nothing to not like

The rooms were great and perfectly prepared and equipped. Fantastic kitchen and living room! There was even a heated dried for our clothes which was very handy after we got wet! :) Really liked the rural area.

Unfortunately our mattress weren't the best as it gave us some back pain. The other two were newer and fine. The walls and floor enhanced noises gave no chance to pop out to the loo without waking everyone up.

We loved the property, it was comfortable and cozy, with 3 good size bedrooms, we had a plenty of space for our family of four and a small dog. The cottage is modern and well equipped.

I liked the fact that everything you wanted was there to make the stay go well. For example, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, etc so I didn't need to go and buy anything except food. We were welcomed by a bottle of Prosecco and a box of cookies which was lovely! Thank you. The cottage was very cosy and tastefully furnished/decorated.

There was nothing to dislike.

The location was perfect. Approximately a 15 min walk to both Ludham and Potter Heigham. Parking right outside the property for one car, which was ideal for us as we took our dog. The garden has a lovely outlook onto fields and was secure for our dog who is still quite young. The neighbours, some of whole are permanent residents were really friendly and the property is situated on a country Lane so ideal for dog walking.

A couple of things we found an issue were the floorboards in the house were quite noisy when anyone walked on them. During the night if anyone went to the toilet the whole house was woken. We could also hear some noise from the neighbouring residents at night. It was really hot when we stayed and the beds only had winter quilts, a top sheet would have been great then we could have chosen what was most suitable for the temperature.

The peaceful, pretty location. Comfy and cosy property. Well equipped and extremely clean. Prosecco and biscuits on arrival! Good quality bedding (although the duvet at 13.5 Tog was perhaps a bit too hot for the late Spring weather).

The extremely creaky floorboards lost their charm at night, not ideal for light sleepers! Windows fiddly to open and close because there was no way to hold the blinds up. Hot water in the shower was no more than tepid every day. Could not rate host as we didn't meet her.

Beautiful cottage, all facilities were spot on. Cleanliness was the tops. Lovely welcome with a bottle of 🍾 and cookies.

Lovely comfy cottage. We had so much fun. Great space for four people and a dog.

The location is a bit out of the way but we didn’t mind as we had cars with us. We found some razors in the bathroom and a scrunchie behind the radiator in the hall way but other than that it was nice and tidy.
