Availability of breakfast was a great add on for me. I

I didn't actually use it but the television on my room said 'no signal'

The location is very close to the trains station, the staff is very kind, the room is very well equipped and cozy, and the tea and coffee are superb! It’s a shame I couldn’t stay longer for breakfast!

Unfortunately the heating went off during the night so it was a bit cold

The location was good. Unfortunately I didn’t get to sample the cooked breakfast because of staff illness. But the cereal and toast was freely available along with fruit juice and coffee.

The owner and her mum were so welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful or kind. I wasn't expecting breakfast, at the price I'd paid, yet they included a full English which was absolutely delicious. I will certainly stay there again.

I couldn't get the light to work above the bed. However, I'd arrived so late, I certainly wasn't going to disturb them when there was a proper light in the centre of the room.

The woman who worked there was really very polite and kept me there talking about both he trip I was going on along with her plans to go to the same trip a week later. She was delightful to talk to and made me wish I could stay longer. The building is only walking distance from the station and is very good value for money. I'd stay there again if I'm back in the area and would highly recommend it to anyone else traveling.

Stayed here a few times now as love the hotel . The lady who runs it is extremely attentive and very pleasant. Would stay again.

The breakfast was really great. I had a personalised English breakfast and it was very tasty.

To be honest. There wasn't much to be improved. For the price we paid it was one of the best places we stayed.

Value for money, great location being 5min walk from rail station. Felt valued as a guest and safe. Excellent Full English breakfast with other breakfast choices available.

Very friendly staff and a great cooked breakfast. I had a single room with an en-suite. The room also came with complimentary tea, coffee and toiletries.

My only con is that I saw a lot of dust buildup between the wardrobe & the wall.

The color of the rooms is verry dark...and one suite room had a bad shower...it is better to order a room with a shared bathroom, so that a shared bathroom very good

It's a covient location for the cruise ships. The owners of the guesthouse are very nice & will help you with anything. Very quiet.
