Very friendly staff. Beautiful lobby. Two elevators that worked quickly. Room was a good size but not much space for have two suitcases open. There is a big closet to store away items. Very large shower with glass wall and button to frost the wall for privacy. Breakfast was plentiful with many options; although the vegetarian options were limited, the staff was accommodating and assisted us. We really loved the various fruit options (at least 5 different types each morning). We also had room service from the restaurant and enjoyed the food. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar area. The staff was very friendly there as well and engaging with our toddler. The location was perfect for walking around. They have a sauna, Japanese cold soaking tub/whirlpool tub and steam baths. We didn't use any of these.

The window was very small and the closet was very big. A better balance between the two would have been nice.

We only stayed for 2 days before we headed home, but the staff made us feel they had known us for weeks. They were very helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean, and the shower was to die for! The location in the Old Quarter was great and ideal for a stopover. We wish we had more time in Hanoi, as there is so much to see.

Location was good. Breakfast was very good, kids rated Pho highly. Rooms a very good size.

Reception folk ok, but not as friendly as previous hotels we stayed at, a little aloof (gold costumes inflated the importance perhaps).

The hotel itself was quite nice and very comfortable, but the biggest asset is the staff. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful. My trip had a bumpy start when the taxi driver suddenly demanded far more money for the ride from the airport; someone from the concierge desk helped with translation and resolving the issue. They all reserved a ticket for the water puppet show which saved me a hassle when I asked for help with that later. I want to give a special acknowledgement to Thien for being amazing at his job! The breakfast was delicious too.

Could be a little noisy in my room during daytime hours since there was something being renovated in that part of the hotel or in a building next to it.

It is nearby too visit local sight seeing and good for street shopping. Nearby vegetarian restaurant

Rooms are small

The staff was excellent especially Ruby Vu (sales administrator) n Minh (hope his name correct - at the reception). they made our stay a pleasant one with excellent arrangement. Every staff deserve credit as they made us felt welcome with the smiles and friendliness. From the lobby, roof top bar and also our rooms was so clean and the food was excellent too. Location of the hotel was also great as we were able to walk around town. Me and my family will surely stay at this hotel if we were to visit Hanoi again.

The property is priced very reasonably. The property is located in the heart of the city. I did not have to take any mode of transport to go to any place. The rooms were excellent. The most important part was that the staff was super courteous.

There is nothing much on disliking the property. The only suggestion that I can give is that the property can keep large umbrellas near the swimming pool that they have on the top floor. When I had visited the property, the weather was fantastic and it was drizzling a bit. I would have loved to sit under a large umbrella and enjoying my drink.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and clean and the facilities were beautiful. The food at Joseph restaurant was delicious and the service was outstanding.

Staff were exceptionally helpflul. Oldtown within walking distance. Large and varied breakfast. Great roof top bar and Infinity pool to end the day! Would book again anytime.

More storage space for clothes would have been nice.

The rooftop infinity pool and breakfast buffet was very nice. In general very modern and nicely decorated hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is located in the basement and nicely done however we prefer to have a view out the window.
