Traveling with 4 people is great. but with this property the shower and toilet is in one area what is not that convenient

Beautiful location with beach access so handy and Dargaville close for our planned activity

It was a cute tidy bach, perfect location right next to the beach. We spent 3 days in Dargaville for business and so coming 'home' to the bach after a long hard day was just what the doctor ordered. With just basic TV and no internet connection it meant we had to revert to old fashioned conversation, crosswords and board games, a thing lost in todays world of technology - so it was awesome.

Dead mouse ,broken sink. TOILET with only one sliding door that doesn’t seal when closed right next to the kitchen. Old newspaper lining the cupboards and draws. And mould on cooking gear etc.

Lovely location, close to the beach. Comfortable, cosy and quiet. A really pleasant place to visit. Great communication from the host and lovely, comfortable beds.

We’re second time here, perfect place, has everything you may need, very cosy, close to the beach.

A typical kiwi Bach. A great location for anyone looking to access the beach daily. Great communication from the host. Perfect for what we needed.

Fantastic place the owners thought of everything

The location was great. Cosy, homely feeling to the house.

We were instructed to go and buy our own prepaid rubbish bag to leave at the front of the property, from the local shop which only opened at 10am (same time as check out). I think it would be alot more convenient if the owner adds the $3.25 (cost of the bag) to the total rate and provides a bag in the house for the guests. Not having to think about prepaid bin bags or bin tags is part of being in the holiday mood!

The location and the ambiance of the property.

Nothing about the property, but not impressed by the conduct of some of those driving on the beach.

The house is so comfortable, so quiet and peaceful, and a two minute walk to the beach! At the beach was a walking trail, incredible rocky cliffs, an incredible experience! We really loved it here, thank you so much! And the only place we’ve stayed with ice in the freezer! It’s the little things that make such a difference. :) Thank you.

Quaint Kiwi (circa) 1950s bach with electric blankets and heating.

No WiFi which we knew in advance but also no TV which was supposed to work.

A typical but all too rare Kiwi Bach. Basic but comfortable like a pair of old slippers. Great location for exploring the back roads with the drive out Pouto a highlight. Return via the Coast road a bonus. We'll be back.
