in Syracuse, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. 10/10!
