Breakfast is reasonable, has both local and western options.

Location is out of town that it will cost a bit if you take taxi/Grab to downtown. To Sun World around $4 and the downtown where most restaurants are will be about $8 each way. Should consider it before booking. I booked the room with bay view but actually there are just many constructions around, not completed yet so the view is a bit disappointing. Staff is good, generally speaking. However at check out, when they checked my room and a fruit plate was missing then the front desk asked me but to be honest, the way she asked just made me feel like I stole the plate, they should be more careful on communication with guests. I had ordered food to room and I put the plate to the tray with other food plates and left in the corridor. It's marked 5*, however you know it is by Vietnam standard, staff is trained by Vietnamese management, you will feel it. I traveled there when the border is still closed due to the COVID-19 so full of domestic guests, mostly families with kids so it's noisy and a couple of rooms next door they even opened the door often so kids could run from one room to another, it made me feel unpleasant. The staff should have told them.

Good Breakfast and super clean!

Staff struggled with communicating in english, apologies my vietnamese could have also been better! There was resorts being built in front so the view was a little off!

Everything was perfect.
