Willkommen in unserem neuen, komplett renovierten Stadthaus, das von Roy Svenningsen, dem Premier-Partner von HomeAway, bewirtet wird. Dieses Haus befindet sich in einer üppigen, familienorientierten Wohnanlage gegenüber dem Key West Golfplatz.
Das Haus verfügt über alle neuen Geräte aus Edelstahl, neue Möbel, alle neuen Fußböden, Marmor und hochwertige Matratzen.
Im Zentrum der Gemeinde befindet sich ein schöner Pool und ein Clubhaus mit Fitnessbereich.
Inbegriffen ist der Parkplatz für zwei Autos, WiFi und Highspeed-Internet.
In der Nähe gibt es Croissant de France, eine französische Bäckerei, eine CVS-Drogerie und zwei Familienrestaurants (Roostica und Chico).

Ron made everything simple as far as the check in process especially when traveling with a group with different arrival times. He was extremely accommodating with check in times and providing an area to keep our bags due to our later flights that were past our check out time.
He was excellent at communicating with us and getting us all the information. He was also very responsive and professional.
The house was clean and well organized. We felt very comfortable there and the entire community is gated.
We were a very simple Uber ride to everything we wanted to visit.
Our group enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend this place as well as stay here the next time we visit.

Key West Get Away!
This place was amazing! Roy is so nice and was always available to answer any questions.
The condo is beautiful, clean and located close to Key West. There is a marina next door to accommodate any boat needs. I will defiantly be rebooking for next year keys trip!!

The owner was very pleasant to deal with. The property was very nice, close to Duvall and everything we needed was there (all new). A great place for a family stay. We all had our own space. The pool area was very nice and I would definitely stay here again. There was also quite a few very nice restaurants very close by.

Gorgeous property! Fit all our needs for our trip to Key West! We seriously did not want to leave. Everything in the place seems brand new. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

amazingly beautiful townhome.
Place was clean and well appointed. Near great restaurants and a short stroll to the well maintained pool and workout room. Our fishing guide was literally 5 minutes away at a beautiful marina. Easy commute to all the downtown fun. Roy was a very attentive host and I would certainly stay here again.

The Best Vacation Rental Ever!!!!
This is a fantastic home that truly exceeded my expectations. Everything is brand new from the furniture to the appliances and marble counter tops. Roy's communication was instant in every case we contacted him. There was parking for two vehicles and a beautiful pool. I would highly recommend this home to fellow travelers.
