La posizione, a due passi dal ponte Carlo, è eccezionale. Il nostro appartamento dava sul retro dell'edificio ed era molto silenzioso. I letti sono comodi e il personale della reception molto cordiale.

Nel bagno in cui c'è soltanto il wc metterei un porta sapone e un porta asciugamani. Nel bagno con la doccia metterei aImeno una mensola. Il blocco cucina è minimalista; c'è soltanto una piastra ad induzione, quindi non è l'ideale per cucinare. Aggiungerei almeno uno scolapasta. Il tavolo nella stanza più grande è decisamente piccolo per quattro persone. Alcune cose danneggiate o non funzionanti sono state segnalate alla reception.

Monolocale pulito, accogliente e a 30 metri da ponte Carlo, con tutto quel che serve nella zona.

Il tavolino per mangiare è piccolo e la cucina ha l'essenziale, ma sono giusto degli appunti, per il resto non ho nulla da dire, soggiorno fantastico

Excellent and could not be more central. Clean, comfortable and I had a back room which was extremely quietly. Good communication and helpful dealing with request for late checkout.

Very clean apartment, wide and close to Charles Bridge which makes it so handy.

The noise from outside the streets - you can definitely hear it from the inside as the street gets busy

-The bed is comfortable and quite. -Spacious - right next to charle’s bridge, very convenient

-Not clean, a bit old - very dark -No one will makeup the room, we stay 4 nights but no new towel for replacement. No one come to clear rubbish bin - the hair dryer sometime is not work, not function well - one night around 10pm there is no electricity and next morning 10am there are someone come to fix but we are going to check out - can use this booking.com apps to communicate with host, they are responsive but may not be very nice sometimes but at least can find someone help if u need

Good location and very clean and neat apartment. The baby crib was broken but was replaced the day after we let the management know.

Location, location, location! It's right at the Karls bridge. Room is spacious and very comfortable with a small kitchen.

Some weird city tax should be paid at the end. Not sure about this one.

Just too many steps to the storage room for keeping bags

It was very easy to access the room using a PIN instead of keys, especially as we arrived after midnight. The online check-in was very smooth and user-friendly. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a trip in Prague!

It was clean and close to the centre. Check in and out was easy.

The location is on the side of the Charles Bridge, we have a supermarket downstairs, and a bus station nearby, also you can find a 24-hour storage locker nearby. The apartment also has a luggage storage room. Also Mcdonalds for breakfast

It would be better if they can change the towel for free, but in general, it is totally fine to use the same towel. Please also put some waste bag in the kitchen so people can change the bag for themselves.

Great customer service allowing us to change the dates we stayed. And the location is perfect to explore Prague.

Superb Location

The location is ideal, in a historic building on the main street right by Mala Strana's gate on the Charles Bridge. We stayed in a spacious double room apartment away from the street side of the building. It was surprisingly quiet there, away from the busy street noise. The rooms are well equipped, the beds large and comfortable, and all amenities were in working order. The apartment has also a vast, new, and very well lit bathroom. Overall, a great stay! The staff communicated with us very quickly and helpfully by messaging on Booking and by phone, in English.

I didn't really experience any shortcoming, for that price. The TV had only local channels, but I wasn't in Prague to watch TV. A small sofa could have made it a bit cosier.
